I ordered online, and my order came with a free fry for doing the survey last time I went in. My order was made quickly, and theIr employees were so friendly which I appreciate. They forgot to give me my cup for my drink which wasn't a huge deal, I asked an employee when she gave me my food and she gave me my cup. I then checked my bag for my extra cheese sauce I ordered, it wasn't there, she checked my bag and then got me one. I should have checked the rest of my order I guess because they forgot my fry I ordered. Totally not worth driving clear across town to get a $2.50 fry, but it really sucks because my receipt shows I should have gotten one. Again, the employees were super friendly and I appreciate that, I just doubt I'll be back considering I shouldn't have to check my whole order every time I order through wingstop. read more

Wow! Worst chicken wings ever. The chicken was so overcooked that you could hardly chew through it. And the sauces were so mediocre that they didn't taste like what they were called. Went there this evening. There were only a few people there when we got there. The good:decent price compared to BWW. The bad:wings were overcooked, the freestyle machine was out of everything except 3 drinks, no napkins; just a roll of paper towels that they set on the counter next to the utensils. This is the worst wingstop I have been to. The cashier was very nice and we asked for extra sauce on our wings! When receiving them we thought there was extra sauce but it was straight oil! I walked up and asked for a side of the mild sauce and when we went to show them the difference between the two they went to get a manager she literally laughed at us and said it was butter. To start off we usually have nothing but great things to say about wingstop but last saturday the 26th of August we had our first horrible experience. My wife and I placed a order online at 10:30 in the morning and then called to confirm pick upat 5:45pm. We were promised that our food would be ready and fresh by the employee who answered. So 5:45 we arrive and pay then the employee tells us "sorry sir they have not started your order". We understand because of the ppv fight that they were busy but what upset us was that others got their food before us. These people who received their food told us they placed their order an hour ago online. So please explain the reason why we even ordered early and confirmed. We were not the only ones that this happened to either. We continue to wait and yet they keep taking orders they can not fill and others are getting their online order first. Finally after 20 mins we ask "WHERE IS OUR FOOD" and we get a response of "IF YOU GUYS WANT RAW WINGS WE CAN GIVE YOU THAT INSTEAD". We were so upset at the customer service and that comment from the employee. We received our order 5 mins after that and we left. Food is always fresh and great but honestly we will NOT RETURN because of the service!!! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The owner should be ashamed of who they are hiring and ashamed to even call themselves a business owner. I have given this place chance and chance again and it has failed me every single time. I have had nothing but bad experiences. I ordered boneless wings once and I got the order and got home only to open up my wings to see that they were bone-in. So I called and had them remake it and drove the 15 minutes back to get the new order and I know I should've checked the new order before I left but I figured " you can't be so stupid to mess up twice" we'll boy was I wrong. I got home and AGAIN the wings were bone-in after speaking to the manager for 10 minutes about it. That was just one experience. Every time I go in the workers are all laughing and talking and not doing their jobs or keeping things clean which leads to my only explanation as to why I got food poisoning from there just last week. If you are the business owner and reading this I highly encourage you to check the expiration date of your sauces and product because clearly your workers and managers are not doing their jobs. read more

This is my go to Wing Stop location, seriously I have never had an issue with them. Every time I come here my food is perfect the wings are big and meaty and the restaurant is clean the employees are great and their customer service is incredible compared to the Gosford location. I live on panama ln and even though Gosford is closer to me, I am willing to spend my gas and time going to the Coffee Rd location than going to Gosford. I went to wingstop with my friend yesterday and I have been sick ever since I got home. I don't know if the employees washed their hands or not. I don't know if the actual food had something in it but I have been throwing up and I can't even drink water without throwing it up. I recommend not to go here unless you want to get sick like I am. If I didn't enjoy the wings I would never go back to this place because of the lack of customer service. I ordered over the phone. When I arrived to get my order I walked in and there was 4 employees and 1 table of customers already eating their food, no one else was there eating or waiting for an order. All 4 employees looked at me then turned back to their conversations with each other. Finally one employee came up to the registers, once she arrived she stood there and looked at me, didn't say a word, so I informed her I was there to pick up a phone order. She then told me the price, took my payment and handed me my food. I said thank you multiple times with zero response. The employee said 2 words to me during my transaction and not even with a smile. He runs a tight shift and goes out of his way to help the customers in any way he can. Newly open Wing Stop in NW bakersfield, the staff is poorly trained, uneducated on how to even use register or how to run a credit card for payment. Young girl taking our order was rude and had no customer service skills at all. Wings WAY over-cooked, hard to even chew. No sauce given with our order, even after requesting "extra". No napkins in the entire store, only a single roll of brown paper towels (looked like something you dry your hands with in the restroom) put out on the counter up front. Very poor experience. Waited close to an hour for my food. Drink machine had NOTHING, and was not fixed in the hour wait either. Staff was inexperienced and seemed distracted.
