Gave them a little time to have a little business experience unti I wanted to try. Got the meal for 2 which came with my choice of 2 sauces (Garlic Parmesan&Mild), choice of fries cheese, buffalo, or voodoo, and 2 large drinks for $19.99. The wings were made fresh or dropped fresh so it took 20mins until the order was ready. The first bite was what I was expecting, juicy and full of flavor. The fries were maybe the only thing I really didn't care too much for, maybe cause they were the voodoo fries. Voodoo fries has cheese, ranch, and cajun seasoning. Just too much seasoning and they taste like natural cut fries which I don't personally like. Next time I go I'll just get parmesan again or try the lemon pepper which I heard were pretty good. read more

Food ordered online still took another 40 mins when picked up during mid day lunch Time. The health department will be notified about the dirt and bugs. And the police should be notified about the female manager with the anger and rage problem. She's going to hurt someone if the dirt and bugs don't kill them first. The wings were the problem. Many of the wings had multiple feathers on them. Two wingettes were covered with feathers on one side, both were flats. It was so disgusting that once we found them like that, all we ate were the fries because we were so hungry. I'm amazed no one caught this before cooking them, much less serving them. Honestly the worst wingstop I've ever been to got my order had to make sure they gave us the right items they forgot our sauces and utensils when we asked for them then we got home which is up the street from wingstop the fries were soggy and had no seasoning on it and the wings were cold it smelled like old inside the restaurant I would never go back in there again Kirkwood highway is way better. read more

Very hit or miss! I've had good experiences before but the last few have been bad. Most recently I received spoiled watery blue cheese dip, extremely over seasoned wings when usually it's a normal amount, and less wings than what I ordered which I was offered no refund for. My boyfriend and I love Wingstop, but this place is a safety hazard. I'm surprised they're still in business and actually passing inspections. We waited at least two hours even though there were no customers. The employees are super lazy and rude--they didn't even bother to heat up the corn and gave it to us cold as hell. They also didn't give us any condiments, even though we specifically asked for them. Bottom line: it's the worst place to go. As they were placing my order in the bag, I asked if I was getting those burnt fries. 3 other workers came into the restaurant.The young lady told me the fries aren't burnt. They're on a timer. I absolutely love the food here. All the spice and diff flavors the corn is my favorite yum! Just last night I ordered food around 11p and of course they closed at midnight. We bought fries and boneless wings. I wish I took a pic. The fries were so hard and not good at all, I had to pick through to actually find some to eat. The bites were so teeny tiny I can't believe they counted it as one. This location isn't convenient for me in regards to where I live and I've heard some not so stellar reviews but I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered online for pickup which is always seamless. I got here a little earlier than what I was told was the pick up time. The associate told me 3 more mins which was fine with me. I bought the 6 piece wing combo. Louisiana rib is my fave which is what I got, but they were saltier than usual. Lucky I had also added in 2 plain tenders which I ate. The fries I asked for light seasoning, they were salty as well. I was actually in earlier to pick up an order. while I was waiting for the food to be finished I was just pacing around while trying to stay out of the way. since I was also supposed to get a drink I checked the machine to make sure what was available while taking about it with someone and as I was leaning by the window I was told to sit down and wait to be called but I didn't want to sit so I said no. and then they refused to work with me. I wasn't bothering anyone or in anybodies way and I didn't want to sit. Apparently that means I'm rude and don't deserve service. STAY AWAY FROM THE LIGHT! I have to admit, the bright green and white sign stood out in the strip mall and it drew me in like a moth to the flame. PROS: Cleanliness (It is brand new). Can watch the cooks work (so no dropped food making it to your plate). The fries are excellent! CONS: EVERYTHING ELSE (Because there is nothing else special about this place - snore). THE WAIT - about 20 minutes (made to order like nearly all wing joints), THE PRICE - average to a little on the high side, THE ATMOSPHERE - absent, WING SIZE - average to below average, TEMPERATURE AND TEXTURE - spot on, FLAVORS - I tried mild (or possibly medium) and Cajun, both were average at best. I must confess when the Cajun hits your nose... Whoa it has a nasty stank to it, and the taste was not far off. Not sure if it was my personal preference, or if they actually missed the mark, but I can assure you I will certainly not take a second pass at helping me decide. MY SUGGESTION: If you live close by and have to walk, then make it yours; otherwise, cross the street for wings to go, or Stewart's Brewpub (try the crab cakes too). IMHO it is well worth the 3 minute drive West on Rt 40 for Buffalo Wild Wings. So sorry guys, I had high hopes. What's the point of using the app to place your order in advanced when your order isn't ready when you arrive at the designated time of pickup? Arrived on time, was told 5 mins, waited an additional 30 mins for my simple order of 15 wings and fries. Unbelievable. They need to get an experienced manager here as the current one of staff doesn't know what's he is doing. What's even more perplexing is the lack of common sense. For the 15 wings, I got 3 flavors, two were dry rubbed and one was sauced. Received two containers to separate the wings. I initially thought, that's smart of them to separate the wings. When we got home, they had placed one 5 dry rubbed wings and 5 sauced wings in the same container. The other container contained 5 dry rubbed wings. Common sense would dictate you keep the like-items in the same container. I will say, at least they made an attempt to keep the sauce from contacting the dry rubbed wings by placing a piece of wax paper in between, but unsuccessfully. To top it off, I witnessed three employees who were very young joking around and kicking each other while preparing food. All in view by customers in the front. What I found most ironic was one of the employees had a medical boot on. Wouldn't be surprised if he got injured on the job while joking around. I went to pick up tonight and their were two girls cooking, one was not wearing a mask and the other had her mask on her chin. I asked the Cashier if they were supposed to be wearing masks while cooking and he said yes. I asked for a full refund. Blatant disregard for the sign on the door and people's health during this time is unacceptable! so people walking in have to wear a mask, but the people breathing on your food don't? I love Wingstop. I was super excited to find out that the business was moving here. I've eaten hear a few times since they opened and for the most part the wings are good. That said, the wings are a bit in the small side and for some reason one day they were out of traditional wings. Not only were they out but they ran out early in the day. They're open from 11am-12am and we're out of traditional wings at 3pm that day. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think a chicken place should run out of the only thing they sell. The wings weren't to the standard that I've grown accustomed to as I have visited quite a few wingstops as I travel a lot. My lemon pepper wings were to wet so the seasoning didn't hold onto chicken like it should. I went back 2 times after my first visit same outcome. So I figured they was still learning because there was a whole new staff on duty and look like they where training.
