I will be honest I don't always have the best customer service experience but the food is always good. This time they called me and said they were out of thigh bites is there anything else I wanted. I said I could do bone in wings instead. I thought maybe they would give me 6 because the bone in are more but they actually ended up giving me 10 wings. The atomic is so good if anyone likes spicey and it's not overbearing like you would think!! It's perfect to eat in my opinion I think I ordered the large thigh bite combo. This is probably my favorite wing joint in town. If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service is prompt but gruff, though I'd argue that's part of the rustic Wingstop feel. Our cashier was able to give us some great guidance and was especially helpful for pairing beers with our wings. Everything you've heard is 100% true and then some! Obviously the Louisiana Dry-Rub is the main flavor of my choice, and every time I go it's top-notch - crisp and perfectly cooked. Don't skip dessert! Meet family there for supper. From order to table it was 15 minutes. That seemed about right. The wings were well cooked and the flavor was good. I had bone in wings, 5 in honey BBQ and 5 in Korean BBQ. Both sauces tasted good. I also had loaded fries with cheese and they were great. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I can not stress this enough! Not even worth one star! Just downloaded this app and created an account because something needs to be said. Normally I don't even bother with reviews but the service is so bad that I had to tell everyone who reads this to take their money elsewhere. First off the employees are either rude or ignore you every time I go in there. It is very clear that they just don't want to be there and they take it out on you. Ordered our family meal online during this unprecedented coronavirus pandemic. To prevent the spread of the virus, restaurants are take out only. The food was good and ready on time. There were only two employees working at the store. One cooking and one taking orders. They did an excellent job handling the customers and preparing the orders. This place is terrible. I could not be more displeased with my last few visits. I honestly wish I could not even give it a one star review. Firstly, they always take so stinking long to make orders. I have never waited less than 30 mins for food. But it usually turns into almost an hour. Secondly, the place is always nasty, tables left unclean for looonnggg periods of time. Went to watch a football game and eat some wings, had to clean off our own table, because Every single one was dirty and nasty. We stayed for about an hour and most of those dirty tables were not cleaned off during our visit. If I could give Zero stars I would. I was visiting from Florida for the Christmas holidays and had to stop for my favorite lemon pepper wings from Wingstop. The lemon pepper wings were barely edible. They were so salty I couldn't even taste the lemon pepper. The fries were old and cold and not seasoned. I asked for 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese and received all watery ranch. To make matters worse, My aunt had never been to Wingstop and I was raving to her about the lemon pepper wings and she was disgusted by the food. I'll start off by saying that the wings here are always tastey. Louisiana rub is superb. I give a two star review because my order has been incorrect many times and I don't go but maybe once a month. It's also never ready when I order pickup, and I wasnt even able to eat my wings last time because they gave me the atomic instead of smoke9. Way too hott! My go to place for some bomb wings that are cooked and seasoned to perfection (95% of the time)! Very rarely do they make an order mistake but the wings are A1 as of recently. Went to wingstop clinton. Order was called in but had not been sent to the kitchen when i arrived. I had a 10 pc order. Waited just over an hour still wasnt ready. Got up to ask and the excuses started. Ask for my money back, as she was getiing my money back wings were ready. She gave me my money and let me walk out empty handed and hungry. Customer service was horrible and they did not care at all about making it right with me. I dont understand how all they cook is wings and fries and they cant get 10 wings out in under an hour.
