I manage a small business, so I really value customer service. I understand things get busy, but acknowledgment should always be a priority. When I pulled up, I saw a group of customers inside making TikToks. I waited in my car about five minutes for the app to say my order was ready. Once it did, I went in, grabbed my order from the pickup area, and left. The customers looked up at me and went back to what they were doing. The employee working didn't acknowledge me at all, no greeting, no eye contact, no "have a good day." I was in and out, but not being acknowledged at all was disappointing. It's not about what the customers were doing. It's about basic service. A simple "Hi" goes a long way. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - hot and ready cheese pizza - Pizza Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

Manager is a jerk. Threatened me for face timing a friend while waiting for an order that I already paid for. I've never seen anything like it and the manager should at least be spoken to about customer service because he has zero and worse, he's confrontational and seems violent. If I could do zero, I'd rather give that since 1 star is too much read more

I ordered some pizzas for pickup a few hours in advance off the website. I needed to cancel the order a few minutes later (and this was prior to them beginning the order) and was put through a maze of phone numbers and robot customer service with fake typing sounds lol only to be put on hold twice for 15+ minutes. Could not get a single human being the entire time. Go anywhere else but here if you value customer service read more

Manger is rude, and not a nice guys.yelling at customers and paying customers at that. Stating they need to go.

Brian & Niyella are so sweet & courteous. I asked for fresh pizza & they provided me fresh, hot pizza and I really appreciate that. They have good Customer Service Skills. read more

Food was really gross, it had a smell like if the place it came from was full of non showering people.

The Soft Pretzel Pizza for $6 is amazing!! The creamy cheddar cheese sauce with the soft pretzel crust is a great combination. It's topped with pepperoni making it a great value for the price. The pizza is pretty large, can easily feed 3 people. There's about a 10-15 minutes wait for the pizza. Located in the same plaza as Dollar General. read more

This store should be knocked down and burned down into flames. The customer service is shit. I fucking hate this little Caesar's. They put their pubic hairs on my pizza and then proceeded to slap my ass. I felt assaulted and violated. Then I asked for pepperoni not sausage if I asked for sausage I would've asked for sausage. The manager his name is Angel btw. He spat on my face and then he called me a stupid Mexican bitch. I did not expect that from this place. I honestly don't know how to feel about this situation. Then I wanted crazy bread and the associate Saul told me to fuck off and go eat a salad because quote on quote "I'm fatter than a hippo and my momma so fat I'm fatter" I'm done. read more

Told me 5 minute wait...45 min later and still nothing. Just kept telling me another 5 minutes till it's done. Just say you haven't started the order and I'll go elsewhere. Oh the joys of spending money to waste my time. read more

This is the second time my order had been given away to someone else. The first time my friend and i had ordered a deep dish pizza and some other stuff and my friend received their order but i still had to wait 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting i got annoyed and asked the guy where was my order. He realized that he had given my order away and i had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for my deep dish. The second time i had ordered online to stop this from happening. Sadly their machine had broken and there was a long line of people. I saw somebody had cut in front of when i was second to next to ordered my deep dish. They gave it away and once it was my turn they wanted me to wait another ten minutes. For the love of god put a name or something so this doesnt happen! read more

The worst Little Ceasars place in IL!!! Absolutely awful!! I ordered a 6$ sausage pizza and a 6$ thin crust, after 37 minutes of waiting, the kid behind counter, comes up and says "here's your sausage pizza, but they didn't make your thin crust!" Ok, where is it, "it'll be another 20 minutes!!" Very unorganized there. read more

What do you do when you have a slightly sick toddler in the car screaming for pizza? Well you get yo' a*s to Little Caesars of course. This one happened to be right along our route to Mooseheart (to see the Christmas lights display) when we decided to stop in for a "Hot n ready $5 pizza" and shovel it into our toddler's mouth. She was happy. My hubby and I were happy. Our tummies were full. What more can you ask for? The pizzas were all ready to go, no waiting even at peak Friday dinner time. They seemed fresh and not too greasy. The even gave us extra napkins because we were planning on eating in the car. read more

Place smells of bleach or something funky. Service is unbelievably bad. You wait in a line to order but the line only moves when a pizza is delivered to the guy in front of the line. Store manager, if you are listening, please have all the orders taken for the people in the line so that there's not a long line out the door. The pizza itself? It's actually not bad. I don't think this is real pizza but it's edible and if you're hungry it does the job. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - Notice the dearth of cheese in the middle - Pizza Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

I have been a regular customer of this location for many years and I have never seen the service as bad as it has been the last three visits. Each time the wait has been well over an hour. No urgency in the back - a pizza prepared every other minute while 20 plus of us are crammed in the front (yes I am timing them while I stand here waiting). Utter chaos up front with people bringing back mis-marked pizzas. I see a lot of young new faces in the back and many unhappy customers in front. This is not a good mix for repeat business....step it up! read more

Super understaff management needs to hire more people. We've been waiting for an hour and should get a refund afterwards. We regularly go to this place but it's been slow due to understaffed service. read more

Customer service is terrible. Manager/Staff do not acknowledge your presence in the store. Had to call them on the phone standing 10 feet away from them because they were ignoring me every time I tried to get their attention - my online order was not complete. Not too surprisingly I receive a very rude response after getting the lady in charge on the phone and letting her know I was the guy standing in the lobby. She then proceeded to blame me for not grabbing the missing item that was placed in the wrong bin. Customer service tip: acknowledged customers entering your store, because there are plenty of other places nearby to get pizza. read more

I love Little Ceasers pizza so I came to this location on my lunch break to grab the $5 lunch combo with a friend. The woman at the register informed us that it would be a 10minute wait which was completely fine IF we had waited 10mins... We were waiting for 30+ minutes and at the time we were very patient because we figured they had to make the little pizzas from scratch but we literally watched the woman give a man that came in the exact same thing we ordered while we continued to wait.. This to me was unacceptable. When we finally got our food, we had 5 minutes left into our lunch break and the woman hadn't even apologized for the long wait. I think if I ever go to this location again it'll be when I have a lot of time and patience. read more

Alright, so while you sort of know what you're getting into with a Little Caesar's Pizza (I mean, really, what do you expect for $6?) this is one of the busiest Little Caserar's locations I've ever seen. The guys working here bust their ass like nothing I've ever seen at a pizza place, and because it's so busy if you go there during common dinner or lunch hours, you typically get a pizza directly out of the oven. read more

Where to begin. I got to this location at 10 when they were going to be open for lunch. They didn't open until 1035 witch I was OK with hoping food would be ready. I was wrong. Had to wait another 25mins for a pizza and bread sticks. The girl gave an excuse for it that there was no cooks when there was 6 people playing like children in the back by throwing food around instead of working. I'll never come back to this location. read more

I love Little Caesars pizza but this was probably the worst location ever! First, I kept calling and they never answered the phone. Second, their online pizza portal wasn't working, third, I got there the cashier was real rude she said they were only doing "classic" orders. Fourth, when I tried to pay with my card she said she was only taking cash!!!! This really made me angry because I went out of my way to go to this location because it closed later than the one by my house. If she would have answered the phone to begin with I wouldn't have got off the expressway just to go there!!! Simply A waste of time! read more

I would recommend it to everyone who wants cheap good pizza read more

Use to be my favorite in the cheap and fast pizza category. This location's crazy bread WAS da bomb, made perfectly. Now, crazy bread is burnt/over done. I usually call in my order instead of a hot and ready. I'm about 99% sure they take a hot and ready and add my toppings and rerun it through the oven. Pep comes out so crisp it's practically inedible. This wasn't true in the past. I give it 2 stars in hopes they return to their past standards. Finding new location even if I have to drive a little further. read more

Not a pizza fan but I work around here so once in a while I stop by and get a quick pizza from here , 5 bucks a pizza and you don't have to wait so that's a deal for me but my issue is their terrible customer service , angry cashiers and management is worse . You don't get a hello or how can I help you , all you get is : what do you want ??? To me that's rude so my 2 stars are for the speed and the 5 bucks :-) read more

This place is the most ridiculous little Caesars in the world. You have to wait 20 minutes every time you walk in. Not having enough staff is not our fault especially when the manager isn't even there to help. This place is an example of poor leadership and an I don't care attitude. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This Saturday I came in, knowing there was going to be a wait. While waiting for 45 min the girl at the register kept talking badly about all the people in back. Everyone was saying snarking comments to eachother the whole time. Very immature. Then people got so tired of waiting that a father and kid just stole 2 pizzas that had been sitting on the counter. All those kids working there need to be fired. The things everyone heard including children was completely uncalled for. read more

This is by far got to be one of the worst little Caesars ever they never have anything hot and ready every time I go in there no matter what time of day there's always a wait don't understand how Little Caesars can never had their pizza is ready that's what they're known for you can't figure out how to make enough pizza to keep it hot and ready suggest you find a new job or shut down this location I come in and I want little Caesars pizza I don't have time to sit and wait if I did I'd order it from somewhere else when I go to Little Caesars like most locations I go to they have it hot and ready ready to go unless it's a special order and it's not a problem in and out in under a minute this place always a wait never hot and ready absolutely ridiculous read more

Worst customer service ever! Staff and management are useless and unprofessional. Called 6+ hours ahead to order pizza's requesting them at a certain time (special event) I come in and still have to wait 30 minutes?? When I asked the cashier why they weren't ready after I had ordered ahead of time her response with a nasty attitude was "look I don't know, if you feel like speaking to my manager she's right there" her manager's response as she was working in the kitchen with no hairnet on ..." I'm off the clock, tell her I can't help her she needs to come back later"..Ridiculous read more

I do not normally do these things but since my experience was so unique for me I decided I need to say something. So this was on Saturday April 7th. My buddy and I decided to order some little ceasers on our way home so we could pick it up and not have to wait. We completed our order at 8:41 and we're told 10-15 mins. We arrived at 9:00 and waited in line behind a couple other people as they got their order. When it came time for us to pick our order up it was not done yet and we were told 5 more mins. So we figured so what just another 5 mins. But at around 9:22 I decided to talk to the manager and as it turns out they were just sitting in the Hot N Ready cabinet. So I spoke to the manager and the order was not actually done correctly and tried to say it was. Looked at receipt and then looked at what we got and that is when I knew it was wrong so I explained to him and went back and they started to correct it and what really struck me wrong is hearing him call me a Fa**ot and other things for wanting the correct order. read more
