This place is AMAZING, amazingly KRAZY! It's pretty good. The only Wingstop I'll go to. Nom nom to the nom. Best service ever lol good peeps. read more

My immediate reaction to this location was somewhat paranoid because we had to ask for the bathroom key in order to use it. On the other hand, the employee that I interacted with while ordering was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The drink station area definitely needing to be cleaned up, but what was really interesting was there was not a physical trashcan on site. When I asked about where to put our trash, the employee told me to bring our dirty trash and place it back on the counter where they place the food for pick up. Our food was cooked nicely and everything came out just the way we ordered. Therefore, I have mixed emotions about atmosphere versus food when it comes to my review. read more

Let's make this simple.....don't do it! Wings taste cold and boiled...really y'all, I tried with an open mind....NOPE!

The wings with sauce (Korean one) always no matter what have barely any sauce that covers the wing so it's dry and I dip with ranch and can't even taste the flavor of the wing feels like I'm eating a dry chicken wing with no seasoning with ranch. read more

I am very disappointed in my order that I got tonight. The taste of the wings is totally undercooked. The freshness of the wings was very displeased. I would not order again and I order Wingstop way too much for my food to be coming out like this ! there was no garlic Parmesan on none of my garlic Parmesan wings and I ordered 10 of them. I was very disappointed and even scared to serve this food to my kids. I'm actually gonna throw it away and order something else I just spent $50 on this tonight and I order Wingstop almost every week. The wings in the photo is supposed to be my garlic Parmesan wings. Those do absolutely not look like garlic Parmesan wings. There's no garlic Parmesan on them at all and they look very undercooked and disgusting. read more

So my boyfriend order online and picked up the order. When he came back I saw that my celery wasn't even there & my Louisiana was barely sauced. I know it's a dry rub but I know you're also suppose to add the Louisiana sauce and add Cajun on top. The only thing that's on there is the Cajun seasoning and barely any seasoning so half of it looks plain. read more

The service was great, and the wings were crispy as I request. Recommend ordering 1st if not you will wait awhile. Very happy with my order. The restaurant was clean as the wing stop team was getting ready to close the store. read more

Friendly service, hot food, clean restaurant and bathrooms and they're generous with their portions too. 10/10

Their food is delicious; haven't found a single thing there that didn't taste amazing! Not only is the service friendly but it's also super fast and the prices cant be beat! whatever upper management is doing they are doing it right! Id give the restaurant and their employees more than 5 stars if I could! read more

This was my first time to try Wingstop. I was asked to bring these specific Wings to a party. I ordered 30 boneless wings with 3 flavors for pickup. The ordering process must be from a central corporate location. The process was absolutely painful. The wings were ready when I got to the St Charles location and my order was correct, that was good. I felt that the "wings" were very small and looked and tasted more like chicken nuggets. Sauce is an additional charge. At $1/ea, not a good value. So basically difficult ordering process, store did its job well, wings disappointing- my first Wingstop order is my last. read more

Went last night and ordered 2 separate orders for me and my dad. Got my order like normal but once I got home and went to give my dad his box I realized there was only one box in the bag. I opened it quickly already assuming I might've not ordered correctly but after double checking my receipt I came to the conclusion that they forgot an order of wings (For reference I got a 10 piece original hot and the other order was 4 mango habanero and 4 original hot). I called the store as soon as i realized and was put on hold (which is okay because i realize its a busy time for them) i waited a couple minutes and just decided to go to the store while still on hold. when i arrived to the store i realized i had been on hold for over 10 minutes so i hung up and walked in. I was greeted rudely by what i assume was the manager and when I explained to him that i was missing an order of wings (very nicely! I also work in the food industry so I understand we all forgot sometimes!!!) he asked me "did u open the box and see how many wings" so I opened the box and lifted the paper that was covering all the wings and saw that they had just put both orders into one box??? And he just gave me a stupid look to make me feel stupid so I was just like "well can I have another box to separate them?" So all he did was give me a separate box and didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything else. Was very angry having to separate the orders myself as I thought two separate orders should go in two separate boxes???? And at the end of it all because of both of the drives and the time I spent in the store my food was cold when I finally sat down to eat... Am I stupid? read more

They need to shut this place down. Always getting orders wrong, terrible customer service. Whole place is a mess. This place don't operate the way it should. It's a sorry excuse of a Wingstop. You know how crazy that sounds. Wack ass Wingstop. Whatever you do go to a different one because there's always going to be something here that's gonna dissatisfy you. Don't go to this Wingstop. Go to a different one. This place dirty too. Tables are always sticky and the bathrooms suck. This whole place wack. Go somewhere else. Don't spend your money here. This place needs to be permanently shut down. read more

Beware of the Uber drivers stealing your wings!!!! We ordered 20 and only 15 made it to our home! The sticker was also ripped open on the bag! Don't want to blame Wingstop but dang! read more

Jeannie helped me and her service was amazing!! She was very helpful and got my food right away.

The only thing consistent about this place is high wait times and lack of quality service. Shame that one guy cooks while the 3 others have a severe lack of urgency. I don't know why I kept going back time and time again, but I will not be doing so anymore. read more

I can't believe all of the low(er) ratings! This is one place that generally never messes up my order, and if they do it's something as simple as not throwing in that extra dip I requested (which happened only once). Wing stops wings tend to have a lot of flavor, are seasoned with just the right amount of season, and never taste old. The fries they serve are next to the best fries around, and they have a bit of lemon and Parmesan and are cooked to perfection. Id personally take wing stop over Buffalo Wild Wings any-day! read more

I ordered two orders last night. One that was supposed to arrive at 1132 and one at 1150 pm. I ordered from the app. I even put a tip on both orders. Been going here for the past year after moving to aurora. Love wingstop, but this one is terrible. Once had terrible service with some girl with heavy eye shadow didnt include the sauces i paid extra for then acted like she did while giving me a terrible attitude like i was stupid or she was annoyed by something. Took it home and the fries werent even cooked. Then about 4 weeks later I got uncooked chicken, and they charged me an extra $3.27 for some reason, after paying the original $16.50 for the total order. These guys are trash. Avoid this one and go to the one on eola rd. The one on eola is like 3 or 4 miles away but its way worth it and better quality food for the price. read more

3.5 overall. We had ordered the 30 piece wings which includes 3 sauces, vegetable sticks, fries for takeout. We had 15 boneless original and 15 regular with Louisiana dry rub. The boneless wings in original hot sauce had were saucy and really greasy. They weren't that good. However the bone in Louisiana dry rub wings were delicious and the fries too (love the seasoning on them). The expected wait time for this order was 20mins, but we got our order in 30mins. Long wait. The dining room has cool decor: airplanes and old posters deco podged tables. The service was okay. read more

Hot wings were dry, Louisiana rub had no flavor, and I was told there were no corn after I placed an order and got to the store to pickup the order. read more

not great but not bad. the employees here are crazy that's for sure, i don't know if they are genuinely clueless on what to do or just under the influence. the wait times are insanely long but it's worth it for the food. usually the food is very good but i've had a few times where the fries are soggy and not up to wingstop standards. the restaurant is also in a shady place but the inside isn't too bad. there isn't a garbage can which is pretty annoying because i hate to leave trash out but they will come get it. but i will keep coming here because food is good and i don't expect a good experience anyways. read more

If you look at the Wingstop web page they make it very clear that ONLINE ORDERING is a good thing "Order Now", "Place you order" "Now" "CLICK Here" "Do IT". "Introducing our new & improved online ordering system". Wingstop-Online Ordering and I quote: "Skip the Line and Order on Line. Order now to spend less time ordering and more time enjoying your favorite wings & sides". "DON"T WAIT FOR THE FLAVOR". WRONG We recently placed an order through the IPhone Wingstop App. The crew of 5 employees were totally oblivious. Hey Wingstop Manager "You totally dropped the ball on this". And you, the reader and possible future customer of this location take note! Bottom line, Wingstop may indeed have the optimal online system, however your employees had a 22 minute gap in time of "Surprise" while the order ticket remained unnoticed in the printer. If you claim excellence..."Back it up". At that point of "surprise" and several employees with the "Deer in Headlights" expression, they offered to quickly fulfill our order. We cheerfully declined choosing the option to "Spend less time ordering, to Skip the Line and not to wait for the flavor! I have pictured Wingstop employees in the "Witness protection Program" only to protect the innocent. read more

Nasty unclean. Gloves and mask should on while handling a customer's food.. always and give receipts for customers

This is one of the best WingStop locations in Aurora, the crew is very friendly the customer service is out of this world. I eat here every week and will continue to come back. My order is always made fresh and out to me before my 18 minute wait. The Manager Alicia always goes out of her way to make sure that the dine in customers are taken care of even though they don't waitress. Another plus is the establishment is always clean and kid friendly I never hesitate to bring my family here. Over all I give the 1261 N Lake st location 5 stars 10/10 in my book. read more

I would seriously consider ANY other location or establishment other than this one. We received 15 of the 20 wings we paid for, and in addition to that one of the "wings" is in the picture included in this review. Complete waste of money. Wingstop - Joke of a wing - Chicken Wings Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

I really appreciate this place! My food is always hot and very well seasoned. The staff here has always been very pleasant and friendly.

Worst location I've been to. Uncooked wings and the smallest amount of fries I ever received in my life.

To all doordash drivers beware, this is not a good place to pick up orders from. You'll be sitting for a good 20-25 minutes. Even tho the app tells you to pick up within a certain time frame they won't have that order ready. read more

I placed an order on the Wingstop app at 9:36pm. Order was supposed to been delivered at 10:18pm. Order wasn't delivered until 10:46pm. Food was spilled in the bag and ice cold. So I decided to take the food back to store and ask for it to be remade and I had the most unpleasant experience with the front end staff. The manager Alicia was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She told me it wasn't the store's fault that the food spilled and was cold. I asked to remake the food, she told me no because the store would lose money. Alicia told me I could call customer service because they can't issue a refund. I asked again to have my food remade. She again said no and that she will not argue with me like a child. I asked for the number and she told me to write it down and I responded I didn't have a pen. She responded "where's a fucking pen". Alicia took my food and threw it away. No only am I out of money I'm out of food as well. read more

The two times I've been here they messed up my order last time ordered 2 large combos and they both were different flavors from what I originally ordered at the counter and less wings as well they don't even take the time to doble check your food just disappointed read more

Terrible service!! Messed up my order, called to let them know they asked me to take the food back so I did. All for them to finally figure out what my order was, all because they couldn't verify everything properly. Food was not worth the round trip! Fries were soggy, made me keep the cold wings. Couldn't even re-make my order FRESH! Not even worth the 1 star rating. read more

Closes at midnight but doesn't take orders at 11:30. This has happened to me twice here. Why does the sign say open till midnight? I guess this chain doesn't want my money and I can go to Buffalo Wild Wings or somewhere that doesn't close 30 minutes early every night. read more

The service is slow, place is clean, and the employs are polite. However, I ordered online under the impression that it was going to be quick(pick up in 20min). I arrived about 25 min after I placed the order (to pick up) and was told that my order was not ready. By the time I got my wing, 20 more minutes passed by! I'm disappointed in the service! We hit up Wingstop for the first time tonight after driving past more times than I can even count, often saying, "We should try that place." Our go to wings restaurant in the area had always been Buffalo Wild Wings, and while the wings there aren't amazing, at least they're consistently mediocre. Wingstop is a whole different beast. It's got more of a fast food vibe to it in that you order (or call ahead) and you can sit and eat there when they call your name with a tray loaded full of wings or just get everything to go. Fair warning, wings take 14 minutes (no more, no less, apparently) so if you're looking for quick takeout you'll definitely want to order before you get there. If you're into dining in like we did, the added benefit is free access to their Coke Freestyle machine. You know, one of those fancy touchscreen Coke machines that let you to make crazy drinks like diet grape ginger ale. You can easily spend those 14 minutes experimenting with soft drinks. The wings themselves were great. They come out nice and crispy, and since they call you when your food is ready it's steaming hot when you bring it back to your table. The staff was super friendly, and walked us through everything since it was our first time there. I just docked a star for pricing, as dinner for two there set us back $30. This is a little cheaper than BWW, but definitely feels expensive for a place that has such a total fast food place vibe to it. When wings are seriously the cheapest cut of a chicken, paying such a premium always feels weird, and even more so when you're just ordering at a counter. read more

I've been here twice now. The quality of the wings is quite high, but Buffalo Wild Wings has a better sauce selection in my opinion. That said, this is easier as a "to-go" option than BWW is. I don't think I'd want to dine in here though...it has the ambiance of a fast food restaurant despite having actual restaurant prices. The service is quick and staff members are polite and knowledgeable about the menu items. I wish combo meals could include veggies instead of fries or other side item because I really just want wings and veggies usually and hate that there's an up charge for them when I'd rather just get them instead. Unfortunately, my dog stole my celery sticks last time, so that was wasted money. I'd also like to point out that their Android app doesn't work and actually crashes as soon as you open it. read more
