The attitude of some of the workers there suck. But the food is good. I'm usually in and out so I don't put up with the drama of the people working there. But the few minutes I'm there I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them by ordering food. I get that they are busy, but don't make me feel uncomfortable because you are having a shitty day. My review is solely based on the food. Which is delicious. Customer service needs work. read more

When a manager won't even come out to give you the time of day to listen up. Today was my birthday, according to their website when you sign up for the club, or not, which I am a club member, you should get a Birthday Freebie. I ordered over 40.00 in food. As of right now, its still up on order website. But I guess not on my day. Boo Hoo for me. Happy Halloween to all Well, Yelping is no fun. I don't like to report anyone. But everyone should be listened to and get their Birthday Freebie. read more

So at first I was really excitied to see that wingstop now has a delivery option. I decided to try it out, dont know why the website decided to choose THIS PLACE to make my order. My order was listed to arrive at 10PM. I waited till 10:25 and nothing came. I called to figure out what was happening. Apparently the people working there had given my order to someone from doordash they said. I called doordash and my driver was there at freaking wingstop trying to figure out who they gave my order to! They then gave me the excuse of once they hand it over to doordash there's nothing they could do about it. No investigation no proper procedure to figure out who is supposed to pick up my order. How am I supposed to know that they just didn't give my order to some rando who claimed to be from doordash??? Two words: HORRIBLE experience read more

Keep your expectations low as possible and double check your order before you leave, because the employees lack moral and don't care about the customer who is spending money at the place that keeps their lights on. It's almost sickening to see how much everyone doesn't care, everyone inside acts like their in high school and can't be professional for longer than a few brief moments. The "I know haw" type of women that work here need to go back to the warehouse life because wings, is not their calling. I feel sorry for the franchise owner, I know they deserve better. read more

My wings had feathers in them. I was told I have to wait for a manager to have anything done about it, waited half an hour for a manager and not a single employee notified her if anything going on. Manager was rude, and claimed, "it's chicken, there's going to be feathers." That is absolutely disgusting and the people are rude and unhelpful. Literally go anywhere else. read more

So I've given Wingstop in Glendora over 7 chances, because the flavors are tasty and I love boneless chicken, but I'm tired of ending up gassy. The egg wash must be outdated, because I have bubble guts super bad for the next 24 hours always, super uncomfortable and a damn problem. Do better y'all! I gave them one star because this much gas from eating Chicken is NOT GOOD read more

Been here a handful of times. People working seem friendly and our order always comes with a few extra wings!

I placed a phone order at the Covina location. During the call I had my phone on speaker because I was driving. My family heard me repeat the order serval times. The worker, her name is Destiny based on the receipt. Repeated the order back to me incorrectly several times. The order still was incorrect when I arrived home. This location doesn't place customer service first. They didn't resolve the issue and when I called they hung up on me. Please train your staff on customer service skills. read more

I came in around noon and as expected the store was extremely busy. The wait time was about 30 minutes which was fine. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. The problem i witnessed was this huge tub of ranch sat on the counter. It wasn't covered, it wasn't refrigerated, and wasn't not labeled. I'm not sure how long that tub was there but it was out in the open for over 40 minutes. I'm sure that's some kind of health code violation read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered online to avoid waiting when I got to the location with the COVID-19 and when I open the bag to check the food I find that it's cold (I arrived 5 minutes early) second my whole order isn't in the bag So now I have to wait And the staff is more worried about telling whatever story they were talking about then to apologise for the error This will be the last time I buy dinner for my family from this establishment. read more

I ordered for take out. When we were about to eat, I opened the container and wrong order. They gave me buffalo instead of cajun. We know our wings and that was no Cajun. I don't even have to taste it. It looks like it and smells like it. Jeff was arguing with me and said he's the one that prepared the order. He said it looks like buffalo wings but he put seasoning on top. My husband, my daughter, and I looked again and again . No seasoning on top. Customer service is unacceptable. Jeff was rude and he kept insisting that there was seasoning on top. He need to go to a proper etiquette customer service class. Then he told me to bring the food back. I just said I want refund. He had an attitude problem. I took a picture to prove that he is wrong. There is no seasoning on top. -100 STARS read more

I received food poisoning from the corn. How do I know? It was obvious later that night... All night I was in and out of the bathroom. I still went to work the next day. However it impacted my work since I had to make frequent bathroom trips and had a fever. On my way home early from work, I called wing stop. I let them know and said I did notice the corn looked dry/shriveled but I had poor judgement. The guy on the phone was trying to discredit me saying "we've never had any issues" I said well that meal was the only thing I ate yesterday. And he still tried to fight me. He said he would let his supervisor know and would call me. That was a MONTH ago and I'm still waiting. Good job guys. I put a lot of money into that location via DoorDash. Do better. read more

Came in at 6pm tonite, no other customers and several employees there. Placed my order and sat down to wait. Ppl started streaming in and I thought o was lucky to have beat the crowd. Then phone orders start going out, the ppl that ordered after me have their food and are eating. I ask what's up and get the response that they all have phone orders. You guys were not doing anything when I walked in and now everyone are getting their orders before me?! I'm pissed and make that known. So after 8 other ppl got their food I get mine! The girl wants to give me a free brownie, no thanks. Worst part, the wings had not drained and the box was full of oil and soggy wings. I will never come here again, worst wingstop ever! Great flavors and I think that they have the best chicken sandwhich, perfect food for sitting back and watching sports

This was my first and last time at this Wingstop and probably Wingstop altogether. Walked in, wasn't greeted. No one was even in front of us. Placed our orders separately. I wanted all boneless. My brother wanted all traditional. We spent $50 collectively. Yeah, we ordered to many wings lol. Anyhoo, we get our food 30 minutes later. They decided we were going to get boneless and traditional instead of wheat we ordered. My brother also got 5 of his the wrong flavor. The boneless were cold. The traditional super hot. The fries, old and cold. Instead of returning our food we decided to deal with it.We didn't have another hour to waste. While eating the young boy working there was dropping f-bombs all over the place. Luckily for him, the place was empty besides us. He just sat there starting at the basketball game they had on the tv. We finished most of what we could eat. And left. No one else in the place, didn't get a thank you or goodbye. This was one of the most terrible dining experiences I've had in a very long time. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location. read more

Now I know why she didn't charge me. I didn't even get a drink or ice from their stablishment. Crazyness. Why I paid? I really needed a cup with a lid lol everything serves as a lesson in my point of view. Now I know never to go back there, me and my family can order from the one in Rowland and azusa.
