Very disappointed with the classic wings some dry spot on them thought it was a bone wasn't, also the flavors we had chose for them were off(we ordered Hawaiian which wasn't to bad but a little bland and then the garlic Parmesan, very very dry and bland) boneless wings were fairly good(little too vinegary bbq sauce).I think the real winner here are their fries, we also ordered voodoo fries to try them out and were surprisingly good! read more

I really love Wing Stop wings, but this location is HORRIBLE. The first time I went I got bone-in wings, got boneless. Not a big deal, honest mistake. Second time I ordered with my husband and he got someone else's order completely, even though my wings were correct. The flavors were completely different for him and the count of the wings was different as well. Tried to go back over the weekend for the first time in over a year and they forgot all of our garlic parm wings. They also said 16 min and it was over 45, and then the wings were cold. When I called to tell them about the missing wings, I was told "ok you can like come pick them up if you want" and I told them I lived 20 or more minutes away and I would come on a different day and they said "got it, it's marked" and hung up. The staff was on the rude side and not helpful at all. OK I said I would take the food, and then it was another 8 minutes before it was in a bag and we were out the door. In the door to out the door - we were there 55 minutes. After getting home and unwrapping the French fries, which were limp and dripping with oil, I put them in the air fryer to crisp them up. Went to get my order got back to the car checked my order was missing a good chunk of my wings went back inside and was basically accused of lying had the guy read receipt and told him what I was missing and they tried to make it sound like I was scamming them out of wings. This is my second visit to this location and they are very nice. I order on their app which is very convenient!!! It's usually ready when I get here. They have a large variety of wings. I got some lemon pepper, buffalo, and Korean. Overall really good!! They now have some fried corn which is really great! I'm not a huge fan of their fries, but my kids are. Was awful. The fries were cold and old. I get the cold part because it was Door dash. But old? The chicken (mild and garlic parm) had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I ordered Wingstop delivery today. My order was delivered by DoorDash and we were missing an entire bag of food. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I understand mistakes happen but this is a big issue. Wingstop did not send a third bag of food, all of the cold items. It was not the door - driver's fault. We ordered delivery through the Wingstop app, but if you are missing any items please beware they will not have them delivered to you. Basically, they tell you you have to come and pick them up. If I were in a position to be able to pick up my food, I would not have paid almost 30 extra dollars to have it delivered. As the customer it is not my fault that you did not send all of my food. Again please remember this is the second time this exact thing has happened. I spoke with the manager and was again told basically too bad so sad if you want your items you have to come to the store to get them because Wingstop here does not provide delivery service, my delivery was contracted through DoorDash. That's fine, but I'm unable to go through DoorDash because Wingstop set it up and I do not actually have an order with DoorDash either. We spent $100 and basically did not have an entire bag of food. Monday and Tuesday Wingstop has a wing deal so Gary and I decided to head over for some take out. It was busy and around dinner time. Clearly a lot of other people had the same idea as us. We had difficulty ordering. The employee seemed a bit confused about what we were trying to order, but we finally got it sorted. It was a better price to do 40 wings vs. two 15 wing orders one of which was a combo ($36 vs. $26). This is where it got all mixed up as we had to change things around. We finally got sorted: 10 mango habanero, 10 BBQ, 10 teriyaki and 10 mild all boneless. We also got an order of fries as Gary swears how good they are. The 20 piece individual didn't come with sauce so we ordered some ranch. We only waited 10 minutes for our food which is GREAT considering how busy they were. We checked the bag and somehow missed our ranch side wasn't included (bummer as I love wings with ranch and we paid for it.) The fries ARE top notch and remind me of what you'd get at a county fair. They also do different seasoning options for the fries but we stuck with fry seasoning. The wings are good but nothing spectacular. I do appreciate that they serve them wet so it's not just a dab of sauce on each of them. I wish they had more flavor options. It's pretty limited. And it's either no heat or a lot of heat. Welp, that is not always the case. We ordered online and our order said it would be ready at 6:34pm. We arrived at pick up time and our order was not ready. So my husband approached the register and asked about our order, she then proceeded to check and said they were making ours as we speak. So we waited some more. We noticed them call for an order, the family was sitting dining in and the food was packed to go so they didn't accept it. The worker took it back and was getting ready to take the food out when another worker intervened and grabbed the bag and called our name. They tried to give our food to someone else! I checked it to make sure all was there and it was. Wings were lacking sauce, I love saucy wings and these were just not it. Fries were delicious, they have some of the best seasoning, a mix of sweet and salty. Rolls, I recommend warming them up a bit and they are delicious!
