Hawaiian and Cajun 10 piece wings minus 2 wings because they cant count to 10.
    Ron B.

We ordered 10 flats with 2 separate sauces. Cajun and Hawaiian. Also added 2 sauces on the side. I checked my order that I did from inside takeout and the sauces were in there. When I got home and opened the wings we noticed we got 4 Hawaiian and 4 Cajun. So disappointed. Tgis cost over $20 and we dont have a lot of money is why we split 10 wings. Called the manager to let him know and he hung up on us. We did not want anything. Just let him know his quality process isnt working. The wings are small also. The sauces are awesome. I probably wont go back. High prices, poor management and small portions and wrong order. Its a new place but he should be able to take customers concerns.

place sucks. do not go. The service is slow, food is cold, and the tables are never cleaned. Honestly this place needs to shut down.

The space is tight but at least it is all angled making getting into and out of the spaces much easier. I did not notice any handicapped spaces but the lot is small and paved so travel is pretty easy. There are several signs on the exterior wall cautioning to lock your vehicle as they are not responsible for stolen items but nothing appeared nefarious. Seating is a combination of booths and tables plus several stools along the counter to the right. We seated ourselves and the server came by quickly for our drink orders and dropped off the menu. The menu is pretty extensive with many options as well as the ability customize anything. We decided on the Cleveland special and the Western omelet. With a cup of coffee, this came to about $24. The food took about 10 minutes to arrive. The first thing noticed is the biscuits are huge. They are easily the size of a saucer. They are a bit crumbly but that makes them great for covering in gravy. The eggs were cooked as ordered, the gravy was very good, and the sausage appears to be locally sourced. The omelet was also huge and completely filled. The veggies were sautéed perfectly and made for a great meal. The service was just fine but could have been better. I had asked if the sausage was locally sourced and the waitress did not know. She never came back to let me know if she had an answer. I had to ask twice for a refill and eventually waved down a different server. We also needed to ask twice for jelly packets. While not terrible by any means, it was unusual for what we expect from these type local restaurants which seem to pride themselves on great service as well as great food. This little diner is a must stop for a great meal. Just have a little patience with the service and you'll be glad you came.

Every time I try a new "Franchise Owned" restaurant I am usually disappointed. " Eggs Up Grill"…read morelived up to my disappointment. So to save you some time I will say this. If you want a Sunday breakfast spot where you have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table and then another 30 minutes after ordering for your food to arrive and once it does, the meals w cold. Then "Eggs Up Grill" is your kind of place. Granted we had a party of seven so I will defer the table wait. However it took 35 minutes for our food to arrive. I had a " Build your own Ham,American cheese & Mushroom Omelette w/Grits & a buttermilk pancake. My wife had 2eggs over medium w/potatoes, toast and link sausages. The sausages were burnt and we had to ask for some un-burnt links. My pancake was cold. The Grits were watery and I had to hunt for a mushroom and more than one bite of cheese on my omelette. Coffee was good and the servers would keep it warmed up. The rest of our parties food also was served up like warm to cold. One person got the burnt sausage links too. No one in our party thought much of the food or the cost. My advice for Sunday breakfast in Cleveland TN go to " Cameron's" Better food, better service, better prices and " Cat Head" homemade biscuits.

This was a wonderful place to get coffee and have brunch. The interior is very minimalist but sleek…read moreand clean. I loved the decor, plants, and dishware. Great ambiance to also just hang out or study/journal. Service was friendly and timely. I got the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was delicious, the lavender syrup was perfectly flowery and sweetened. There were so many food options on the menu, it took a while to order because everything looked so good. I ended up getting the Bruschetta Toast and the Nutella Croissant. My friend had the Acai Bowl and French Toast. The croissant was nice, pastry was large and filled with nutella. I shared with my friend and really liked the Acai bowl. It was presented beautifully and tasted very fresh. The French Toast was smaller than I thought and pretty sweet but good nonetheless. For me, the star of the show was the Bruschetta Toast. I loved everything about it: from the avocado spread, the soft mozzarella balls, the cute microgreens on top, the cherry tomatoes that add a little acidity, and the balsamic sauce. At first the balsamic smelled strongly of vinegar but it worked so well with all the ingredients, it was not overpowering as I thought. Such a well-balanced dish. I had to end the whole experience with the last bite of toast because everything else was pretty sweet, and it was just that amazing. I highly recommend this place and I'll be back to try other things off their menu.
