We eat here every 6 weeks. It's been great until last night. They forgot about our dine in order, I waited 25 minutes and then I finally went and asked about our dine-in order, the wait staff gave us the oldest, hardest wings that had been lying around and gave us those to eat. The 3 girls who were working there did something to our food. I should have known when the girl handed me my tray of food and said with a smirk...enjoy. My wife got sick as well. I am not a big fan of wings but for some reason Sunday I had a taste for wings. Having not been overly impressed by BWW the search for wings a la close to home pointed me to the Wingstop. Having vowed to never eat at a place with the word "stop" in the name I was skeptical but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The wings were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. We tried the parmesan, teriyaki and mild. All the toppings were good and balanced well with the amount of meat on the wings. Service was very good and the food cooked to order and fresh. The price is a little higher than I expected but what isn't these days. read more

The service received today at WingStop on Eola Rd in Aurora, IL was awful! The Manager was argumentative, couldn't reach resolution and became offended when told that he didn't know how to do his job. Will never return and will be contacting the Owner as well as the Better Business Bureau. The food served was awful! Actually deserve no Stars! read more

Not sure I understand all the low reviews. We order from this wingstop almost once a week at the office and I rate the wings two thumbs up. They are alway hot and tasty. I like the lemon pepper rub. I can't speak for the dining in experience, but I can tell you they are great for take out. I have a Wingstop near my house that I would not rate so high, but from my take, I recommend. read more

The wings are over fried and extremely dry. The fries are just nasty! The only reason we go here is for the lemon pepper flavor, but if we could find it somewhere else we would never go there again. read more

My fiancé placed a phone order and when he went to pick it up all 3 of the people working were on their cell phones and didn't greet him. Once we received our order and brought it home it was incorrect. When we called to let them know the women on the phone didn't believe that we didn't receive our full order and made us come back. Workers smoking out front held the door and greeted me as I walked in behind her. She walked in through the kitchen and ask for my name. She the reached for my bag and I immediately asked her if she could do me a favor and wash your hands. She pleasantly abliged. I paid for my food and left. I love Wingstop but I may stop going altogether. I attempted to call at 10:30p to place an order for pickup on my way home. I called and called and no answer. I arrived at the store at 10:45p to place an order. There were two employees working, Sonji was confused as to why no one could answer the phone. I also wanted to place an order, I like bone-in Wings and was ONLY allowed to order boneless Bc they did not want to make any other chicken besides boneless wings. Worst experience ever, ordered 50 wings. They messed up the order. We called and told them that we got wrong order, and asked them to please deliver the correct order since I was at work and couldn't leave again. He said ok and wanted the other wings back. Then an hour passed and no one came to deliver the wings. I called and then the guy said they have nobody available to deliver. Said bring the other wings back and pick up your order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there is no manager at the location until tomorrow. Wings were good, but no concept of customer service. Will get wing stop wings but won't go to this location. If I could give no star, I would. Owner of the business needs to really look at his business before it's too late. read more

I love wingstop's food but this location sucks! First time going to this location, I ordered online and the food was not ready on time, and they were out of rolls!! After I left I noticed that I didn't have any fries! I called back and returned and got my fries- no apologies or anything. Then, I got home and realized they didn't give me any ranch either!!! read more

This spot is the worst , Ordered 12 hot and 12 lemon pepper , when we got home we had 24 Lemon pepper . we called to explain what had happen and we were told to bring back the 12 wings . Realy !!! The servings are very small and the tables have food on them from previous diners. First and last time I will be eating here.

Visited for the first time last night. The Sauce was good but the wings were way too small. Because of the size I had to give it only 2 stars. For a place that specializes in wings, my husband and I expected much more. Disappointing! Won't be back. read more

Food is on par with any Wing Stop location, but for some reason the owner or manager just can't seem to figure out that this place gets majorly busy every night for dinner (or just on the two occasions, I've felt like wings at around 6pm). The ONE cook and ONE girl working the register and phone can't even begin to stay on top of the ridiculous amount of orders piling up almost constantly. The wings are good, the seasoned fries are amazing but I'm not sure it's worth the trouble or wait to really ever order from this location again. read more

I used to go here several years ago, stopped by tonight and the place has gone downhill. The kitchen area was DISGUSTING, goo all over the floor, clutter everywhere. The host, Jason was awful. Spoke very unclearly and I could not make out 90% of what he was saying. He repeatedly wiped his nose with his bare hands and proceeded to bag my food. He also helped himself to a drink while I waited, never offered me my cup to prepare my drink while I waited. My order was incorrect and I didn't want to wait for them to fix it, so I asked for my money back. I wasn't nasty about it, I simply stated that I didn't want to wait any longer. Jason said "are you serious right now?" and was irritated as he informed the other two employees who were working of my request. One of them, a female, came charging up and berated me for not wanting to wait any longer because I was still within the "quoted wait time" for my order. No idea why she was so hostile and upset or why she thought it to be acceptable to speak to another person, a customer no less, in this manner. She shortchanged me when I was given the refund and they all proceeded to speak ill of me in Spanish as I left. There was maybe one other customer present and I didn't want to stick around to ask for the rest of the money I was due given her erratic and hostile behavior.
