Fresh beef, fries cooked in beef tallow, a sourdough bun instead of the typical processed bread, and no high fructose corn syrup. They even serve filtered water for free, which tells me they genuinely care about quality from top to bottom. The restaurant itself is small, and when we got there there was already a line out the door. Honestly, that's a good sign. People are hungry for restaurants that prioritize quality over cutting corners. My only "complaint" is that I hope they can figure out how to scale this concept without sacrificing what makes them special. America desperately needs more places like this. If they can keep the same commitment to clean ingredients and consistency, I could absolutely see Tallow House becoming a national brand. I'll gladly wait in line for food like this.
