Don't go here they barely speak English need to take hook on phonics class or something. They're not very attentive. They're gonna have you waiting wondering why you pick this spot if Zaxby's line is looking a little long it's because it's good and they actually serve you there. Don't waste your time with KFC in this city. read more

Wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to. Asked for fresh fries and was given cold hard fries that look like they've been sitting out all day. Returned for a fresh fry and was told that they were just dropped and given an attitude nastier than the food. Trust the reviews here, dirty establishment with dirty attitudes. read more

This restaurant is a prime example of why you can't make a decision based solely on negative reviews. My experience was five stars. Easy ordering, quick pickup, courteous staff, mistake free order, and good food. Admittedly, it was not during a busy rush when I was there, but I have zero complaints. I'm not really one to post comments but felt it was needed here. I wish more people would post their positive reviews instead of only using yelp as a place to complain. read more

I Was There On 06/18/2024 At 7:15 Pm I Did The Drive Through, I Ordered The 4 Piece Meal For $10.99, It Came Out Extra Dark And Way Overcooked! This Is Supposed To Be Original Chicken. It Was Totally Horrible!!! I Drove Back To The Drive Through Again, I Asked The Lady At The Window, Is This Supposed To Be Original Fried Chicken? She Replied Yes...I Replied, It's Way Overcooked... The Manager Then Came To The Window And Said, We Will Cook Some Fresh Chicken, I Asked, How Long? He Responded With 18 Minutes, I Pulled Over And End Up Waiting 38 Minutes For Chicken Worst Than Before, I Go Back Again And Said, This Chicken Is Worst Than Before, Its Not Fresh At All, The Smart Mouth Young Lady Replied You Can Stop Shouting Lady, I Responded With Im Not Shouting, But Needs To Be Shouting,The Manager Appears Again, This Time With An Attitude! I Told Him Im Not Arguing With Y'all Just Give Me My Money Back, He Handed My Refund, I Said Thank You, His Response Was Closing The Window! Not Managing Material At All!!! Every time You Go There, They Locks The Lobby At 6:00 Pm, So They Can Give You Bad Food, Every Time I'm There, He's Outside Smoking, Every Time!! Bad Management At This Clinton Location!!!!! Please People, Go To a Real KFC... Not This Poor Pitiful Site!!! read more

food was absolutely disgusting, soggy unflavored chicken. No sauce was offered without an up charge, drinks were not able to be refilled in the lobby, the bathroom had blood and bugs on the floor. I called corporate without hesitation and am truly surprised this place isn't already closed. It's a disgusting environment with employees that don't care. read more

Such rude service. I mean I am just speechless at how rude. And the Coleslaw was hot. We ordered water - got cokes and when I asked for our water got treated very badly. And the chicken...greasy, soggy and inedible. read more

People are upset to be alive. If it hurts that bad to work, stay home. This location once was good. Not many choices in Clinton so it hurts to take another one off the options list. Good luck to the owner. You made it this long, dont know how many more you've got. read more

Probably the worst chicken sandwich I've eaten in my life. 24 hours later and I'm still suffering from food poisoning. I just want yo die. Never again. read more

We drove to this KFC because of the time that is posted in for this store. The info says they stay open until 10 pm. The place was dark and locked up. The store info needs to be corrected! No they do not stay open until 10:00 read more

The food is decent. However, I do like their biscuits. A few times I have went some of the workers have had an attitude with me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was just wanting to order my food. read more

How are these people still in business. I haven't eaten here in 20 years but due to the rediculously long line at Popeyes we decided to give it a try. Big mistake! The spicy chicken was over cooked, dry and tasted old. Just nasty really. The biscuits were mediocre at best and the one bright spot was the slaw. Who pays $21 for decent slaw? An absolute waste of money. Avoid at all cost. Gas station fried chicken is far superior and that ain't saying much. read more

Ok I get it. Its fast food, but the staff canat least pretend to care. The drive thru lady was very short, couln't have cared less. No offer for any condiments, no hello, thank you, nada. At least pretend people. read more

I'd like to nominate this franchise for "the worst run" in the country. at least 4 weeks without having any pepper. Next visit, tea's not ready at 11:15, still no pepper, today, no pepper, ok we'll eat slaw rather than potatoes, then find out they don't have any utensils to eat it with. I give up, guess we'll be going to Chick-fil-a from now on. @kfc read more

Very unacceptable service, waited in line for 20 minuets only for them to mess up my order. Very unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Will not return again. read more

This is without a doubt the worst KFC! I've tried to eat there 4 times in the past two months and I have yet to walk away with a meal. Twice I have been there and there has been no chicken! Once I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and the last time, they were closed on a Wednesday at 8:45 pm. The so called "manager" was completely rude and unprofessional but honestly, I didn't expect anything else. Chik Fil A is right down the street and the difference between the two establishments is like night and day. DO NOT GO TO KFC on Hwy. 80 in Clinton!!! This place is horrible! read more

Worst service ever! The girl on the mic taking my order was laughing and talking with her co workers . First of all I sat at the drive in for 5 minutes waiting for some one to take my order, at first thinking the mic was dead, but then someone actually asked me for my order! Drove up to the drive up window and waited another 5 minutes, people were passing me from the drive through like 5 cars from this stupid establishment. I will never ever go to this worst place ever that I've been to, plus the food sized too!!!! Never go there it sux in every way!!!!! read more
