Nashville hot chicken have become trendy in the past few years, and Dog Haus has decided to create a menu based on just this. Unfortunately, theirs are not even comparable to hundreds of Nashville hot chicken shops in the LA area, yet alone fast food chicken franchises like Raising Cane's. Their fried tenders were dry, their sauces are lacking depth, and their Hawaiian rolls were so mushy to the point where they were stuck on the takeout container; so when I took the sandwich out, a major portion of the bread ripped off. Absolutely amazing. I was so excited to hear that I found a place that made hot chicken without using peanut oil. I ordered the hot chicken, regular chicken and wings. Everything was delicious I did not know which one to continue eating. The crispy ness of the chicken, the flavors, the spicy level and freshness was amazing. I could not stop raving about how great the chicken and the wings were. The sauces that come with the chicken or sides was really good and complimented the chicken and sides as well. They have a lot of gold fried food like chicken, French fries, onion rings, rolls, etc so it's not the healthiest food but it tastes yummy I recommend it if you're not on a diet! I really appreciate the fact that you guys added options to your menu items to allow customers to pick what they do and do not want on their food. UNFORTUNATELY the employees still struggle to follow the directions on the order. In an age when everyone has some kind of food allergy this is unacceptable. How many orders get refunded due to you putting the wrong thing on the food. It seems like it would be worth it to slow down just a tad and make sure that you read the order correctly and that you made the food correctly. The reality is; I don't like pickles, I clicked the box for no pickles, you put pickles on my chicken sandwich, now the pickle juice is soaked into the bread and my whole sandwich tastes like pickles, which I don't like. Now I don't know if I want to order from her any more because I will always fear getting pickles on my food even if I select no pickles. If I did like pickles and you had forgotten them there would be no problem. Why couldn't you just put the pickles on the side? Then I could choose if I want my entire sandwich to taste like vinegar or not. Same thing with mayo, you could just put it on the side, if I want it I can add it, if not I just don't put it on.
