The attitude of some of the workers there suck. But the food is good. I'm usually in and out so I don't put up with the drama of the people working there. But the few minutes I'm there I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them by ordering food. I get that they are busy, but don't make me feel uncomfortable because you are having a shitty day. My review is solely based on the food. Which is delicious. Customer service needs work. read more

My wings had feathers in them. I was told I have to wait for a manager to have anything done about it, waited half an hour for a manager and not a single employee notified her if anything going on. Manager was rude, and claimed, "it's chicken, there's going to be feathers." That is absolutely disgusting and the people are rude and unhelpful. Literally go anywhere else. read more

So at first I was really excitied to see that wingstop now has a delivery option. I decided to try it out, dont know why the website decided to choose THIS PLACE to make my order. My order was listed to arrive at 10PM. I waited till 10:25 and nothing came. I called to figure out what was happening. Apparently the people working there had given my order to someone from doordash they said. I called doordash and my driver was there at freaking wingstop trying to figure out who they gave my order to! They then gave me the excuse of once they hand it over to doordash there's nothing they could do about it. No investigation no proper procedure to figure out who is supposed to pick up my order. Keep your expectations low as possible and double check your order before you leave, because the employees lack moral and don't care about the customer who is spending money at the place that keeps their lights on. It's almost sickening to see how much everyone doesn't care, everyone inside acts like their in high school and can't be professional for longer than a few brief moments. The "I know haw" type of women that work here need to go back to the warehouse life because wings, is not their calling. I feel sorry for the franchise owner, I know they deserve better. read more

I placed a phone order at the Covina location. During the call I had my phone on speaker because I was driving. My family heard me repeat the order serval times. The worker, her name is Destiny based on the receipt. Repeated the order back to me incorrectly several times. The order still was incorrect when I arrived home. I came in around noon and as expected the store was extremely busy. The wait time was about 30 minutes which was fine. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. The problem i witnessed was this huge tub of ranch sat on the counter. It wasn't covered, it wasn't refrigerated, and wasn't not labeled. I received food poisoning from the corn. How do I know? It was obvious later that night... All night I was in and out of the bathroom. I still went to work the next day. However it impacted my work since I had to make frequent bathroom trips and had a fever. On my way home early from work, I called wing stop. I let them know and said I did notice the corn looked dry/shriveled but I had poor judgement. This was my first and last time at this Wingstop and probably Wingstop altogether. Walked in, wasn't greeted. No one was even in front of us. Placed our orders separately. I wanted all boneless. My brother wanted all traditional. We spent $50 collectively. Yeah, we ordered to many wings lol. Anyhoo, we get our food 30 minutes later. They decided we were going to get boneless and traditional instead of wheat we ordered. My brother also got 5 of his the wrong flavor. The boneless were cold. The traditional super hot. The fries, old and cold. Instead of returning our food we decided to deal with it.We didn't have another hour to waste. While eating the young boy working there was dropping f-bombs all over the place. Luckily for him, the place was empty besides us. He just sat there starting at the basketball game they had on the tv. We finished most of what we could eat. And left. No one else in the place, didn't get a thank you or goodbye. Even the picky kids from our party finished their plates. This is the real deal. Blows ell pollo loco and Juan pollo out of the water, don't bother. They have pride in everything they serve , everything was packaged with attention to detail and like I've said so good that even left overs were claimed! Firstly, the chicken was outstanding. I initially went to order a basic family meal, with the original/regular flavor but the lady mentioned that I should try the spicy next time. Her enthusiasm swayed me to go half on the spicy. Oh my, I was super satisfied with this chicken. The spice wasn't too hot, but there was a slight taste of chipotle and other ingredients that made this, one of the best I've had in this style. The regular chicken was just as good, and other Yelpers described this spot as a more flavorful El Pollo Loco or Juan Pollo. Pretty accurate. The sides were also a hit. The beans were super fresh, and the rice was not greasy like other places. I also enjoyed the potato salad. Overall, I made a decision that this is now my chicken spot, and that I will drive out of my way to come back.

They're all fast, friendly professionals that care for their craft. We I order on the phone, I told them I wanted a medium and serious the person taking my order mentioned to me that it was only $2 more for the large I was like all pass but after second thought I changed my mind and apologized after they gave me the cost for the medium.... Not a problem, really accommodating and nice... great service while on the phone with me knowing that the place is going nuts on their final weekend and to no surprise it was line to the door when I arrived and the seating were full. So sad to see them go from Rosemead. The place definitely had an energy going, people were packed in getting their food along with others staying in seated. Of course down to the actual business the food... I ordered the large Birria piazza and like always hot n fresh but it was done so fast, I got the text message that my pizza was ready in 8 minutes after my call! Like wow!!! That's amazing!!! Even though I shared half of it with my sister, neither one of us could finish it, it was stuffed with so much cheese and sauce. It's not the healthiest option, but it was fun and exciting to order in the moment. Sad now to find out this location has closed. But glad there's still a place in Covina!
