(I work fast food) There shouldn't be any pests in building if it's clean. Bathrooms didn't have paper. Pipes might be broken if toilet doesn't flush right. Had to wait to flush a second time as fluids didn't go through. Once our order came out they placed it on the rack without calling out the name. They knew it was ours as we placed the order before (door dashers came for there online.) after rush cleared out the guy infront of us got his name called and still ours on the rack. Order this through door dash. Took 30 mins more to deliver this order even though we ordered this 20 mins before our chillis order. Meh, it's okay. Door dash driver did you dirty. However, I didn't realize you could order chicken thighs?! I heard there was a wing shortage. Wings were great but I didn't get what I ordered. There was a lot lost in translation as I don't speak Spanish and the cashier didn't speak English. When I called to tell the store I didn't get what I ordered I was told I got what I ordered, when I said I wanted celery, carrots, fries and blue cheese with the 30 piece family pack I ordered I was told that's not what I ordered. I asked to talk to the manager because the young man I was talking to clearly didn't understand he said he was the manager and it shouldn't matter if someone doesn't speak English if they are learning. I have really tried to give this Wingstop a chance to get things right but it just keeps getting worse. I order extra crispy and lemon pepper every time. My wings are undone and soaked in butter. My fries seem to have more skin on them than it does have actual potato. I would rather go outside of commerce city to get Wingstop then to go just up the street. I then called the location and was on hold for 45min. I hung up called back finally got an answer. I explained what had happened and the manager (Daisy) told me that my order was already made. I told Daisy that I had been on hold for 45min to try and make a correction to the pickup time and she said there was no way I was on hold, because thier cashier was taking all the phone calls.. Please that's BS, maybe they answered, but they were putting the calls on hold. I asked for a fresh order to pick up at the correct time and was rudely told fine they would do it. Then 2min later the store manager (Martha) calls me back and says they have canceled my order because I was rude to her staff?!? Excuse me I was on hold for 45min and you called me a liar.. Needles to say this location has a shit manager and even worse staff. Please visit the location on 120th and Colorado. read more

We're giving this WingStop one star due to the fact that we ordered for our granddaughters birthday. We didn't receive any of the sauces we asked for, as well as the large order of veggie sticks. Keep in mind for us this was not a cheap order. We decided to call and Alex helped us out. He did what he could but was only able to give us either a refund or the missing items. Having driven 20 minutes from our home we felt that we deserved both, especially since we drove back to get the items. In the meantime a few of us had to sit while the food got cold waiting for our sauces and such to be picked up. It's an inconvenience and not a great way to end someone's birthday. read more

Its too bad 1 star is as low as it gets. I have been a frequent customer at Wing Stop over the last 20 years when they first came to Colorado (even worked for them for several year). I attempted to call to place my order but no one answered (left listening to their hold messaging) for over 20 minutes. I then decided to stop in to place the order and made the manager and a staff member aware their phones are not working. I was met with shrugs from the front and the manager just walked away. I then placed my order (spent over $100) and was told it would take roughly 35 minutes to complete. That was fine, this allowed me to run home and coordinate with others coming over to grab them on their way in. When my party arrived to pick up the wings they were told there was no order under that name or for the amount of wings I ordered. I would have just called to verify but the phones arent working so it caused me then to drive back in. When I got there and started talking I was met by the same kid that I placed the order with with the same "I dont care attitude." I asked where my order was and how they were not able to find it. I was told to "relax they are working on it." That set me off, I asked for a manager (again didnt care) and was told "How were we to know they are with you there are a million people with your name." At this point I was a smart ass and verified if this was the right order seeing as there are a million people out there with this name and order. The response from the staff was "Stop being rude and have a good fucking night." So long story short, if you have a common name with specific denomination they may have issues identifying your order. Its also apparent the management doesn't care nor has the competence to problem solve, deescalate the situation, nor hold their staff accountable. Needless to say I will find better ways to spend my money and I can with confidence say others will also figure this out and seek other options. read more

Would not recommend this place! Chicken was over cooked the chicken was even crunchy. Bunch of kids working horsing around in the kitchen. Total of 6 or 8 tables in the place and all needed wiping down. No trash can to put trash in when done eating. Here's the kicker..... Had to wait for an employee to come out of the restroom. I noticed that there was no fresh water in the sink meaning the employee did not even wash her hands before leaving and then goes back to work handling food!! We will never be back.
