Very disappointed in the location. Placed a $50 order on DoorDash and they had forgot to put my ranch in the bag. Called to try and get the ranch. The lady pretty much told me I had to contact DoorDash to create a ticket to get my ranch. I haven't eaten all day and not having the ranch was the tip of the iceberg. I'll admit I gave her some attitude about just letting me come get the ranch and she completely went off so I hung up. Called back and a very nice gentleman answered saying I could just come pick it up. He gave the phone to the lady and she said no, you have to go through DoorDash. I told her I was sorry about giving attitude and felt she was just mad and making this difficult for me. All I wanted was ranch! I had to send someone out to get ranch and pay for more because she accused me of lying about the ranch being in the bag. I just don't understand why she made it so difficult for me. I asked to speak to GM and she said no, that she was the right under the GM and I wouldn't be getting to anyone higher up. I am a manager and would not be allowed to treat people this way. Wow, where do I start. First when we enter the store, we're met with a waft of musty smell leaking from the kitchen. It's packed with around 10 people just standing waiting on the 7, yes I said 7 workers to finish making the other peoples online orders. Only one of the three of us ordered a 6 wing meal with fires, that's it. As we sit down me and my other friend try to get water cups from the woman at the register she then proceeds to act like there isn't any water cups and then says it's 3 dollars for a small drink. Then a new guy comes up to the register and I ask him instead and he immediately gets me two cups. I don't know if she just didn't want to go through the effort of getting them or she just likes to lie. I assume it's also her daughter i in the store aswell just sitting in the corner with her toys and whatever she's doing wandering around the store unsupervised. Like every wingstop I've ever gone to- they can't seem to get the order correct. My husband has been ordering from Wingstops for about 5 years, and in that time they have never once made the order correctly (this isn't an exaggeration). So the other day we ordered from there and while on the phone I asked "Do y'all give celery with the wings like Pluckers (another wing place) does?" The lady said yes so I asked for her to make sure some celery was in the order. When I get there to pick it up I notice there's no fries. The lady quickly tells me I didn't order fries (we got two combos). I showed her the receipt and she told me "well you wanted celery". So after some back and forth she finally mentions that celery is in place of fries, that celery doesn't just 'come with the order'. So she tells the manager that I would like two fries. The manager asks me to hand her all the celery. So, I dig through the bag to make sure I've gathered up all the celery- she turns around and throws it in the trash and proceeds to hand me cold fries. lmao. THROWS IT IN THE TRASH. Like, that's PETTY. The celery is going to go to waste anyway, but instead of taking care of a customer who had already asked if celery came with the meals, you make it a point to trash the food right in front of them? Anyway, our food was once again made incorrectly. I don't know if wingstops ticketing system is so poor that the cooks can't see that we're ordering 'extra wet, extra seasoning' or if they just straight ignore it but they literally never get it right. lol After getting more seasoning and sauce the wings tasted okay, as usual. We love the wings at Wingstop Cedar Park and have been customers for many years. We were excited about the delivery option (through Door Dash) and used them quite a few times. Recently the service from Door Dash has really taken a turn for the worse... we had several incomplete orders delivered and most recently had an order marked delivered that wasn't. Calling the drivers proved useless - they either hang up or send the call to voicemail. Calling the store resulted in a refund on one order and a replacement made for carry out on the other. I voiced my concerns to the manager on duty and sent a private message to the store via Yelp. The owner (Chandler) reached out to gather more details. I have been very impressed with his actions to voice my concerns up the corporate chain at both Wingstop and DoorDash. He has forwarded me several emails that he sent sharing my concerns. He also refunded both meals fully - including the one I went and picked up after it had been remade. He has taken ownership of my concerns, recognized that this is probably impacting other customers and it actively working to improve the situation. Went in to order dinner for just myself. I as told it's be 45-50 minute wait. I said yes to the wait, ordered 10 traditional extra crispy extra wet. I was then told "I can't do the extra crispy because it'll take too long" after I was told it'd be 45-50 minute wait. Let me start off by saying, the majority of my complaint deals with service. The food is ok.. maybe 3 stars.. but the service, EEEK! There needs to be a 0 star for this. First time to this particular WS. Stopped in Friday night around 8:15pm for something to snack on. Simple, right? Ordered a 10 pc meal, 2 flavors. fries, drink. Paid, and waited. Food was pulled out of the fryer as the 2 young men in the back joked, laughed, and spent a great deal of time texting. Only ONE order went out to the customer. NO kidding.. just one. And we were at a 20 minute wait time now. Orders were being taken, food was sitting there, hanging in the fryer baskets, already cooked, and the kitchen staff was goofing off. My husband asked the front counter dude (who was staying busy) about our order which sent the 2 expert texting kitchen dudes into a bit of a panic as I watched them scurry back and forth, looking for the ticket. They did find it, oddly enough where it was supposed to be, hanging on the line.. and our order was then pulled out of the waiting fryer baskets and the order was filled. Every person who had ordered after us, and the one who had ordered right before us was still waiting. 27 minutes later.. we walked out. 1 of only 2 orders that had actually been filled in that same amount of time. While cooked food waited.. while kitchen dudes were texting and joking around. Food.. was ok. After being totally irritated with the lack of management and service, it kind of killed it for us.. you know? Carry-Out Corona Order: we tried again and got the All-In Bundle, have to say I was thoroughly satisfied and happy this time around. The order was made with great time, all the workers were wearing masks, and were extremely friendly. The All-In Bundle was a great deal, and every flavor we got was amazing!! This place does a decent job with their wings, fries aren't great and over seasoned unless you specify no seasoning. The wings are never crisp, always soft skin. The biggest issue is they always seem to be short staffed meaning service is poor. I complained previously to make sure the franchise owner was aware of the poor service. I thought maybe they didn't realize it was so poor. He sent me two gift cards to compensate for the poor service and our order being wrong. BUT he never activated the two cards for $15 and $10 so when I went to use them they didn't work. SO, he did know of the bad service AND provided the same poor service himself! Last night was the 2nd time we'd placed a delivery order. The 1st order was delivered early and was delicious! The 2nd order (last night) was sub-par... The order delivery estimate was to be delivered around 7:30... we finally got it just a little after 8.. The wings were ok (nothing to brag about) - they were kind of dry and tough to bite through. We also ordered seasoned fries (which we won't be getting again).. the fries were soggy, didn't seem to be "fried" all the way.. they were kind of greasy and under done and just plain yuck. This is my first visit to this Wingstop. First the bad: This Wingstop is very small and has what seems to be about half the dining space as the other Wingstop I frequent in Copperas Cove. It is tucked away in a semi-difficult to find spot behind Panda Express and next to the Walmart gas station. I think there are many seven or eight tables and two of them needed to be bussed. With so few tables the two dirty ones really stood out and made the dining room look uninviting. They were still dirty when I left 30 minutes later. The good: I was quickly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They have fried corn on the cob slices with the fry seasoning on them as a side. They were very good! I have never noticed this side option at the Copperas Cove Wingstop. The service was FAST! I usually expect to wait 20 minutes at the Copperas Cove Wingstop. My food here was out in 5 to 10 minutes. They have styrofoam plates at the front counter that you can take for your bones, to dump out your fries on or whatever. They also have paper towels and plastic cutlery near the plates. We have tried several Wing Stops in the Austin Area, this one is by far THE WORST!!! The food never seem to be cooked correctly. Yesterday 06/29, I ordered takeout picked it up in 20 mins, they forgot my fries and the food was already luke-warm. Which is kind of impossible if you just cooked my order??? They forgot my fries and the sauce on the wings we more like a"regular" buffalo than a hot buffalo sauce. I wasnt going to complain about the fact that the girl at the front was doing a terrible job at answering my questions as id come at the end of the night and figured hey mustve been a long day. But what i will complain of is the fact that i paid for 32 pieces of chicken (1 combo, and 1 not combo) and not only did they not give me all 4 flavors i asked for, they also shorted me 8 pieces and didnt say a thing. I didnt find out til i went home and me n my bf sat down to eat at the house and he asks me why i didnt order lemon pepper as he'd requested and by then the place was already closed.
