The radish on the side was great. My only feedback was that the rice was slightly mushy. I definitely would order ahead again given the wait time - while very much worth it! The spicy galbi was the flavor I was a bit scared to try but I'm so glad I did. It's not your typical galbi taste. In my opinion it's close to mango habanero in a way. The spice is not Korean spice. It's is habanero spice but so delicious and addicting. Definitely pair it up with some rice on the side and you'll be eating a great meal. I love fried chicken and Korean fried chicken is sor of the best out there. This spot in the Naperville H Mart food court replaced another KFC stall. I tried the soy garlic and spicy galbi flavors and I was pretty disappointed by how dry the chicken was along with how much breading there was just to get to the chicken meat. I like chicken skin and some breading, but there was just so much to get thru. Then the flavors aren't very distinguished from one another. The spicy has heat but there's not much beyond that in flavor. The soy garlic didn't have much garlic flavor to it either. I hope this place can improve it's recipe and execution. I think the biggest problem with their chicken is how bland their sauces are. I've tried the original, soy garlic, honey garlic, and the galbi. The soy garlic and honey garlic flavors taste exactly the same. A slight hint of sweetness (think sparkling water-esque flavoring) with some garlic dashed in. The galbi is... fine?
