I understand the pandemic but we ordered online 1 hr before we went to the store. There didn't seem to be many people inside. The female working the counter had no idea how to prioritize. She became more involved with customers walking in than giving customers their orders. We were there another hour & saw our order get bagged/shelved. It took her more than 30 mins to turn around & start handing out orders. People were lining up outside trying to social distance as best they could. This is not the first time that we've had this type of horrible service from this particular store. I'm done with this store. If you could give this Wingstop zero stars, I would. The food is good. It's their horrible customer service that led to my decision to never order from them again. First of all, my online order was half an hour late, and when I received my food, I was missing all my sides. I went back and tried to show the young worker my order details, which she didn't bother to check and when I told her that she was giving me small sides, she insisted that I was wrong and attempting to make me look stupid when as a regular customer I knew for sure that I was not getting what I ordered. She gave me what I thought was half my carrots, and to my surprise, when I opened them, she had given my celery even when I told her twice that it was all carrots. Then, on the way home, I told my daughter to double check every thing again, and we realized we were missing our fries too. This could've been all avoided if she would've look at my order details when I tried telling her to do so. I am waiting to get a refund for what I was missing which I am not that I will as several reviews state that the manager is rude and doesn't take accountability for the mistakes that his employees make. I came to this one with a couple friends who swore up and down by wingstop, and this one in particular. I had my doubts but it was 2 to 1 and we came anyways. I ordered 15 wings with a side of fries and a drink. They let me choose 3 different flavors so I tried the garlic, BBQ, and Hot. All 3 were AMAZING!!! I'm a big ranch guy and barely used any because I loved the flavor of the wing. The fries are heavenly! Idk what they put on them, but I'm astonished at how good they were, not the typical frozen fries you see places. I can honestly say I will be a regular here! I give this place one star because I can't give it zero! I'm not sure if the employees care about their jobs. We had to ask for them to clean the tables. Service was not the problem. When I went to take my wings home, the bottom of the paper bag was soaked with oil from my wings. This was only after a short walk to car, the bag wasn't been moved around at all. It got all over the seat in the car and my lap. Probably the worst Wing Stop Location in the area, food is never ready on time and always 1-2 hours wait just for wings.

This is the worse wing stop I've been too. We definitely got someone's order that never picked it up, the only fresh set of wings was the mango habanero. We chose this location because of the convenience of being close to home but I'd rather make the drive to riverbank or standiford then order from here again. No one ever greets you upon walking in and there is no line structure so basically it's a crowd of people and you are unsure who is waiting to still be helped (almost all the time all customers are waiting to be helped). They make people wait before taking a walk in order and will handle the phone prior to people physically in the establishment. As many reviews have pointed out, ordering online is pretty pointless as the order still won't be ready by the time provided.
