It's nothing but teenagers working there that lack customer service skills and basic work ethic. They're 3 inches long at best. I feel like if I'm paying $11 for a combo, I should get a decent amount of meat. The ranch was pretty good. I assume it's made in house. The corn was awesome as usual. This Wingstop is your typical Wingstop experience. It's still relatively new so the place is pretty clean and the staff is pretty friendly. I always order all flats bone-in, fries with a regular amount of seasoning and let's be honest, I come for the crack ranch above everything else, so that's my selection for sauce. My two favorite flavors are lemon pepper and Korean barbecue. I also enjoy the hot and Louisiana rub flavors as well. My biggest tip is to place your order online of pick-up or dining-in, to seriously cut down on your wait time. We don't have a ton of Wingstop locations on the East side of Baltimore, so this location is a pretty popular spot. I'll of course be back in the future! read more

She knows I hate chicken wings because there's more bone than meat, but she assured me they had boneless chicken tenders, so away we went. We arrived shortly after their opening time and we were told that we'd have to wait 20-30 minutes for our order. When I worked fast food, we brought in our employees an hour or two early to prep and make sure everything was ready to pump out that first order as soon as people start walking in. Perhaps it's a cost-cutting move due to COVID, but they weren't ready to go. My daughter also told me that the flavors are built into the chicken itself, so I ordered half lemon-pepper and half BBQ. When we finally got our order, I discovered that the BBQ ones were slathered in sauce. Since we were eating in our car, I wouldn't have ordered them if I'd known they were going to be messy. We weren't given any forks or napkins, either. I had to run back in and get those. Finally, although my daughter specified that she wanted BONELESS chicken tenders (and said she's gotten boneless ones before at other Wingstops), our chicken tenders all had bones. That means there's not a whole lot of chicken meat in the order. We didn't want to wait ANOTHER 20-30 minutes to have our order re-done, so we didn't take them back. The food itself was tasty and flavorful, I have to admit that. All three flavors I tried (lemon pepper, BBQ, and garlic parmesan) were pretty darned good. The fries are also seasoned in a tasty way.
