Here's how I would describe wing stop Pros : - awesome wings that taste delicious especially the boneless . - the 50 cent wing deals on Monday and Tuesday . - the variety of flavor a provided but my favorite being the bbq and teriyaki - pretty decent pricing - great location Cons : - sometimes they over Do the sauce on the wings . I just ask them to make sure it's not a wing soup. - they need more sides besides celery and carrots which are actually expensive . - the pieces are sometimes too tiny and I can't believe they can't it as one . Other than that , I really like the wings here and it's worth the time to eat read more

Employee tried to charge me extra for a side substitution, except they were providing the substitution because they ran out of French fries. In other words, this stores management expects customers to pay extra when they run out of a simple menu item such as fries. read more

Being the wing lover that I am, of course I was willing to take the 30 minute trip to Canoga park. I discovered that it is more convenient to order online. I waited 25 minutes for my food. I waited so long I watched a spider drop down it's web and dangle in front of the register as people ordered(not kidding)...then eventually raised itself then proceeded to chill on the ledge up top...gross. The girls on the registers are friendly and service is standard. Now to the food. The mango Sweet and Spicy flavor is exactly how it sounds. Very sweet, very spicy and a hint of mango at the end. It's pretty tasty, but I think the sauce would be perfect if it was just a little less sweet. The BBQ flavor is really good. Not much to explain there. The wings themselves are terrible! These wings seem to be taken out the oven a tad too soon. Too slimey and fatty. COOK THEM LONGER! Trust me. When wings are underdone like that, they're harder to get off the bone. I felt like I was trying to eat a live chicken. But the fries were great! Even when cold, they had some type of sweet taste to them, like sugar fries. I like those. Sweet tea is gross. Very Meh! read more

The 5-star is for the lemon-pepper wings. The skin was super crispy and seasoned perfectly. Wish we had this chain in Toronto! Also tried the Hawaiian and bbq chicken boneless wings - both of which were meh. read more

I like this place. They cook everything to order, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is ridiculously clean. The flavor choices are numerous and prices affordable. They deliver via DoorDash and the food stays hot and fresh. What more could you ask for in a wing place? One thing I just wanted to add is they did not go over my order when arriving I was missing a ranch :( and if you know me personally I need my ranch for my wings but over all wings came out great. read more

I arrive at the front of the cashier to pick up my order that I placed online and this employee named Mindy just stares at me while she's on the phone so I wait and until she's done to let her know I want to pickup my food. As soon as she's done with the phone call she takes this receipt and gives it to her coworkers in the back and continues to go to the rack off orders already ready for pick up, ignores me and writes names on the bags. Her co worker sees me standing there and how she is ignoring me and helps me out instead. She didn't even acknowledge me or tell me I'll be right there with you. She just ignored me and picked to do everything else but help me. Horrible customer service out of her read more

Worst customer service!! They set an order pick up time for 30-35 min so I arrived after 45 min and they still made me wait an extra 30+ min. The manager and team members are rude af. There were multiple customers upset about their order due to the team members making everyone wait longer than their expected pick up times. The manager had only offered to cancel customer orders and just walked away when questioned about our order. read more

Amazing buster Jordan! very nice and on the job at all times. Great personality definitely coming back!!!

Anyone who know me know that I'm crazy about chicken wings! Other than my mothers home made wings, the only place I get my wings from is wing stop. The original hot flavor never fails, I also love the Cajun flavor as well as Louisiana rub. Wings are cooked to perfection, crispy & also soft inside, never over or under cooked, seasoned perfectly. The fries can be cooked to be crisper in my opinion, I just prefer crispy fries. However I do enjoy the seasoning they use for their fries, and they are sized perfectly. The only thing that does bother me is that the lemon pepper flavor along with other crispy flavors are to oily. I picked up and bit into a wing to find oil dripping down my mouth, not so pleasing. This is why I stick to the original hot flavor. If they can tone down the oil in certain flavors they would be perfect in all aspects. read more

Pretty good service today. Jordan Was super helpful and nice but the back seemed to be a little slow with food but Will be coming back thanks again guys read more

The wings here are fine, nothing spectacular but not bad either. But my real problem is the service. We ordered our wings to-go, and waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Then we inquired about our wings and they ignored us. So we waited some more. Finally I'm pretty sure they realized they forgot our order, and finally started making it. When we got our food (about 30 minutes later), we didn't receive any apologies or anything like that. Not worth the hassle. read more

This wing stop is my husband and my favorite spot customer service is always nice and fast. The only thing is the area is pretty bad, homeless people all around, someone put bubbalicous gum on my car today was a hot day so it melted all over my car, it's sad to know how some people have no respect or manners to give. I just recently took my car to the car wash now I have to go again. Wish there was another wing stop with the same customer service and fast, with the same fresh taste of wings. Luckily there is no big line at the car wash but still it made me upset little things like that make you want to not come back. But I'll make sure to come once in a while at least. read more

Every time we order food to go there is always something missing! ALWAYS!!! Then you call and they are just plain rude about it.

I've tried numerous times with this location and I swear today is the last. They are constantly extremely late with their orders and just terrible customer service . Tonight i waited 40 minutes for wings. This is definitely the absolute last time I will come anywhere near this place! Management needs to take a look at this. Expeditious with order but wings were average. We were visiting here from NorCal. Not bad.

RACIALLY PROFILED. Made me go back out to my car to get my ID and credit card to verify my identity. I even showed them the order receipt on my phone. The woman at the counter next to me who was picking up an online order was not asked to do this. She just gave them her name and picked up her order I'm black, she was white. When I asked why I was and she wasn't the girl behind the counter told me that she was just doing her job. The family and I wanted to truly enjoy a flavorful meal from our good old Wingstop. But that dream was tarnished when we received a greasy meal with a chicken wing the size of Godzilla. I have ordered from Wingstop even on days like Super Bowl but have never experienced such very low quality. I understand with Covid people may feel rushed but at the end we're still paying for a meal and I would hope that the quality that we have Come to expect from such an establishment remains the same that is my hope and maybe this review might help them double check that quality control in the future to avoid negative reviews read more

Wingstop - Omg I didn't know wing stop is making a whole bird for November I mean that's like a Godzilla wing - Chicken Wings Near Me - Canoga Park, California

This is probably the worst wing place ever. Last night, me and my friend wanted something to eat and went over to wingstop. We got the garlic parmesan and Cajun combo. Wait time wasn't too bad. It came out within 15mins. But the sad news is they didn't have bone in wings and only had boneless. So we went for boneless which was aight. But the breading of the chicken or what's ever they were doing, was like they poured the salt in. I've ne ver tasted something so god damn salty in my life. Literally as if you got a salt shaker and poured it onto 1 boneless wing. IMO Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
