This is the first time I've been to Wingstop and decided to place the order online to save time. I came into the restaurant, was the second in line and waited for 10 minutes for the one worker behind the counter to finish with a phone order while 3 workers were in the back preparing food. When I finally got to the counter and paid, the kid working told me it would be another 16 minutes before my food was ready (my online order said 26 minutes from when I first placed it). So I had to wait for my food even after placing the order online. There was no offer to add something to my order for free because of the trouble. Just excuses that they "were really busy). Very quick with order and pick up. But their phone needs to be replaced, the last 3times i ordered my name is always wrong and not my name with order. Staff os friendly, transaction is smooth until they have to fiqure out which order is mine. There is no social distancing at this location tons of people just standing around inside waiting for orders or waiting to get helped on. The staff does nothing to enforce the social distancing. They're really friendly here and when I get home I always have extra wings. I'm giving 4 stars because the dine in and self serve areas are dirty, not messy, dirty. The straw holder is really bad, you see grease all over it and the soda dispenser could definitely use a wipe down. Sometimes the ice machine is broken too which sucks, they don't tell you this until after you pay for the soda. But all in all the service is great and so is the food, so I give them a 4 out of 5 =) read more
