I have received the wrong order and Domino's DeKalb is not lifting the calls even though no response from them.

Mine was cooked perfect since I told them to add more basil garlic and more sauce The drinks are great. The ambiance is very modern I wish they would had played Italian music to make it authentic. There are so many waiters all very young and they need to be more mindful to come to our table to make sure we are ok we wanted to order more food but our server was ghosting us. We decided to drop in since it had just opened, and we wanted to see what they had to offer. If you look at the name "pizzeria napoletana" you may get the idea that this isn't Pizza Hut. It isn't. This is (according to my wife who has been to Naples in Italy) pizza the Napoletanese way. Thin crusts, interesting toppings, and different than mainstream American pizza. When we arrived we were promptly greeted at the door as we walked in, and given a choice of bar or dining room seating. We selected the dining room. Both areas were warm and comfortable, with the usual things in the bar (big screen TV) and dining room (art on the walls, nice tables and chairs, nice booths). We started with the Bagna Cauda, which was delicious. It seemed to be a little light on the garlic compared to my friend's version of the dish, but it was still good. It was served with bread, fennel, pepper and zucchini for dipping. It could have fed 4. For pizzas, my wife ordered their Margherita Verace, and I ordered their Puttanesca pizza. The Puttanesca had green olives, brown olives and white anchovies. The crust was very thin - so thin that I ended up cutting this with my knife and using my fork. I couldn't even fold it - the crust is very soft. I tried my wife's Margherita Verace, and it was similar in crust. It had lots of good stuff on it, and tasted good. Drinks were reasonably sized. I had a glass of wine which was fresh, and my wife after trying to order (and pronounce) Raganrok found that they were out of the sweet mead, so she went with a Negroni instead, which she said was quite good. The bathrooms were clean, but chilly in temperature. I hit the hot air hand dryer as I walked out in an effort to warm up the space. Clean, all fixtures worked, and well kept. The question boils down to this: Are you willing to experience pizza the way it was originally made - or not. If you are willing, you should try this place out. If you aren't willing - well, that's on YOU to change. You're missing a lot.

We went for dinner on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it was relatively empty (as expected after the holiday weekend). Even with it being empty, we were still greeted with a smile and were seated right away. Our server was very nice, too! We ordered the chicken wings to start and wow, it was pretty spicy! Nowhere in the menu did it say it was spicy but my wife and I still liked it a lot. Packed a good punch but it wasn't unbearable. It was nice and crispy as well and they were fairly big. You also get 6 in an order. I ordered the Athena and it was very tasty! The crust was really thin and the dough was cooked just right. Not so soft but also not very firm! Every bite had a great amount of topping so you weren't just biting into one topping or not at all. As for the cheese pizza, it was decent. Not a ton of flavor happening and was honestly surprised their house red sauce was pretty mild in flavor. My wife might try the Bianca next time but isn't sure how she would feel about the ricotta cheese. Overall, it was a great experience! The place was well lit and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was still very delicious despite the cheese pizza being just ok. We'll definitely come back again!

I don't believe my order was complex but, I like my pizza the way I like it. I'm particular about it... I like extra sauce, easy cheese & well done. We ordered a 12" pick 5 While it had the toppings requested, I ALWAYS ask for extra sauce & it barely had any at all. Like literally NONE. Almost as if I said easy or no sauce- which my receipt shows I did not. It was extremely dry & flavorless as I also always request slightly well done. One piece for us both (in fact it was 2 bites for me) removed the toppings to see a couple specs of red & in the trash it went. Not sure what's going on in the unit at the end of the strip, but it was a madhouse & made parking a bit of a challenge... I probably would've opted for delivery had I known that. However!!! I WILL say the checkout/pick up process once made it in, was smooth, fast & the staff was friendly. You'll see by my reviews, I'm NOT a repeat constant bad reviewer. I personally always check out reviews before trying somewhere & when I see negative ones... I'll click on that person & when I see NOTHING but bad reviews- I take those reviews with a grain of salt because the person obviously is never happy & has nothing good to say about anything... I give praise when it's deserved but I also have to give a thumbs down also once in a while when it's deserved as well. Better luck next time I hope....‍

If you want to dine in, go to their Elburn location. I was looking for a pizza with everything - I got their healthy choice, and substituted sausage for the spinach, and then added pepperoni. Good choice! I was driving the pizza 30 minutes home, so I know it came right out of the oven steaming hot, and was reasonably hot after driving in my car for 30 minutes or so to get home. To be honest, the pizza was actually very good. The crust was good, there were plenty of toppings, and it had good sauce and lots of cheese. For price, you get what you pay for. This isn't one of those chain restaurants - it has people who hand make pies and do a good job of it. I was out the door for $31.50 for a large pizza. Is this place for you? Well, do you like good pizza? If you do, pay your money and enjoy some. Also, if you see someone go into the back door, you might see their Christopher Walken Cooler - complete with his picture on the door. The $3.50 brownies are also very good - pre-packaged, but ooooohhhh. Good!

Has a pretty large amount of basic and gourmet toppings to choose from. The prices are higher than the crap chains but it's much better tasting. Always busy. It's a pretty good sign that people like to come here. This is located pretty close to NIU so obviously the name is pretty easy to understand for even the thickest skulled of frat boys and other college students. A few words to get their attention. Have to speak the language of the locals. A crap ton of local beers. It's about $8 a pint. Splurge a bit more for some finely aged whiskey. It's about $18 for a medium pizza. That's kind of a lot but this isn't mass produced chain pizza though. Also you can get it with vegan cheese. This melts like the real stuff. We got one of the Sergeant Pepper pizzas New York style. Filling. This comes with arugula, black olives, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, mozzarella but we got the vegan substitute, mushrooms, and onions. Big enough for a couple. They have even bigger ones that are expensive but are good for parties. Crazy place for tons of good drinking and eating. It's located on West State Street. There's good options for meat eaters as well as vegans and vegetarians.
