You can also add additional sauces on the side for an additional fee. It's all up to you. Most people don't like chicken wings but Wingstop has changed and is catering to all. You can get tenders, wings, or a chicken sandwich tossed in any sauce. It's counter service and we had the most amazing young lady that checked us out today. I had questions on the sauce to which she had not tried since she does not like spicy. Well guess what, she went and got help. She went over and beyond what I was expecting when I walked in. That right there is amazing customer service. Wish I had her name. Ugh! Of course Wingstop is not a fancy place, however we enjoyed dining in even though we originally were going to grab our food to go. I ordered Wingstop through uber eats and it was delicious! I've been watching a bunch of tik toks of people eating Wingstop and I had to have it. I ordered the 6 piece tender combo with garlic Parmesan and hot honey rub, seasoned fries, carrots and 2 ranches (Wingstop has the BEST ranch). The garlic Parmesan is always a favorite of mine. I tried the hot honey for the first time and give it a 3/5. It was good, but not my favorite. I like their fries, but again not the best fast food fries. This food was plenty and I have enough for a whole other meal tomorrow. read more

My go to Wingstop for covid-19 times. After shopping at Costco, I call in an order usually ready in 14 minutes. When they're really busy it takes longer like 30 minutes. For my order I usually get a family pack, ALL RANCH, all flats, all well done, fries extra crispy. Wingstop ranch is excellent! Like my cousin would literally drink it, it's so good. I usually save it after if I have extra and use it for my pizza standby sauce. I love all my wings well done, the reason why, is that it is crispy! Crispy wings are amazing! Have you tried? My favorite flavors are: 1) garlic Parmesan 2) lemon pepper 3) hot There are times where I love to get "hot" and sprinkle lemon pepper on it! Amazing. Honestly. Granted I don't dine in here. We went to this store a few days ago, and ordered our usual big boy wings and big girl wings combos. We got 4 ranches in total, and went home to stuff our faces. This is very lousy servers! Door dasher driver picked up orders for customer yesterday and today. They, employees talking too much on the job, during coronavirus, many customers orders. They NEVER get on time.. not only from door dash but for those drivers who works for Uber eats, favor, grub hub , etc... I kid you not, they don't take job seriously! First time coming here with my girlfriend, I really loved this place! First off, Meghan, the cashier who took our order was wonderful. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Whenever I had a question, she gave a clear and polite response and was not condescending. The atmosphere was good; I LOVE the coke machine. I do have 2 complaints. First, my girlfriend ordered boneless wings and it was on our receipt as boneless. However, she was given bone-in wings; not a big deal, we still ate them. Second, and this one is concerning; as I was sitting in the dining room eating, I noticed what looked like a baby roach crawling up the wall next to the table and into a slit in the wall.
