This review may be a little longer than most, but it's based on more than a year of visits to this location--not just one experience. And I've definitely had a journey with Wingstop! My first experience was at a location in Minnesota that was basically takeout only, and unfortunately the food wasn't great by the time I got it back to my hotel. Later, I had Wingstop again with my best friend's daughter's softball team, and that convinced me to give it another chance. I'm so glad I did, because this location has become my favorite Wingstop because of both the food and the people. I've tried several flavors, but Original Hot is hands-down my number one choice, especially on the chicken tenders. The tenders are always nice and meaty--not just a bunch of breading. The fries are another favorite. They're always hot and fresh out of the fryer, and I love the salty-sweet seasoning. Best of all, the seasoning actually seems to make it onto almost every fry instead of all settling at the bottom of the container. And the blue cheese is so good--thick, chunky, and one of my favorite things to order. I've even stopped in just to buy Original Hot sauce and blue cheese to put on leftover rotisserie chicken at home. Delicious, but still not as good as their actual tenders! Because the food is cooked fresh, it can take a little time for your order to come out, but I personally don't mind the wait when I know I'm getting hot, freshly prepared food. The staff is a huge part of why I keep coming back too. I've been coming to this location for over a year, and I honestly can't remember ever having an interaction with a staff member who wasn't pleasant and friendly. My first interaction was with the manager, Sean, who always has a smile on his face and remembers his regular customers. At one point I was coming in almost once a week! Whoever is doing the hiring here is doing a great job because the customer service has been consistently welcoming. On today's visit, I accidentally spilled my entire large soda all over the table and floor. Since I was waiting for my freshly cooked food anyway, I cleaned everything up and then let the woman at the counter know in case the floor was still sticky. She was so pleasant about it and immediately gave me a new cup. Sean brought out a caution cone and told me it was no problem at all--and that I could have just let them know and they would have cleaned it up. They were both so kind about the whole thing. I also like the setup inside. There are usually plenty of places to sit, especially during the week when it seems like most orders are pickup, and I love that the napkins are easy to grab right next to the soda machine. My only small suggestion would be a little more attention to the soda area and tables, because you sometimes see sticky cup rings left behind from previous customers. I also wish there were a customer trash can, although the staff is always very helpful and happy to take your trash when you're finished. I've tried another Wingstop closer to home, but the experience just wasn't the same, so I came right back to this location and even told Sean it was officially my favorite. Great food is important, but friendly service is what keeps me coming back. This location consistently gives me both. read more

I visited this Wingstop in hopes of having a better experience than a previous one; unfortunately, it wasn't. I ordered online and picked up in person. The Garlic Parmesan and Lakers Legendary Garlic had a generous amount of sauce, but the temperature of the wings were very inconsistent. Some were warm, and some were cold. I had the lemon pepper fries with a regular amount of seasoning. At one point, it felt like eating seasoning and salt. The fries were also fairly inconsistent in heating, and some had a fairly cold interior. read more

I went through a brief phase of regularly ordering wingstop for a bit so one would say I'm fairly familiar with their French fries. After going months without placing an order, I went in to get an 8 piece combo today. I was sad to see that they've changed their fries... and unfortunately, I'm not a fan. They were perfectly fine before and now they taste like generic fries you get at the freezer section in a grocery store. Whomp whomp. And if you don't believe me, compare this photo to the other fries in the gallery. I think it'll be a long while before I order from here again. read more

Service was kind, very nice staff. I'd have to say the food is not that good. Almost barely anything here is edible. Tried the spiciest wings. Let's just say after having had Korean wings nothing here compares. But if you don't know better it may pass. The seasonings take over. I have a K9 nose so I think it's to cover the scent of lower quality chicken. Casual and maybe below casual even. I'd try it again because my review was going to be below this. Just not into the food here. At your own risk. read more

The food was okay, but nothing special. The wings were decent, although the quality could be more consistent. Service was a little slow, and the overall experience was just average. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. read more

My first time ordering at a WingStop and the cashier was AMAZING! Sean was super helpful introducing me to the menu and helping me decide on flavors. He had such a positive and friendly attitude. His personality alone would make me come back to THIS WingStop because of his kindness and infectious personality. Thanks for brightening my day and being a kind person to every customer that I saw you interact with! read more

Delicious, well-cooked chicken wings, fries with cheese, and corn. Various, unique sauces too. Refreshing sweet green tea large, upgraded drink with ice. Stacy and Brandon were friendly, kind, generous, and provided me with excellent, purposeful service. All the staff deserve a pay raise :) There are tables and chairs for dine-in. Properly cleaned tables. Great music with tv entertainment. Thank you so much. God bless! read more

I ordered 15 wings with Mango Habanero and Louisiana Rub, plus fries and two drinks. The Mango Habanero had a nice sweet heat, and the Louisiana Rub was flavorful and well seasoned. Wings were cooked well, and the fries were hot and crispy. Service was easy and quick. Overall, solid order and hit the spot. Would order again. read more

The employees here are actually sweethearts. They give me free drinks and let me do surveys to get free fries. I personally always go to this wingstop because of the employees. I love the ambiance of the store as well, I've eaten here on multiple occasions with my friends and we usually just stay chatting for an extra 30 minutes. I always get lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and it tastes AMAZING. I love this specific wingstop so frickin much read more

I come here very frequently & order online through uber eats. Whenever i come in the workers are very nice. Shawn in particular is a great worker. When things get hectic in there he's able to handle register, online & over the phone all at once. Very impressive. I like to get my fries well done , if not they will be soggy but thats at all wingstops. I always do tenders and my order is always a 10/10. read more

Wings were yummy got the mango habanero and Parmesan flats. FRESH AND QUICK. Service was great.

I spent $50 & picked it up myself. 10 Hot wings 10 Lemon Pepper wings 1 large fries 2 small ranch The wings were so well done they were so crispy hard like made the day before & heated up ewwww! The fries were so limp & soggy! This is not right the store had no customers at 7:00 on a Wednesday night - no wonder the food has become inedible. For $50 We were ripped off not sure we'll ever go back. Hope the owner sees this review & does something to correct this problem!!! Wingstop what happened to you????!!! read more

First time ever trying Wingstop and I really liked the wings but the fries not so much. I did take out but by the time I got home less than ten minutes later, the fries were cold, which is fine for the drive home I suppose, but they were soggy which made them un enjoyable to eat. Might got for the veggies on the side next time! The wings though were excellent. I got the Hawaiian sauce and Parmesan Garlic. I got the ten piece meal which comes with a drink as well. It's the perfect amount for a dinner meal. You can order through DoorDash as well for pickup or delivery so it's nice they have options for people who live close by. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. read more

Good flavor wings, but the wet spice (Atomic & Mango Habanero) were a bit too much. Sauce was unevenly drenched and worker's attitudes were to be expected...meh. After we ordered, they told us that it would be a 30minute wait which was a bit annoying as they should've told us before ordering. Location is very poor and they throw wings all over the floor from what I saw while there. Cleanliness is definitely disgusting, but the wings weren't too bad. Ordered a 20 piece wing combo and they gave me 10 of the wrong flavor. Asked to get a refund and they were trying to give me less money back for 10 wings compared to what I paid. Came in to pick up an order, there's a young man who's fixing the soda machine, but I guess got side tracked by two girls eating so he was flirting meanwhile the soda machine door is just wide open, I'm standing at the screen trying to use it and he doesn't say anything, then looks at me and says it won't work. So I said can you fix it then? Like maybe if you weren't flirting with customers it would've been done. Then he was obnoxiously talking about "how great his customer service is" with a condescending tone towards me. I'm waiting for the machine to finish "loading" and he says "hey whatever your name is is it working now" very rude. 0/10 don't recommend. All the other employees were cool, one even asked if I was alright because he could see what was going on, it was just that ONE guy. Do better Wingstop. read more

Re: Michelle 1/25/25 - 11:33am The manager on duty today took my call regarding my $85.00 order from last night. which was half way burnt, did an absolute horrible job assisting me with my issue and concern. I picked up the order last night 1/24 around 10:45ish. Got home began consuming the wings only to discover that the Garlic Parm (20) Hot Honey wings (10) were burnt and over cooked. It was apparent that old wings were mixed in with new wings which I know is the what wingstop stands for. Obviously we (wife and kids!) decided not to eat them. I tried calling 3 times within their last 10 mins of their doors being open, yet nobody answered the phone! When I called today she stated that the only way she can help me is if I bring the wings in. When I tried to tell her I was willing to do so last night, her attitude and foul tone struck my ear drums and once I made it clear to her I could tell she didn't want to help due to her attitude, she became hostile claiming I had the attitude lol. Ridiculous smh. She has no business being a manager or a person of superiority, at the very least a leader. Either way she refused to give me the name of the person who is higher than her, yet she encouraged me to call tomorrow to speak to that person, that makes no sense. She is so unprofessional and not a good ambassador for such a successful establishment. I will continue to patronize as long as this matter gets properly resolved. But I assure you this location lost my business for life. Big thanks to the manager Michelle and her toxic, unprofessional, and disturbing attitude. My wings tasted like she probably made them herself. Please see attached photos. NOTE: as a customer I did my part, I showed up, patronized, got let down. But now I have to work overtime to prove my point. Thanks to Michelle I have not only lost money, a food experience, but most importantly my precious time. Wasted! UNACCEPTABLE read more

My mini wanted to come here to grab some dinner last night, I have only been to the one in San Diego so I thought why not, I didn't want anything however I ordered the 6 piece wings for her that comes with a medium sized drink and either fries or veggies sticks, she decided on the veggie sticks that come with carrots and celery. Once we got it home I tried one, there was not enough sauce and major lacking in flavor. They give you a hand full of veggie sticks, overall I think it was a complete waste of $11.00! Note: Call your order in or else you will be waiting 30 min. read more

Poor quality control. Looking at other yelp reviews this place has a long track record of poor service. Corp should definitely step in and change management at this location. Music is blasting making hard to interact with the workers. Probably another reason why they don't answer the phone... they can't hear it. Another reason why they hand out wrong orders... they can't hear. Ordered 10 boneless wing combo. Got to work to enjoy my lunch and realized I had a completely different order. 8 pc bone in order, corn, and fries. The drive is 24 minutes round trip. There was absolutely no way I was driving back. I attempted to call numerous times (8) without an answer. The phone rings endlessly with no answer. Hopefully management team here gets retrained or replaced. read more
