TERRIBLE! Food was fine I think idk I still haven't gotten it. But we ordered and an hour later we still have no food. Just don't come here.

Food is fine. Not worth the 1 hour wait. Ordered ahead and the app said it would be ready in 18 minutes.... 60 minutes later we are walking out with food. I recommend going somewhere else it isn't worth the wait. read more

This place is trash, from the customer service to the management. It needs a 0 rating, but that option is not avail. They may be under staffed, however they cannot do the basics such as providing decent customer service. I ordered online and went to pick up, my order was gone. The young man below couldn't find my order then goes to say someone picked it up. The acting lead on duty didn't want to provide his name- both of the young kids come out they're both laughing. After going back and forth he finally says his name is Soli. Soli gave me incorrect info about getting a refund. I was told I had to do it online, when in fact they could have processed it in store. Just an observation the oil was smoking like crazy, I have never seen that in a wing stop before. Maybe that's why folks are getting sick, fire is too high and they're not cooking the chicken all the way through. Don't eat here... save yourself the headache. After speaking to the manager Moses he too has a nonchalant attitude about it. Said he will review the tape to see what happened. I opted for a refund, as I'm not for kids playing with my food. I am not spending my money with a business who can not uphold the expectation of basic customer service. Wing Stop use this as a training tool before you lose all business. read more

Food is always good! But we ordered online at 6:15 and drove to pick it up instantly just to sit and wait for an hour. The place itself is ok and was very busy. They also gave us expired fruit punch on top of us having to get the manager on them to make our food! read more

Stopped by for lunch as it had been a while since I last had Wingstop, and heard they were improved. Very clean, excellent customer service, and the wings were great! The music was club loud. read more

The service in this location is a joke, they will hire literally anyone apparently because the cashier seemed high and couldn't function. I ordered pickup at 4:45pm and knowing that Wingstop is notoriously slow I waited an extra 15 min before leaving on the 20 min drive. The email said it would be "ready in 16-21 minutes" so after 35 min it should be ready for sure. I get there, say who I am and what I'm picking up and the cashier said it's not ready. I waited another 15 min and watched 7-8 other people come in and get their orders. I asked the cashier a second time if my order was ready yet as I had ordered by this point almost an hour ago, to which she said it still wasn't ready. 5 more customers and another 10 min and I get fed up and flag down a cook to see where my order is in line, and turns out my order had been sitting on the rack for about 40 min. I put the bag in a hot bag and got home just for me and my gf to be violently sick from the food. I contacted Wingstop last night about it and for a $25 order they thought that a $10 gift card would suffice, even though we got food poisoning from the food. If you don't like getting lied to and sick, stay away from this place. read more

The best thing about this restaurant is the fries. The wings were in a tiny box even for eating in which made them hard to eat because you couldn't hardly get your fingers in the box. Hawaiian sauce was not very good either. No napkins on the tables and only one roll of paper towels at the drink station as napkins( only a few left on the roll. Nasty tasting bottled peak tea and fountain machine. No fresh brewed tea and unsweetened bottled peak tea tasted awful. No mayonaise available for the chicken sandwich and only pickle no lettuce and tomato on it. The breast itself was tasty but very dry without mayo. Hubby never finished his wings bc he said they were not good and we won't be back. Though many dine in tables, do not bother dining in bc it's self service and not designed for eat in with everything boxed in to go containers and in crumpled to go bags that look reused. Definitely not worth the effort for us!! read more

I give a zero rating. I ordered from the place 7 days ago and have been battling food poisoning from undercooked chicken. This is the worst food poisoning I have ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere than going to this location. read more

Container tab was broken so my wings are in the bottom of my bag. The wings are cooked way to hard and tasteless, going in the trash. What a waste of 15.40... confused as to how this location has 4 stars. Last week I know they gave me old wings that they recooked before closing.. read more

The absolute slowest service you will ever experience. Online order says 16-21 minutes to pickup. After 30 minutes it's still not ready and the same 5 people sitting down waiting for food when I arrived are still waiting. Plus I saw someone return with an error made on their order. Fries were not up to par and the store was VERY CLEAN up until I got to the drink station. The freestyle machine was just DISGUSTING!!! That should be cleaned around the clock. I was scared to even get a drink from out the machine read more

I used to eat here a good bit because the food is good and it's nice to switch it up here and there... Well one night I got a hair in my wings, I saw when I opened the box. I called them the next day and they put me on hold for 21 minutes from the jump, I had to go after waiting that long so I hung up. I called the next day and the person who answered the phone said they will remake my food if I come up there with the receipt. I said ok great, I have it. I call again that same night when I'm on my way to see if they can get the order placed ahead of time for me and he says "no, you can speak with my GM when you get here, she's here." So I go in, tell them I had a hair in my food and that I was placed on a 21 minute hold when I called about it and had to go after the long hold, figuring they weren't even gonna come back on the phone. They then say "sorry, there's nothing we can do for you since you didn't bring the food back that night or take a picture of it" I tell them I was home already, 30 minutes away, so I wasn't bringing the food all the way back and that we figured our word with a receipt was good enough so we didn't take pictures of it. After going back and fourth about how I've been a customer for a while and deserve a one-time exception to have my food remade without PROOF because of the circumstances, they still said no, they will do nothing. And then proceeded to say "we're done sir" and walk away. I walked out of the store, and then remembered they told me on the phone earlier they WOULD remake them. I went back in and said excuse me, I have something to tell you I forgot about. They ignored me. I said it again and said can one of you not talk? I said I have something new you guys said that I forgot about. The employee started acting all hard saying "I'm not the one bruh" as if he's trying to do something if I keep talking about the food problem LMAO so I'm like nah I gotta tell you something new. Remember you said you would remake this order if we came back with the receipt? (we showed the receipt when we came in earlier) and he goes "no, I said that earlier and you never came in earlier." I never said I was coming in right then. I was coming in later, since I was already eating somewhere else when I was on the phone with them. All in all, this place has a couple of bad employees and will not do anything for you when they get their dirty hair in your food that you put in your mouth, unless you BRING PROOF to them within 24 hours. This is my first bad experience here after eating many times and it ruined this Wingstop location for me. March 12th I ordered my usual lemon pepper wings and carrot sticks. I get home and find that the carrot sticks were old and had to be trashed. I called the store and the store manager Aniya, gave me store credit which was fine. I ordered again the very next day to use my credit. This time I get home and open the container to find that my lemon pepper wings, which is supposed to be a dry rub seasoning, is now smothered in sauce. I call the store back and was placed on hold for 30 mins, someone picked up and left the phone off the hook, where I can hear everything in the background, including orders being taken, I kept saying hello, no one answered for 8 mins, finally I hung up. The next day March 14th I call again and finally get the manager and explain what happened with my ordered. To my surprise she proceeds to tell me that lemon pepper dry rub is supposed to come with the sauce on, the put the butter sauce on so that the seasoning sticks to the wings. I tell her that's not correct and just the day before I ordered the same thing and that's not how it was made. She tells me the first time I got the wings they had made them incorrectly. I now drive to the store and the GM name Moses and district manager are present,I forgot her name and I called back to ask and Aniya tells me she doesn't know her name. How could you not know the name of your district manager who was just in your store??? They all tell me that the dry rub comes with the sauce. I said but its a dry rub which means the chicken is not suppose to have sauce on it, unlike the wet flavors they offer. They insist that I'm wrong. I tell them I've been eating at wingstop for years at multiple locations, including the store I'm in, so they all must have been making them incorrectly all these years, and the managers tell me that's correct. They tell me that if I want it made without the sauce I can request it and they can make it that way. I pull up their website on my phone and show them where it says dry rub in the lemon pepper description, and still they insist that it's made with the sauce. I could not believe what I was hearing. They offered me a free meal which I turned down and walked out, and absolutely will never go back to that location ever again, even though its walking distance from my apartment and the next closest location is 20 mins drive. read more

NEVER ORDER ONLINE ITS A SCAM!! Ordered online once before actually got our food but was missing half of it and just realized I never got the refund they said I would get. Today I ordered and went to track the order found out they "gave it to a door dasher" but I ordered through their website. Never got any kind of confirmation. $30 down the drain. read more

Yeah all the one star reviews are spot on I tried to do a mobile order went by the time that was on the app and arrived when it said 0-1 minute. Took several minutes to even get someone to talk to me. My food wasn't ready no problem. I then proceeded to watch another person who ordered there prior to me arriving and there was several bags just sitting on the stand no one asking if they were there. 10 minutes later the customer fed up asks for their order and it was there the whole time just no one called their name. I asked again for my order and I was told still waiting on a small part of the order. I gave it another 5 minutes as I witnessed the cook not be able to work as they were trying to get the cashiers attention. The poor cashier had a customer with a big order. I just couldn't get over the other workers unable to do a thing without said cashier and meanwhile my food was getting cold. I ended up having to cancel my order and they wouldn't even issue me a refund. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. On top of that most of the food I saw was pulled sat there for the whole time I was dealing with all this. I'm absolutely sure no one gets fresh food here if it's even cooked properly. Do not order from here. They need to reevaluate who they have working there. Maybe if that's done I'll change this rating. read more

I was on lunch break and only customer in the store. Waited 47 minutes without anyone realizing that I hadn't got my food. To make it worse, there was a general manager and regional manager sitting across from me talking at a table. Come to find out, they boxed my food to go and never called my name. Food was soggy and cold by the time they realized I didn't have my food. How does this happen when there's four cooks and two managers on the floor? They only had three tickets hanging while I waited. The regional manager was more worried about polishing stainless steel than getting through the lunch "rush". Couldn't that wait til 2-4 when it "slowed" down? read more
