We recently went to Wingstop for the first time and I was impressed with the menu and prices. I went with my wife and son, and we split a family boneless wings meal deal and it was plenty of food for the three of us for a smoking deal. The interior was clean and no frills, but they do have televisions and plenty of seating. They allow you to select four flavors and all were pretty good - I personally recommend cajun and traditional hot. The fries were a highlight and already craving some more. It was very busy and it took a good 15-20 minutes to get our wings, however they do a good take-out business so it was understandable. Overall, definitely worth checking out again and was pleasantly surprised by the Gilbert Avenue location! read more

Talk about first to worst when updating reviews......I've ordered online and picked up my wings/fries like 3 or 4 times over the past 2 months, only problem I had so far was one time they didn't adhere to my request of having the fries "Well Done" because if I don't check that box, the fries at any location I've gone to in multiple states, the fries taste soggy even if you eat right there in the dining area. I ordered online tonight at 6:40pm, estimated time was 45 minutes. Understandable on a Saturday night. I go down there around 7:30? Guy up front (who didn't help ONCE) to make food or do anything for the folks in the back tells me it's not ready yet and actually might be more like an HOUR....Ok, so I stand outside for a little, then a seat opens up and I go sit inside......ok it's now 8pm! I get up and ask if he can check how much longer and when I say my name again, he looks at the SHELF and goes "oh crap" here you go man and hands me a bag that was on the shelf for AT LEAST 20 MINUTES, and when I replied with "are you F*ing serious?" I got the laziest, most careless "oh sorry bout that"...I almost left my food there but I'm starving and went home....the chicken was barely warm enough to still eat and I took one bite of a few fries and THEY WERE DISGUSTING, probably because it all sad in a closed bag for over 20 minutes as I sat 10 feet away from my order! I'm contact the company with the store number and I really hope they give me either a full refund for at least a voucher to get the same order FREE next time I visit. Wingstop is my favorite wings chain and this one keeps the winning streak going. Service was excellent here by Manager Jacob and counter lady Roxanne-excelled at the 3Ps-Prompt; Polite; Professional. I left with a humongous bag of 10 boneless wings(spicy Korean & Cajun flavors)2 orders of fries and a yummy new item chicken sandwich. It wasn't too busy when I went in. There was a solo, couple, and a trio dining in, then two guys came in after me. They were also fulfilling online orders. So, I waited about a good 15 mins until I got my food, not too bad. My food was hot and fresh, and most of all tasty! I ordered a 24-piece meal. Half, boneless, (6) Hot Lemon Pepper & (6) Garlic Parmesan then the other half, bone-in, (12) Lemon Pepper. That also came with a large fry, veggies, and 3 ranches. I spent about $35. I've never really been a big fan of their fries, but I can definitely say they've improved over the years. I enjoy them a lot more than I did before. Though we've had other Wingstops in the past in Phoenix proper, this was our first time at this location. We ordered the family pack to go which included 20 wings, which we got in Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Mango Habanero, fries (which we got with regular fry seasoning), and veggies w/ blue cheese. The wings were fat and juicy. I especially liked the mango habanero--much more manageable than that at BWW, but still with a good kick and flavor. The BBQ was good as BBQ always is (though there were a couple chicken wing tips, which was weird), but unfortunately the Cajun was just not good. It was earthy, but not in a good way. The carrots and celery had also been dipped/soaked in some solution (or were just wet, lol) and the blue cheese wasn't adhering as it should have been. And gave them their food before us, along with giving a kid under 21 alcohol without checking ID.
