It's being able to either endure the crappy customer service or being able to get through to them to place an order, since it seems like at times they leave that sucker off the ringer. And if you go in person, you're most likely to see maybe 2 actually caring about the work they are doing. I think I have been coming here since I moved to Woodland Hills 2 years ago. The service is always 100%. They even remember who I am now, and greet me by first name. The Original Hot flavor is a little spicy, but not too much. That's my fave. This location is pretty clean and really convenient.
