Absolutely worthless. Ordered at noon for 6:30 pm pickup, prepaid. Arrived and was told it would be a one hour wait... I asked for refund and you'd have thought I slapped them... crazy unacceptable service, hope they go out of business quickly to avoid trouble for others. read more

We ordered 10 flats with 2 separate sauces. Cajun and Hawaiian. Also added 2 sauces on the side. I checked my order that I did from inside takeout and the sauces were in there. When I got home and opened the wings we noticed we got 4 Hawaiian and 4 Cajun. So disappointed. Tgis cost over $20 and we dont have a lot of money is why we split 10 wings. Called the manager to let him know and he hung up on us. We did not want anything. Just let him know his quality process isnt working. The wings are small also. The sauces are awesome. I probably wont go back. High prices, poor management and small portions and wrong order. Its a new place but he should be able to take customers concerns. read more

We gave them a couple of weeks to get right because we love Wingstop and it's extremely expensive. At first, I was mad because the vegetables were completely missing and if I'm going to drop $65 I want what I paid for. I wasn't going to be too upset over just that though. Then I tasted the "seasoned" fries and there wasn't a single bit of seasoning on them AT ALL. I love their fries so that was extremely bothersome. Also, we had 30 wings split into 3 very different flavors, Hawaiian, lemon pepper, and hot and they were all thrown in an aluminum tray separated by wax paper. On several wings flavors blended and the only good news for my wife was that the hot wings had zero flavor because there was so little sauce. The service was faster than the app said it would be but they also don't send you a notification when it's done so there's that. The restaurant seemed clean and chaotic but we got our food to go. I think that if people in the organization who actually care tasted any of our food tonight, they would give a full refund out of pure embarrassment. However, I didn't even bother calling because if they cared, they'd remember vegetables. That's basic attention to detail and that's what they're severely lacking. read more

The atmosphere is always safe when Grayson is around. I can always count on the floor and tables being clean and no dust or crumbs anywhere. Save your $$. Go else where. This makes twice now that we have got all the way home and they have not given us what we ordered. The first time we just moved on, but this time they didn't give us blue cheese. Y'all we can't be eating wings without blue cheese!! And $6 blue cheese to boot!! So we called, the teenager that answered the phone (I say she was a teenager because she has zero customer service skills) she said you have two options, come back and get your $6 blue cheese that we forgot to put in your bag, or your just out of luck. Then I went to go get the $6 blue cheese they forgot, and the employee was on his cell phone arguing with his girlfriend, for like 3 minutes while I'm standing there, kept saying I got to go, I love you. Finally when he hung up I said we don't have the dressing he gives me a little one instead of the big tub. He was out of the tubs of blue cheese so he gave me 7 little sauces. This is just too pricey for mediocre overpriced food and terrible service. Food was cold and soggy by the time we went back and got the dressing. Save your $$$ and go else where. read more

Great sauces and ranch but I had to wait 40 min to dine in due to the amount of delivery and take out orders. I found it to be over priced , 10 wings , fries and a single drink was $18 ( the drink machine is as out of Co2 and they didn't have any in the back ) I was not impressed , they will not be getting any more of my time or money. I really hate to say it , I had high hopes and really wanted it to be a go to for a wing fix. But with 3 strikes ( service , price and wait ) I will not want to return. read more

Didn't get all of my food late last night and didn't bother calling because it was 10pm and we live 30 minutes out. I called them today to let them know we were missing our 5 piece tenders and apparently I can't get the food I paid for because I didn't drive ALL the way back out there and bring the food back. INSANE that I can't get the food I paid for when they messed up. Completely BS. read more

Hmmm....what do I say. Ordered online, stopped by to pickup and it's an even longer wait - two hours! Nine people working and yelling "we got this" (great teamwork). They are trying really hard, I really believe that but being around bars and restaurants, it starts at the top. I'll wait and give them another chance in a month but not off to a great start. Asked for my refund because I didn't want to wait an additional hour but they won't do that at the store.
