Saw the previous reviews for Wing Stop but wanted to try a new place. It's also super convenient and close to home. Ordered online and stopped in to pick up order. They said there were issues with the printer for online ordering and I needed to put my order in again. They were super apologetic and made sure to change the in store price to reflect the online price (which was less). The food was ready and fresh in 10-15 minutes maximum. We left to run an errand and they offered to text when it was ready. There are two major reasons I gave them 5 stars. The first is the wings were superb. The original were very much like the old school style I grew up eating in the Midwest. My kids loved the boneless Teriyaki. Second, the people that work there are really friendly and want to interact with you as a person, not just another kitchen ticket. read more

I love Wingstop! After hearing that there is new management we had to check it out, seeing as before we had a bad experience. Our visit was wonderful, the staff was helpful, the food was on time and the store was clean. I LOVE the lemon pepper wings and the hot! Worth trying it again, definitely glad we did! Ordered a 40 piece meal combo - drove 25 minutes to pick up, was given a large sealed bag. I asked if that was everything, and was told yes. I hurried back to feed my family. When the bag was opened, there was only 10 wings and no sauces. I was livid, and had hungry, disappointed teenagers. I called to tell them I paid $65+ dollars, and only got 10 wings. They told me there was nothing they could do, but if I brought back the food I had, they would remake it, and I could wait, and they would throw in an extra ranch. I told them I didn't want to drive back another hour, plus wait for them to cook what I had ordered in the first place. Plus, gas is $4/gallon, and I didn't want to drive all that way AGAIN. I asked for a refund for what I didn't get, and they told me no, they had to "see" what I got to make sure stuff was missing. Are you kidding me? What would that prove? I told them I wasn't going to drive back, so I want my money back. They refused. I am going to dispute with my credit card. And by the way, the food I did pick up, was very cold and the fries were greasy and disgusting, that even the hungry kids wouldn't eat them. I will NEVER order from there again. I like Wing Stop. They've definitely stepped up their game. When I first started coming here, they only had boneless strips. They've added boneless wings. Yay! I love bite-sized boneless wings. There's something super sloppy about boneless strips. I like their flavors. I also like their weird sugar-salt fries. Service is okay. I mean... you order at the counter and that's it. After a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings here in Cedar Park where they took our order online and then decided to push it to the next day a full half hour before closing, we were unable to get the food for them...we headed over to Wing Stop at 10:55pm and just asked Wing Stop if it was even possible. Wing Stop happily told us they would help and even went as far as to cater to us and treat us amazing. Good wings and fries, but there's a time and place for this Wingstop. That would be to order a half hour in advance and for takeout. I've been here three times and it's taken over 30 minutes for two orders of wings and fried corn. They definitely have a lot of takeout business, but that still doesn't justify a half hour for wings. The place is a mess, so don't eat here, just order wings to go. The last time I was here, they had no seasoning on the fries and put the wrong sauce on the wings. They fixed it right away, but it's disappointing to wait that long for the wrong order. read more

If the management/staff was better I would give it 5 stars. Half the time I try to call in an order I have to hold for so long I just give up. They have cheap wings on Tuesday but they told me I needed a minimum of 8. I walk in and their sign says minimum 5. Then the next week when I tried to order online it made me do a minimum of 10. This location lost me as a customer this week. We've been here a handful of times and every time the staff has been rude and the wings poorly put together. We tried to eat here on Super Bowl Sunday a few hours before the game and EVERY table was open. BUT, they had over AN HOUR wait to dine in. I understand that they had an insane amount of to go orders for the game, but the have several fryers in their kitchen and their is absolutely no reason their kitchen staff could not accommodate to go orders and dine in customers at the same time. Very poor planning on their part. They should not offer dine-in seating if they cannot accommodate done-in orders. read more

My family had such a great dining experience at Wing Stop in Cedar Park that it deserves recognition, particularly in an age in which people rush to give awful reviews but never take the time to say anything positive. We originally found Wing Stop online as a recommendation for low-carb dining. The GM, Jason, greeted everyone who walked in the door during our visit and personally checked-in on all tables in the restaurant. Jason thanked the diners for coming and welcomed them to come back again. The customer service of Jason and his team was above reproach and the cashier was very calm and patient while explaining the menu options as we asked questions to make sure we stayed within our diet. The food was great and the experience so positive, we will surely be regulars at this location. read more

I have always wanted to try Wingstop but was hesistant after the reviews I read. Luckily for me my experience was excellent. I ordered 4 orders of the 10 piece boneless wings with an order of fries for my family and I. (Teriyaki, Bbq, Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub). I ordered online and picked up at store. Order was correct and packaged well for transport back home. My whole order was ready in 18 minutes. read more

I came to pick up my order and waited another 45+ minutes for my order. I asked what the problem was and was told they were just busy. I waited and asked again and didn't even get a response. Was craving wings an they were closest to my house. Ordered online and requested a 12:15 pick up time. I arrived at 12:18 and they weren't ready. It wasn't ready until 12:35. That made me very sad! Why pre-order if your going to wait I ordered Hawaiian wings. Which are like a BBQ with hint of pineapple flavor. Yummy not to sweet. Also go lemon pepper and honey BBQ with a side of slaw since there fries always seem soooo soggy. And love there ranch dressing to dip in. And no not all ranch is created equally. We LOVE some chicken wings!! This was our 1st time ordering wingstop since moving to Leander in 2015. We ordered them to go at 1030pm and they were ready in 20 minutes. We wanted to get delivery but it wasn't available. We got the family pack of 24 wings and we didnt like 2 or the 3 flavors. Original hot was good, cajun and parmesan garlic were not good! Make sure you order xtra crispy fries otherwise they will be soggy. read more

First of all multiple of my chicken wings had feathers still attached, when I showed this to the staff I was told that it was natural because it was from a chicken.. after this I sat back down and continued to eat some fries with ranch when I noticed a curly black hair in my ranch (keep in mind I have long brown hair and the hair I found was obviously from an African American) (it is also important to add that the same employee who told me chicken feathers are normal also happens to be the only African America employe in the store) After finding this hair I showed the same employee and told him I had found his hair in my ranch and he responded with "that's not mine" this was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant in my life. If I could give a zero star review I would. Walked in and placed a to go order today. Over $50 order and we had to throw away 90% of it. Not only was our order totally wrong, what should of been fresh food was almost stale. Our order was supposed to be boneless and all 50 wings were bone in, the garlic parm had zero flavor even covered in cheese it was still bland. The other two flavors were just as bad. This place may seem like a fast food joint, but the food is anything but fast. Expect at least a 15 -20 minute wait on your food (even if its a single combo meal). The interior decor is unassuming. The only thing spicing up the atmosphere is what appears to be vintage photos and props. Avoid the boneless wings; given their small size, they are not worth it. It seems that most customers are wise enough to order pickup ahead of time. On a side note, they do sell beer and they have a screen to watch the game! read more

Skip it. If it's possible, find another Wingstop to patronize. After my second visit I've decided to totally write this place off. The first visit, my husband and I decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat before grocery shopping. We ordered the 10 piece combo each, he had the Parmesan wings..I ordered the lemon pepper. Got our orders only to find our wings were swimming in a container of oil......pretty much like they dumped the wings in the carton without draining them! It was disgusting!! I chalked it up to them being busy and mistakenly, in a rush, forgot to drain them...so, I decided to give them another shot. Wingstop has always been the preferred wing place to indulge my wing obsession. It's a little out of the way these days, I actually have to drive by 3 other spots to get here, but the wings, the fries, the dip always make up for it. I rarely have an issue, but last Sunday I did... (So why the 5 stars you may ask?) My togo order was messed up but the owner, Chandler, handled it AMAZINGLY. Very easily could have been a make or break moment for Wingstop, but the team there went above and beyond to make it right. I see there's a number of complaints about the service, and one of the things Chandler and I talked about, was how they take mistakes like mine and turn them into learning opportunities so they don't happen again for their customers. Everytime we order from this location they forget our drinks. If I pull up my order summary they argue with you saying you're wrong even though its on the darn receipt as clear as day. I love wingstop but this location is horrible. Very disorganized, service is always on the defensive side, rude when you call them out and you pretty much have to demand you get what you paid for. My boyfriend and I really enjoy Wingstop, but it seems like no matter the location -something always goes wrong with our order! Our last visit we left with everything but our fries, so our cheese dip and extra ranch went to waste. Upon calling, the shift manager kindly offered to replace the fries if we returned to the store and instructed us to let the manager on shift know of this incident the next time we order. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to return for fries and we are moving out of the Cedar Park area, so we were just out of luck! Got it home to fine large amounts of the order missing. Went back for a third time. Got home and had uncooked fries in the bag. All service at this location has been questionable in the past, but this was beyond ridiculous. They lost a customer. read more

If i could give it zero or negative. I would. Called and spoke with a young man, Chris. Who proceeded to take our order over the phone and took down our address for delivery for our dinner. He told us 30 minutes and it would be delivered. We called the store back 55 minutes later to check the status of our order. Chris handed over to the manager, Devon, who then proceeded to explain that delivery orders are only through door dash. Chris never said anything about doordash or anything else. Why would he have taken down our address and submitted our order? Or why not explain doordash to us? The manager Devon, gave great attitude and did not even attempt to help the situation. Don't waste your time or money here! They are so incredibly slow and extremely rude! I placed an order online for pickup this evening which said it would be ready by 7:28pm. I arrived at the store at 7:28m and told the guy I was there for my order, to which he said that it would be another 25-30mins until it would be ready. When I mentioned that my confirmation stated it would be ready by 7:28pm the guy came back with "Yeah, the wait time went up after your order." So I asked if they have any way of notifying their customers when that happens and he said no. After walking out, I went back in to cancel my order as I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes, and was told that it would now be another 30-45 mins if I wanted to continue to wait. I said no, I wanted a refund. The guy at the register said he needed to get his manager, Devin Kortez, who came over and told me that he could not issue me a refund and he would have to give my info to the owner to send off to corporate since I ordered online. When I asked if there was anything that he could give me showing I would be refunded he said" Other than my word, NO!" I asked that he print my receipt and write all his info on there stating that I would be refunded so that I had something other than his word. He was clearly annoyed and irritated and didn't care to provide me with any reassurance that I would indeed be refunded. As the manager, I would have expected that he would have possessed some sort of customer service skills, but he is clearly lacking in that area! I will be following up with the owner Chandler and contacting corporate to ensure my refund is issued! Worst experience EVER! read more

Every single time I've picked up from here I have had to wait long but nothing compared to today. I ordered online and they said it would be ready at 6:50. When I showed up they told me, very rudely, that they were still working on it. Well about 30 minutes go by and about 4 people come in, order, and leave with their food. I asked what was taking so long and the lady at the counter said "I think they're still working on it". Okay so another 30 minutes go by and another 5 or so people come in and leave with their food. I went back up to the counter and asked what the hell was taking so long. They finally hand me my food and very rudely tell me to "have a good day". Ok, so I am changing this Wingstop review. I received contact from possibly the owner or regional manager informing me that this location has been revamped. I was invited to receive a coupon to come again, but I just decided to go on my own at my convenience. I didn't want to be biased. I love Wingstop wings and find them better tasting that Pluckers (which seem drier than Wingstop). Wingstop just has some of the best tasting wings around. So, I came back to this Wingstop location and I have to say...it is much better than before. It now feels like the Wingstop I have come to love and appreciate! The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was outstanding! Thanks to the management team for revamping this location, great job!! They get one star for the lack of caring, period! I stopped in to pick up a to go order on 9/20 and when I got home I discovered that feathers were still on my wings. Yeap, you read right...FEATHERS. It was very late and my kids were able to eat the wings with no feathers and fries. Being that it was very late I decided to call the next morning and express my concerns. I called this morning because I thought that this could be a health hazard to new business today, and of course, the "mgr" on duty could have gave two sh*ts about what I had to say. I had to tell her to have her cook keep an eye out. At no time did she offer an apology or a refund. I know these chains are individually owned. If I was the owner I would be livid with this kind of service. Wing stop is my favorite place to get wings from but now that I have experienced all of this....we won't be returning. read more
