Upon arrival I was greeted by a member of the staff and asked "what do you need?" After advising I was there to pick up an online order I was asked my name and proceeded to hear the kitchen state "who? We do not have that order". Bewildered with confusion I offered to show my online order confirmation, only to be met with dismissal. No worries. I fully understand it was a late night with a TON of requests. So I was an order, in a sea of orders. But when you place an order online, and arrive 30 minutes after your expected completion time, you expect to be quickly serviced. That's the purpose of an online order. I waited for an additional 48 minutes for my order to be completed AFTER showing up for retrieval. The younger gentleman behind the counter, who I presume was the manager, did try and rally his team but to a paltry response. No urgency from the rest of the staff. No care. maybe he can get hired at a more appropriate location where his talents don't go unobserved. All in all, food was okay, albeit EXTREMELY late. Will not revisit this location nor will I recommend it to others. I was there Friday 3/17 around 11pm. What a waste of time and money. I placed an ordered through their app for delivery. 75 minutes later I watched an email as delivery vehicle headed in my direction then before reaching my house the order was marked delivered. I called the store and the manager told me I needed to contact DoorDash. After contacting them and transferred 3 or 4 times. I asked that the order be replaced. DoorDash agreed, half hour later I received an email stating I will be getting a refund. I called the store and explained I wanted the order resent. Our experience today with Wing Stop was one of the worst I have ever had with any restaurant!!! I ordered $400 worth of food for our office lunch today. I was supposed to get 350 wings, no where near 350 was given to us today. EVERYTHING was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting there for hours!! 4 people found MOLD on the corn!!! And I had 3 people who didn't even get top eat!! There is NO WAY this was 350 wings!! NOTHING was labeled, even though I specifically asked for all the different flavors to be labeled and in their own containers.
