My immediate reaction to this location was somewhat paranoid because we had to ask for the bathroom key in order to use it. On the other hand, the employee that I interacted with while ordering was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The drink station area definitely needing to be cleaned up, but what was really interesting was there was not a physical trashcan on site. When I asked about where to put our trash, the employee told me to bring our dirty trash and place it back on the counter where they place the food for pick up. So my boyfriend order online and picked up the order. When he came back I saw that my celery wasn't even there & my Louisiana was barely sauced. I know it's a dry rub but I know you're also suppose to add the Louisiana sauce and add Cajun on top. This was my first time to try Wingstop. I was asked to bring these specific Wings to a party. I ordered 30 boneless wings with 3 flavors for pickup. The ordering process must be from a central corporate location. The process was absolutely painful. The wings were ready when I got to the St Charles location and my order was correct, that was good. I felt that the "wings" were very small and looked and tasted more like chicken nuggets. Sauce is an additional charge. At $1/ea, not a good value. Went last night and ordered 2 separate orders for me and my dad. Got my order like normal but once I got home and went to give my dad his box I realized there was only one box in the bag. I opened it quickly already assuming I might've not ordered correctly but after double checking my receipt I came to the conclusion that they forgot an order of wings (For reference I got a 10 piece original hot and the other order was 4 mango habanero and 4 original hot). I also work in the food industry so I understand we all forgot sometimes!!!) he asked me "did u open the box and see how many wings" so I opened the box and lifted the paper that was covering all the wings and saw that they had just put both orders into one box??? And he just gave me a stupid look to make me feel stupid so I was just like "well can I have another box to separate them?" So all he did was give me a separate box and didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything else. Was very angry having to separate the orders myself as I thought two separate orders should go in two separate boxes???? I can't believe all of the low(er) ratings! This is one place that generally never messes up my order, and if they do it's something as simple as not throwing in that extra dip I requested (which happened only once). Wing stops wings tend to have a lot of flavor, are seasoned with just the right amount of season, and never taste old. The fries they serve are next to the best fries around, and they have a bit of lemon and Parmesan and are cooked to perfection. Been going here for the past year after moving to aurora. Love wingstop, but this one is terrible. Once had terrible service with some girl with heavy eye shadow didnt include the sauces i paid extra for then acted like she did while giving me a terrible attitude like i was stupid or she was annoyed by something. Took it home and the fries werent even cooked. Then about 4 weeks later I got uncooked chicken, and they charged me an extra $3.27 for some reason, after paying the original $16.50 for the total order. These guys are trash. Avoid this one and go to the one on eola rd. The one on eola is like 3 or 4 miles away but its way worth it and better quality food for the price. read more

Bottom line, Wingstop may indeed have the optimal online system, however your employees had a 22 minute gap in time of "Surprise" while the order ticket remained unnoticed in the printer. This is one of the best WingStop locations in Aurora, the crew is very friendly the customer service is out of this world. I eat here every week and will continue to come back. My order is always made fresh and out to me before my 18 minute wait. The Manager Alicia always goes out of her way to make sure that the dine in customers are taken care of even though they don't waitress. I placed an order on the Wingstop app at 9:36pm. Order was supposed to been delivered at 10:18pm. Order wasn't delivered until 10:46pm. Food was spilled in the bag and ice cold. So I decided to take the food back to store and ask for it to be remade and I had the most unpleasant experience with the front end staff. The manager Alicia was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She told me it wasn't the store's fault that the food spilled and was cold. I asked to remake the food, she told me no because the store would lose money. Alicia told me I could call customer service because they can't issue a refund. I asked again to have my food remade. She again said no and that she will not argue with me like a child. I asked for the number and she told me to write it down and I responded I didn't have a pen. She responded "where's a fucking pen". Alicia took my food and threw it away. No only am I out of money I'm out of food as well. read more

We hit up Wingstop for the first time tonight after driving past more times than I can even count, often saying, "We should try that place." Our go to wings restaurant in the area had always been Buffalo Wild Wings, and while the wings there aren't amazing, at least they're consistently mediocre. Wingstop is a whole different beast. It's got more of a fast food vibe to it in that you order (or call ahead) and you can sit and eat there when they call your name with a tray loaded full of wings or just get everything to go. Fair warning, wings take 14 minutes (no more, no less, apparently) so if you're looking for quick takeout you'll definitely want to order before you get there. If you're into dining in like we did, the added benefit is free access to their Coke Freestyle machine. You know, one of those fancy touchscreen Coke machines that let you to make crazy drinks like diet grape ginger ale. You can easily spend those 14 minutes experimenting with soft drinks. The wings themselves were great. They come out nice and crispy, and since they call you when your food is ready it's steaming hot when you bring it back to your table. The staff was super friendly, and walked us through everything since it was our first time there. I just docked a star for pricing, as dinner for two there set us back $30. This is a little cheaper than BWW, but definitely feels expensive for a place that has such a total fast food place vibe to it. When wings are seriously the cheapest cut of a chicken, paying such a premium always feels weird, and even more so when you're just ordering at a counter. read more

I've been here twice now. The quality of the wings is quite high, but Buffalo Wild Wings has a better sauce selection in my opinion. That said, this is easier as a "to-go" option than BWW is. I don't think I'd want to dine in here though...it has the ambiance of a fast food restaurant despite having actual restaurant prices. The service is quick and staff members are polite and knowledgeable about the menu items. I wish combo meals could include veggies instead of fries or other side item because I really just want wings and veggies usually and hate that there's an up charge for them when I'd rather just get them instead.
