Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this place always get a very warm and friendly welcoming from the staff. The food is always super hot and fresh. The only reason why I'm not giving five stars is because it is sometimes very cold in there and they do sometimes take a while to get my food out to me and they charge for extra sauce but all in all it is very delicious and will be going in again soon. read more

The food is good, but it's WAY too expensive for what you get. Not worth it. One time I placed a large order online to be ready at a specific time for a function for which I was providing food. When I arrived at the establishment at promised time, they said because my order was so large they wouldn't start making it until I got there, so I had to wait and be late for my function. Would've been nice if they told me this before I got there. read more

I came in a couple nights ago (3/6/17) & received amazing customer service! I got the 10 piece boneless wings & my boyfriend got the 10 piece classic combo with fries. He wasn't impressed with his wings nor his fries but this review is solely based on the customer service we received from Nichole. She went above & beyond to help us. Also, their new citrus blend is pretty good! It's like a way less hotter version of the mango habanero. read more

I only give two stars because the food is half-decent. Every time I go here, my order is screwed up. I have to go back in every single time because they forgot to put something in the bag. This time, it was an entire container of wings and the dressing. Honestly, considering the cost of their food, you'd think they'd be a little more careful. read more

Don't ever walk in and order here. 40 minutes plus for a small 6 piece combo. Terrible service!

One huge flaw was the rude demeanor of the girl at the front register! I'm always pleasant with anyone working with the public (it can be tough) but she acted like I was scum off the street walking in. She never greeted me, cracked a smile, thanked me... actually the only word she muttered was my total. The way she looked at me was as if I was not welcome. Food was good but if that's the way I'm treated while spending my money there....well I can find a place that actually values my business. read more

Excellent flavor on the chicken. Had garlic parmesan and teriyaki boneless. Portion size on the fries are very good as is the seasoning - salty sweet, natural cut. The cashier, Talia, was very friendly and helpful in describing the flavors. The only turn off was that at 11pm they started putting the chairs on the tables, with an hour left before closing. Made me feel uncomfortable while my family and I were eating. read more

I ordered online, and my order came with a free fry for doing the survey last time I went in. My order was made quickly, and theIr employees were so friendly which I appreciate. They forgot to give me my cup for my drink which wasn't a huge deal, I asked an employee when she gave me my food and she gave me my cup. I then checked my bag for my extra cheese sauce I ordered, it wasn't there, she checked my bag and then got me one. I should have checked the rest of my order I guess because they forgot my fry I ordered. Totally not worth driving clear across town to get a $2.50 fry, but it really sucks because my receipt shows I should have gotten one. Again, the employees were super friendly and I appreciate that, I just doubt I'll be back considering I shouldn't have to check my whole order every time I order through wingstop. read more

Wow! Worst chicken wings ever. The chicken was so overcooked that you could hardly chew through it. And the sauces were so mediocre that they didn't taste like what they were called. I don't think I'll ever be going to a Wing Stop again. The service was great. The people are nice. The place was clean. But the whole reason that you go to a restaurant is to get food that is edible. read more

I always get sick after eating these wings and there is hardly any meat on these birds

Giving them 3 stars because food is great but gals in the front are rude and have no customer service. Work on customer service

Went there this evening. There were only a few people there when we got there. The good:decent price compared to BWW. The bad:wings were overcooked, the freestyle machine was out of everything except 3 drinks, no napkins; just a roll of paper towels that they set on the counter next to the utensils. Very disappointing. read more

This wing stop gives you the smallest wings ever compared to the wing stop on oswell. Never coming here again. I warn you they you the smallest classic wings ever. read more

I had just got done watching a movie with some friends and we were hungry it was also late so we decided to go to Wingstop a cashier mistook my friends order and my friend didn't want it fixed because he thought it be too much of a hassle but then manager on site fix the order up without a problem very professional in my opinion read more

Staff is very unfriendly. Gave me the wrong food then when I took it back no apology nothing just took them fixed and said "here" if you hate your job do something about try smiling or something y'all look miserable! read more

This is the worst wingstop I have been to. The cashier was very nice and we asked for extra sauce on our wings! When receiving them we thought there was extra sauce but it was straight oil! I walked up and asked for a side of the mild sauce and when we went to show them the difference between the two they went to get a manager she literally laughed at us and said it was butter. The point is we asked for extra sauce and paid for it but didn't get it and when we tried to show them the problem they were very immature and unprofessional about it! I will not return read more

Worst customers service....the girls was literally just on her phone the whole time talking like a bunch of school girls ..was not professional at all read more

Only giving 2 stars because the cashier was friendly food horrible !! Wings 10 piece boneless no sauce want extra its gonna cost you. How about you add enough to be able to taste the sauce instead of grease! yuk ! will never eat there again.. veggies like carrots or celery .. extra charge , the blue cheese is to strong and chunky so disappointed ate 4 of my wings and had to throw the rest away my stomach could not handle the oil soaked chicken. read more

The service was fantastic!! This was my very first visit since they have opened & I had a wonderful experience. Per usual, I didn't know what I wanted so Nichole (cashier) helped me out by going into detail explaining all the options they had. What I really appreciated was her patience & her smile that never died throughout my entire visit. Was very pleased! :) read more

Great customer service worker named Shannon made sure my order was correct and went up and above the norm definitely leadership material give this place five stars.. read more

If your going to order make sure you call ahead. Decided to stop in and order and waited over 30 min for wings because all the call in orders were catered too. read more

To start off we usually have nothing but great things to say about wingstop but last saturday the 26th of August we had our first horrible experience. My wife and I placed a order online at 10:30 in the morning and then called to confirm pick upat 5:45pm. We were promised that our food would be ready and fresh by the employee who answered. So 5:45 we arrive and pay then the employee tells us "sorry sir they have not started your order". We understand because of the ppv fight that they were busy but what upset us was that others got their food before us. These people who received their food told us they placed their order an hour ago online. So please explain the reason why we even ordered early and confirmed. We were not the only ones that this happened to either. We continue to wait and yet they keep taking orders they can not fill and others are getting their online order first. Finally after 20 mins we ask "WHERE IS OUR FOOD" and we get a response of "IF YOU GUYS WANT RAW WINGS WE CAN GIVE YOU THAT INSTEAD". We were so upset at the customer service and that comment from the employee. We received our order 5 mins after that and we left. Food is always fresh and great but honestly we will NOT RETURN because of the service!!! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The owner should be ashamed of who they are hiring and ashamed to even call themselves a business owner. I have given this place chance and chance again and it has failed me every single time. I have had nothing but bad experiences. I ordered boneless wings once and I got the order and got home only to open up my wings to see that they were bone-in. So I called and had them remake it and drove the 15 minutes back to get the new order and I know I should've checked the new order before I left but I figured " you can't be so stupid to mess up twice" we'll boy was I wrong. I got home and AGAIN the wings were bone-in after speaking to the manager for 10 minutes about it. That was just one experience. Every time I go in the workers are all laughing and talking and not doing their jobs or keeping things clean which leads to my only explanation as to why I got food poisoning from there just last week. If you are the business owner and reading this I highly encourage you to check the expiration date of your sauces and product because clearly your workers and managers are not doing their jobs. read more

Luis E. is dumb. I love this place and I'm coming back for sure !!! More wings for me

Me and my boyfriend went here to get wings, very slow! Waited at least an hour and they didn't even put it in my order. They began making my order literally last minute. They gave me 5 extra wings though for the wait! read more

The best Wingstop in Bakersfield. I have to drive at least 20 mins to get there, but this place is worth it. Food is always right, on time and the customer service is great! read more

This is my go to Wing Stop location, seriously I have never had an issue with them. Every time I come here my food is perfect the wings are big and meaty and the restaurant is clean the employees are great and their customer service is incredible compared to the Gosford location. I live on panama ln and even though Gosford is closer to me, I am willing to spend my gas and time going to the Coffee Rd location than going to Gosford. Keep it up Susan and Eddie you guys are doing a great job on running this restaurant, I really appreciate it. read more

Very excited they opened this new location! Great service Great wings, It was very crowded and the wait was a bit long but i feel like that's expected from every wingstop considering everyone else loves their wings and everything is made to order. And from what I know everything is made fresh everyday like their fries and ranch read more

Love this place! Excellent customer service and food! The manager always makes sure his customers are happy. We're addicted. The Mango Habanero Classic Wings are our favorite! read more

I went to wingstop with my friend yesterday and I have been sick ever since I got home. I don't know if the employees washed their hands or not. I don't know if the actual food had something in it but I have been throwing up and I can't even drink water without throwing it up. I recommend not to go here unless you want to get sick like I am. And greatest part is that I have a wedding that I am part of in just a couple hours! read more

If I didn't enjoy the wings I would never go back to this place because of the lack of customer service. I ordered over the phone. When I arrived to get my order I walked in and there was 4 employees and 1 table of customers already eating their food, no one else was there eating or waiting for an order. All 4 employees looked at me then turned back to their conversations with each other. Finally one employee came up to the registers, once she arrived she stood there and looked at me, didn't say a word, so I informed her I was there to pick up a phone order. She then told me the price, took my payment and handed me my food. I said thank you multiple times with zero response. The employee said 2 words to me during my transaction and not even with a smile. I was hoping for a good place to frequent when this location opened but after the disappointing experience tonight I'll likely never go back to this one. read more

I tried this place twice and unfortunately had a bad experience both times, the wait to get my food after ordering was ridiculously long, the first visit we were patient but the next visit we had to check twice to see why it was taking so long (other customers who came after us received their food timely) on the second time inquiring they hadn't even started our order needless to say we got our money back and went elsewhere! read more

Newly open Wing Stop in NW bakersfield, the staff is poorly trained, uneducated on how to even use register or how to run a credit card for payment. Young girl taking our order was rude and had no customer service skills at all. Wings WAY over-cooked, hard to even chew. No sauce given with our order, even after requesting "extra". No napkins in the entire store, only a single roll of brown paper towels (looked like something you dry your hands with in the restroom) put out on the counter up front. Very disappointing 1st experience. read more

I've been to all the Wingstops in town and this one is by far my favorite. They are fast and friendly. Customer service is outstanding and their manager Shannon is personable and helpful. He runs a tight shift and goes out of his way to help the customers in any way he can. The speed, hospitality, and customer service at this location is unrivaled to the others and of course they have the best wings in town! Do yourself a favor and go to this Wingstop. read more

this place mixed my order with someone else's and by the time i got home and realized it wasn't my order my night was completely ruined due to the fact i can't go all the way back to fix my order. they were workers who don't usually work at the establishment. thanks a lot. read more

First time here and excellent food , service everything manager was great. Very clean fresh food nothing to complain about !

I understand this place is new, but the workers really need more training in customer service and in doing their job. The service is terrible & it's like a 3-ring circus in there. They need competent supervisor s to get this place rolling like a pro read more

Daisy is Awesome ! We make our order difficult because we order 3-5 separate orders , & she has patience and has a big smile on her face , never has gave us a bad time & remembers us & welcomes us everytime we place a order on the phone :) thank you daisy ! read more

Customer service is terrible and this is the 4th time they have forgotten a portion of my order

Very poor experience. Waited close to an hour for my food. Drink machine had NOTHING, and was not fixed in the hour wait either. Staff was inexperienced and seemed distracted. Tables inside were arranged horribly, I had to wade through a sea of elbows to find a seat. If you are going to try this place do yourself a favor and order online then come in the after twice the amount of time it's supposed to take so you only have to wait for half an hour instead of two read more
