This Wingstop on Ellis Ave in Jackson MS will get your order wrong and then expect the customer to drive all the way back to the location to return the wrong order. Why should the customer be inconvenienced and waste gas for employee mistakes. The manager had a nasty attitude when I called to let them know and she asked me, "well what do you want me to do?" That is very poor customer service. If you want good food, good customer service, and your orders correct don't expect to get any of that at this location. You can expect nasty attitudes. read more

In the mood for wings and the hotel recommended this place. Relatively empty on a Thursday night but my order of 20 wings were served quick. I placed my order on the Internet with hopes that I would be able to dash in and out when I picked it up. WRONG!!! I got there and they tried to charge me after I had already paid. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my six wings and fries. My wings were good, but the fries were awful. I had about half an inch of grease at the bottom of my fries. Worst experience at this location last night! The cashier was inattentive when I placed my order. I waited 30 minutes for my order and the order was incorrect when I received it. The order was supposedly corrected and I noticed something else was incorrect. I was overcharged and the cashier, mentioned she was new, no excuse. I waited 20 minutes for the last correction. A majority of the customers complained about the service and the wait time and constantly inquired about their order. Staff was more concerned with call-in orders, no lids for beverages, place unkempt with broom an dust pan in center of lobby, unclean tables. I will definitely not revisit this location. There were also two customers present indicating service was poor previous night and they were there for meal replacements. I forgot to mention lemon pepper wings were extremely dry! read more

You have to prepay for orders over $20 when ordering online & you have to pay in the store if it's over $20 so you really can't order online & skip the wait. We ordered 50 wings & waited over an hour. Two other people that did preorder--one by phone & one online had been waiting 45 minutes & an hour so far while I was talking with them. They didn't give us the ranch dressing that we ordered with the 50 wings so I had to go back inside & get that. I added 3 boneless wings to the order. When I got to the car & looked in the bag the 3 boneless wings weren't there so I had go back inside. Now, parking here is TERRIBLE! People park behind you & block you in, there are only a couple of spaces to park in anyway. She said the wings were already cooked it would take 2 minutes to add the sauce. So I had to go back inside for ranch & again for the 3 boneless add on wings. The cook handed out the others orders & I was still waiting for my 3 wings FIVE minutes later. The very nice cashier had to ask him yet again to get my wings for me. I get home & my boneless wings that were supposed to have already been cooked & would only take 2 minute were actually wings with bones he apparently just threw in a container to get the order out of the way because he was told by the cashier 2 times to get 3 boneless wings & on the order it said it so I'm not sure how he still missed this after THREE times. I am very upset. I spent over $50 & it doesn't even come with a drink. You have to BUY dipping sauces for the wings...even when getting 50 wings! I will be contacting corporate about this experience. I do not eat wings with bones in them. They need to refund my money for this HORRIBLE experience. Prices at other locations are actually cheaper & they will not honor the other stores prices. After showing them my email confirming my order they offered no apology but did not hesitate to tell me what I owed.
