I stopped at this location to pick up some food and upon entering the establishment I was never greeted. I was asked if I was there for a pick up order by one of the (3) employees with my reply being, "No pick up, I'm here to order.". After a few seconds passed an Ice Cube look alike took my order and gave off the energy that he couldn't care less in addition projecting that he didn't really like his job. After placing the order and waiting for a bit I observed one of the other two employees who didn't communicate with the ice cube cashier place my food on the shelf and didn't say a word to alert the cashier that my order was ready. No, "Order up, Order's ready", nothing. I had to walk over to the employee that placed the food on the shelves and ask if one of the orders was mine which it was as other patrons entered the establishment to take their turn with the horrible service that I was receiving. Thank God I inquired about my order or else I think I would have still been standing there. If I were you, I would try another Wingstop, not this one. To make it worse, by the time I got home which was only 5 minutes down the road, my food was cold. They don't ever have to worry about seeing me again. read more

There is a young man working there braids glasses and cloths attitude. States he's the owner. My daughter was verbally attacked by this man. Her account had charges for purchase which there was no order for. The guy yelled he was going to call police at my daughter because she explained her account was charged and they stated no order received He said take it up with bank When she ask for manager he stated I'm the owner manager. I ask if he apologized for her order not showing he said she needs to leave the store He was rude mo customer service and I will contact the better business bureau because she was threatening to me and my daughter . No sure what all bad reviews were about, until I arrived and waited for my food, employee had daughter in store work place (not daycare) but whatever.. my food wasnt ready like promised, waited additional 15 minutes for my food 40pcs wing meal only to get home and see they forgot my 2 orders of fries. The Garlic Parm wings didn't even have any garlic sauce just dry parmesan sprinkled on, totally forget garlic sauce. No flavor nasty,no fries, lucky other 3 wings were tasting good, next time I will get wings at concord location. But even then you should always check bag before leaving any location. read more

Do you like to wait 1 hour plus? Because you will here! Without fail every time I eat here I could've gone into a different actual restaurant been waited on and left before someone at this wingstop would slowly come out from the kitchen and say that they are about to start my order. And then on top of that the gaggle of TEENAGERS that are always running this place have zero interest in being there. The tables are always sticky and there is one 3 person bench to wait on your 1 hour long order inside. The food is subpar to a lot of other wing places. Just get annoyed every time I gotta go here. Despite the terrible ratings, this place is very busy. With just three people working they are woefully understaffed. I waited 45 minutes for a standard combo. The floor was sticky and the self serve soda machine was out of all beverages but diet products. I was told that the General Manager had been out for several days. The online orders were being filled first, but even the line to pick those up were three to five people deep. I am sympathetic to the staff issues, and the cashier was polite under the circumstances, but the fries were undercooked and I ended up needing to settle for a disgusting drink choice. In the future they should offer a refund on the drinks when they know the machine is out of most things, because anything isn't always better than nothing. read more

Worst order pickup experience of my life. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 9:10 and it wasn't ready until 10:10 so I spent an hour waiting for my order! There were about 20 people waiting for orders and only 3 people working and you could tell they were completely over their head. I didn't yell at them like other people were because I felt bad for them. Never ordering from here again. This restaurant is by far the slowest establishment I've ever ordered from. We have waited anywhere from 1 hour up to 3 hours. Often times there are issues with our order also. New location is open for business near Concord Mills. Location is located in small strip mall with 4-5 other establishments. I ordered weekday lunch via their web site and picked up my order. As other reviews say, they are definitely understaffed and apparently they can't break a $50 dollar bill for a $22 order. To add, my food was not even cooked... and my order was incorrect. Which makes me wonder how this isn't an issue to others. I have seen other reviews for this location and it is terrible. If I could give this location 0 stars I would ! Its like come on wingstop! When are you gonna get it together smh. I cant catch a break with the wait on top of the unnecessary attitudes from not just the employees but the managers as well , its not a good look. As you can see in the photo below , I ordered food online and was greeted to a 83 min wait, normally I would never wait that long but I am sick and cannot leave home so I waited. I proactively checked on the status of my order via WINGSTOP .COM and the last checkup stated my order was completed and had been delivered , I look outside my door and there is absolutely nothing there. So I close my door and check again just to be sure I wasnt tripping. I called the drivers number which was on WINGSTOP.COM as you can see in another photo below and I was greeted to a disconnected line. So instead of getting upset I called this location that I ordered from and was greeted to a rude young woman, I don't know her name nor do I want to know her name but I do want to say sweetie if you do not want to work...quit! Please it will save everybody a headache from your attitude. She told me that they could not do anything about it because I ordered through door dash or a different ordering website which I did not. I ordered via wingstop.com where I clicked delivery put my address in and got updates via wingstop.com not door dash or any other delivery service. When I told her this she immediately got an attitude and told me that I was not right and that I did order from door Dash not wingstop.com. So I asked to speak to a manager and I guess she didn't know that I was still on the call or she didn't place me a hold. Because I heard their entire conversation and the manager even had an attitude and said the exact same thing and when she said that "some woman said that she ordered online not door Dash" he responded "that's what they all say" meaning this happens often and they don't refund people their money for their waits. Might I remind you I waited almost 3 hours for eight chicken wings I never received then was greeted to a disconnected number and then two rude employed employees, who shouldn't even have a job with the attitudes that they have. At this point it doesn't even matter if I get a refund I just wanted everyone to know how terrible the customer service is at this location and a lot of the locations in Charlotte North Carolina especially after the pandemic came about . This is the 4th crappy experience I've had throughout Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. Specific to this location, it was fine until they fudge up my order. It was the easiest order and they still messed it up (forgot the large fries which were part of the combo). The clerk even asked twice if I wanted fries. On top of not getting my order right, the wings were terrible. We got the 40 boneless and every single flavor (4 variety) had barely any taste... I will officially never return to a Wingstop. The customer service at this location is horrible. We ordered100 wings for a family gathering and they only put 60 in our bag. After driving home and unpacking the food, I found the error and returned to the store. The manager was unapologetic and insisted that he packed the correct number of wings. When I told him that I couldn't wait to post this incident on social media, he became very angry and refused to give me a refund. I paid cash, but the manager said it is store policy to process refunds in 3-5 days. The manager called the police and finally, after the police arrived, he gave me a refund.
