I really like their signature cheese steaks on a seeded hoagie roll. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly

No stars! Theres a sign stating that they strive for excellent service: First, I called in my order Then, I picked it up Got home, order was missing fries...checked off on the receipt I called for single order of sesasobites, half bbq and half lemon pepper...the sauces were in a small containers if it were a side. I called to speak with a manager whom informed me that they don't toss the "single" order of bites if they're split sauces. Informed her that I wasn't informed. She said sorry but is your order wrong? I replied that it was bc that's not what I ordered and I don't have my fries. She replied with do you want me to send you your fries? I said no I'll use 2 more gallons of gas to come get it. Upon picking it up, she was not available. Poor management on her part and their moto was not followed. The young man that gave me fries was apologetic read more

Annette on the phone was very pleasant and friendly not to mention professional, she got me signed up for the rewards program! The delivery was very fast and the food was fresh and hot! Definitely recommend this location! read more

Received wrong food. Ordered something... got something else instead which i could not eat.

Ordered wings extra crispy. They came just about raw. Had to air fry them for almost 10 minutes to get them to crisp. I called to complain and the first so called manager came in and said she would refund my money. Put me on hold and then the big man who thinks he knows everything came on the line and tried to tell me they cook them different but they weren't raw. I told him they are red in the middle - should I bring them back and watch you eat them and get sick. Smart A said sure he would eat them. Great customer service. Americans like their food cooked. Never again with this S hole! read more

I have ordered pizza from this location for over 20 years. I always order extra cheese and extra sauce with half onions. When the pizza arrived it had neither extra sauce or cheese and it had onions on the whole thing. I called the store and was told that I was wrong. They put me on hold and said they could send me a medium pizza even though I had ordered an extra large. They were very rude and have now lost a fan and long term customer. read more

Got takeout. Food was hot. Service was fast. It's Seasons. On the website, it says "whole weet" crust when describing the options for creating your own pizza. I was never big on Yelp, but I came out of retirement to post this because it made me laugh. read more

First time through DoorDash: Best stromboli I've had in a while. Would absolutely do the Chicago style boli again. And my mom love her plain cheese Neapolitan style pizza. I tried her leftovers the next day (reheated in the toaster oven) and they were good. Second time: Got multiple confusing updates from DoorDash over the course of an hour. Finally it said "delivered" but nothing was actually delivered. I called the store and they had no record of my order. The manager was very nice though and DoorDash gave me a refund. I'm sure I'll try them again. No knock whatsoever on the food. read more

I was quoted one price by the order taken and I questioned the driver when he showed up to deliver my food. This morning my Credit Card still had an over charge of $10. We normally ordered twice a week from this business. The manager was nonchalant about my problem and said that it wasn't their problem to fix. BYE BYE SEASONS read more

First let me say I don't know why I keep trying to give this store a chance. Everytime I order from Seasons pizza I'm disappointed. They either need new cooks or better assistance. The food is just plain awful. I always have to take it apart, examine it and reconstruct my food. Very disappointing read more

This used to be my go to spot, when you ordered a pizza with toppings, you got all the toppings you ordered on every slice. Lately.....tossing on topping very thin like Domino's and Pizza Hut. Desert sparse. Not good! read more

Used to enjoy the pizza from this place, however that's definitely changed after management that could care less about their restaurant. I ordered for several pizzas for a birthday party. After passing out pizza slices I was notified of a fly in the pizza, like actually cooked in the cheese. I called and spoke to a manager who told me, and I quote "deal with it, this is nature" Submitted feedback to corporate and no reply. Stay away!!! read more

I order a large cheese pizza and some wings for dinner. The pizza had hair in it, that's a technical foul. The wings were so tiny I assume they came off a baby chick. Sauce was mid. So many better options for pizza in this area, will NOT be getting my business AGAIN. read more

This spot is open during covid with this being a pizza spot I wasn't expecting their non pizza options to be 5 star but was pleasantly surprised with their portion sizes . I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and was disappointed in the marinara sauce i felt like it came out of a grocery store can with no added seasoning or flavor. The Chicken breasts on the other hand were 3 medium sized lightly breaded with light cheese and were dry and not juicy . Next time I will drive the few extra miles to Olive Garden. If you want anything other than pizza this may not be your spot . read more

My pizza arrived overcooked with burnt crust. I called for a replacement and was told it would take another 35 minutes for receive a new one. I'd already waited close to an hour for the first one. The deliver driver did not know where she was going and she forged my name on the credit card slip. I called to alert the store about her signing my credit card slip and was disrespected by an employee who attempted to mimic and discredit my claim and issue. Terrible. I've purchased from the religiously over the last three years and this new staff is terrible. I will never purchase from them again. Forgery is a serious crime and I'm reporting it to the police. read more

Seasons is our go to on a busy weeknight. They saved us again tonight. I would show pictures but the food is all gone. We like to get the family special with pizza and seaso-bites. We always add in a double order of cinnabites. That feeds our family of 4 with a two growing boys, ages 16 & 11. read more

I have been getting food from Season's Pizza since I was about 12 years old, I'm 36 now, & the food is just as good or even better. The wings are definitely bigger than they were when I was younger, so they are definitely jumbo size. The mild sauce tastes like a perfect combination of buttery and spicy that soaks into the extra crispy wings and absorbs that rich flavor! The Bleu cheese is the perfect dipping sauce for the wings. It gives a coating of coolness on the palette and an extra boost of flavor mixed with creaminess! The only thing missing that I believe should always be included with wings especially when buying a party tray is celery. It's even better when you also get carrots. It's not absolutely required, but a nice addition when restaurants add the celery and carrots so I would've liked to have those included. The tiramisu was a little different than usual. Instead of cocoa powder, it has a few chocolate shavings read more

Ordered some Pizza for dinner late one night and went to pick it up. Havnig never been we ordered 2 medium pizzas for about 5 people figuring it would be enough. Well there medium pizza are rather small. Almost personal pizza size. only slightly larger. I wish we had known that before we ordered, as we would have gotten more food. But the food was ok, nothing special. I prefer my NJ pizza over it but it wasn't bad. read more

I frequently get food delivered from this location. Food is always good, pleasant phone service and I never had any problems with delivery. This go round we ordered: -Chicken & broccoli fettuccine alfredo Normally pretty good but this time it was very dry...barely any sauce. -Crab cake sandwich Always good!!!! All lump crab cake, very little filling and the bun has a good flavor. Best crab cakes in the area to me! -Honey BBQ wings Wings perfectly done, sauce is sweet but not too sweet with a little tang of the BBQ sauce. Overall Seasons has a great menu and has pretty good food. When ordering out they're at the top of my list. read more

I ordered from this Seasons for the last time tonight. My girlfriend and I ordered a Stromboli, an order of baked ziti and some garlic bread to share. The driver got there, and handed me the bags, and I discovered that we were missing the Stromboli. I chased him out to the parking lot and found him parked in a handicapped spot. Issue number 1. He said he would return with the Boli so I decided to wait to open my baked ziti so we could eat together. About fifteen minutes later, he returned and handed me the Stromboli. I opened my baked ziti and found that instead of pasta, my order was made with fries. Now, it was almost 9 o'clock. Their hours are listed until 10:30. I tried to call the store. I heard someone pick up, and then hangup immediately. I thought, maybe it was an accident. So I called back. Picked up and hung up. Called again. Picked up and hung up. I know this was what was happening because I could hear the background noise of the kitchen etc. each time the phone was picked up. So after 5 more attempts to call, I decided to take my fries to the store. I arrived and asked for a manager. There was an assistant manager working the register who told me he could help me. I explained it all to him: the missing 'Boli and the fries. I told him about the pick up and hang up and his response to that was "well, these people are crazy." I handed him my receipt and asked for my money back. He started to refund me for the ziti. I told him that I didnt want to be refunded for the dish, I wanted to be refunded for the whole meal. He said he would have to get the manager for that. So the assistant manager returns and starts dishing out cash from the register (we paid by card) he handed me my full refund, and the manager arrived and asked if I wanted the card refunded and I said no, and left. I never got an "I'm sorry about that" i never got an offer to remake anything or asked if there was a way to make it right. Unbelievably crappy customer service. Avoid at all costs. read more

Amazing food it's was so good and delicious food and the wings were just perfect and made just rights and I ate it all

I really love ordering from here. Very few mistakes. Great salads!!! Ordered an antipasto salad tonight. Ordered the olives on the side for my mother. They make me sick. When it came, the olives had been ground into a baby food almost paste. And was all over and mixed in. I called up and told them what had happened and that my order said, olives on the side. I was willing to return the current salad in exchange for a new one. I didn't want to sound like a lying Karen. The woman on the phone was more than nice and very understanding. They sent me out a whole new salad that was perfect. Thanks for the wonderful service and really great employees! Continued purchases here. Like I said, rarely have problems with this location. read more

I'm usually a Dominos Pizza and Pizza Hut kinda guy. I've never had Season's pizza before, but there's a first for everything. Seasons pizza is pretty tasty. Seasons pizza makes me even happier when there's a deal because you know....We asians like a good deal. The Cyberbogo is only available on mondays and for pick up. So that was a bit of a let down. They had an XL cheese pizza with two toppings for $10. I went with mozzarella and basil (like their margherita pizza, only cheaper). I also got a large The Works. I like the flavor of the pizza a lot. The only thing keeping them from 5/5 is that they were EXTREMELY stingy with the basil. 5/8 slices had 5 pieces of basil strips, the other 3 slices were blank. Was a bit bummed honestly cuz I liked them. The Works pizza was LOADED (so happy!) Overall: VERY tasty pizza, good deal on it. Just skimped out on toppings. read more

Season's Pizza is a chain spread across Delaware and I have eaten at several. While they all have the same recipe there are some mild differences. I stopped by this Season's and got some take out pizza and nachos. I found that I like the pizza from this Season's more then some of the others. The Season's here chops their vegetable ingredients a little larger so the bite of pizza you get with some onions and mushrooms has a little more bulk of toppings to it then other places. The remainder of the pizza is the same with its good sauce and well made crust. read more

I will never order from this over priced restaurant again. They always mess something up in our order but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered broccoli. Wings were great first time trying them but overcooked and tiny next time, I used to always get Seasons food but now not very much cuz they're only 50/50 now read more

Two Thumbs Down for dining in. It is apparent that Seasons has become a take out restaurant. We are regular take out customers, at least twice a month, but decided to have dinner there this evening. We started with a draft beer, one of the reasons to have dinner at a restaurant right? The pour was very light - maybe 10 oz and the keg was flat. Still charged $4.50. Fish and Chips? Skip it. The pasta dish was heavily oversalted. The experience was disappointing but no reason to short tip the server. Two of us for dinner was $49. We spent the same at Stewart's last Friday and enjoyed both the meal and the atmosphere. We'll keep buying takeout but won't go back to dine in. read more

Decent pizza, surprisingly good crab cakes and the seaso-bites (like boneless wings) are very good. Particularly special are the meatballs. I was turned into them by my Italian Pisano Albert. Except for the homemade ones his Mom makes every Sunday, Seasons are a close second. A side order is only $6 for a dozen in marinara sauce. And the dinner rolls are made fresh every day, warm and cheesy. Management is responsive to requests, online ordering is easy, and delivery is quick. read more

I ordered via a third party (DoorDash) and waited an hour an a half for my pizza to arrive; I've done it this way before. But after so long, I got curious, open the app, it says Order Complete. It most certainly was not as I had never received my pizza. I tried to file a complaint with the third party (DoorDash) and was told that since the store delivers its own orders that I would need to call them. I did, was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and was told to contact the third party (DoorDash). They refused to issue a refund as well as refused to send out a new pizza. In my mind, that's theft - Season's Pizza stole my money and my time. By the way, I'm complaining about the third party as well. read more

By far one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I ordered a BBQ wrap that was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese. It was just burnt boneless wings tossed on a wrap. It was covered in so much bbq sauce to try and cover the awful burnt taste. I don't recommend ordering from them. read more

GREAT PIZZA! Actually, NEVER had a bad meal here. but now refuses to deliver to Del City, even though I've been doing it for over a year.
