This is the first time I've been to Wingstop and decided to place the order online to save time. I came into the restaurant, was the second in line and waited for 10 minutes for the one worker behind the counter to finish with a phone order while 3 workers were in the back preparing food. When I finally got to the counter and paid, the kid working told me it would be another 16 minutes before my food was ready (my online order said 26 minutes from when I first placed it). So I had to wait for my food even after placing the order online. There was no offer to add something to my order for free because of the trouble. Just excuses that they "were really busy). Very quick with order and pick up. But their phone needs to be replaced, the last 3times i ordered my name is always wrong and not my name with order. Staff os friendly, transaction is smooth until they have to fiqure out which order is mine. There is no social distancing at this location tons of people just standing around inside waiting for orders or waiting to get helped on. The staff does nothing to enforce the social distancing. They're really friendly here and when I get home I always have extra wings. I'm giving 4 stars because the dine in and self serve areas are dirty, not messy, dirty. The straw holder is really bad, you see grease all over it and the soda dispenser could definitely use a wipe down. Sometimes the ice machine is broken too which sucks, they don't tell you this until after you pay for the soda. But all in all the service is great and so is the food, so I give them a 4 out of 5 =) read more

This Wingstop in particular always takes extra long for whatever reason to make your mediocre wings. so anyway, time was now 9:05 and so I asked when my food would be ready because I ordered online. The cashier asked the cooks if my order was ready and the girl said it would be 5-10 more minutes. I waited and waited. It was now 9:35. I was getting hangry and I asked them again when my food would be ready. The guy then has the bright idea to look on the rack where the online orders are and my food had been sitting there for a while. He told me he called my name when he didn't because I asked twice if my food was ready and it wasn't. I work in food service and he didn't even apologize. The food I ate was cold and it was nasty. But when I asked for to-go boxes and the rolls, I was ignored by a different cashier who simply returned to working in the back, and wasn't helped until the original cashier returned. We had waited knowing that this location was going to open because living in Ceres we always went to Turlock for Wingstop. We were welcomed by all of the employees with a smile. We were just going to get the 30 piece but were told by Nad that we would only pay $4.00 more for the family pack that included sides and sauces. She was very helpful as were her co workers! We were told the wait would be about 15 minutes which gave us time to get a beer and watch March Madness on their two big screen TV's. We got the lemon pepper, garlic parmesan & original hot and they were wonderful! Being that it is just two of us we ate off of it for 2 days! The cheese fries were good as well as the veggies. The place was VERY clean! We are so happy to have this in Ceres...especially for game days! read more
