I ordered the spicy Korean they were over fried. Super dry scraped my mouth eating. I did finish I don't make a fuss with food not sure what these workers do if I did. The cashier was a young guy he was helpful and shared a quick convo back and forth. Wife wings all flats dry Babies chicken tenders though. Great. Only positive was they do justice with the sauce. Love that. The young middle eastern lady is ripping people off giving cans in exchange for using the fountain machine. They closed the bathrooms to customers eating at the establishment. We ordered - 20 piece Meal Deal w/ Large Fries. Atomic Boneless Wings - for my Son for lunch and later . He was impressed by truly hot the wings were. Which is saying something! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich Combo - Fries and a Regular Soda. I liked that they have the beverage machine that lets you pick your Soda. Since I have Diabetes. It's nice to be able to pick more than just a Diet Cola . The Food was hot , tender and juicy . Good Meal :) I took a star away due to- I asked for dine in and it was in a to go bag . I asked to be presented as a dine in and they remedied it . I used their bathroom that is either gender . Since there is a urinal in the bathroom. It needs to be checked on and cleaned more often - urine on the floor and smelled . I understand that this particular location gets busy . Worst Wingstop ever. Placed a online order on June 14th and got a text message about 30min later that the order had been cancelled to contact Wingstop. So i called and asked why it was cancelled and they said someone must have picked it up and not delivered. So i ask if they can remake it and they told me i had to reorder it online. I asked for a refund and they said ok and hung up. I go in personally on the 16th and talked to the store manager Solía i told her if i can get a refund and they said i should have called when the issue occurred. Well anyway she said she has to call corporate so i can get a refund and to call back Friday so i did and she said there was nothing i can do that it is out of her hands. I asked if i can at least get a gift card and she said no. Well it's been weeks now and never got issued the refund. As a fan of Wingstop, this location is my favorite in that it is conveniently located near me and their price is lower (lower tax) compared to most other locations. Seems they are doing well during this pandemic. At first when I started ordering to go over the phone last month, the wait was only 30-45 minutes. This time I called in and can hear all the noises in the background that they were even more busier than ever! Staff said will be 58-65 minutes wait. for years I've strayed from this wingstop that's located in the closest plaza to my neighborhood because of the unrealistic wait times. For years it's been like this so there must be an issue with the system since the wait times are constantly incorrect and longer than alleged. Expect to wait an added 15mins when ur told wait time.
