I manage a small business, so I really value customer service. I understand things get busy, but acknowledgment should always be a priority. When I pulled up, I saw a group of customers inside making TikToks. I waited in my car about five minutes for the app to say my order was ready. Once it did, I went in, grabbed my order from the pickup area, and left. The customers looked up at me and went back to what they were doing. The employee working didn't acknowledge me at all, no greeting, no eye contact, no "have a good day." I was in and out, but not being acknowledged at all was disappointing. It's not about what the customers were doing. It's about basic service. A simple "Hi" goes a long way. read more

The Soft Pretzel Pizza for $6 is amazing!! The creamy cheddar cheese sauce with the soft pretzel crust is a great combination. It's topped with pepperoni making it a great value for the price. This is the second time my order had been given away to someone else. The first time my friend and i had ordered a deep dish pizza and some other stuff and my friend received their order but i still had to wait 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting i got annoyed and asked the guy where was my order. He realized that he had given my order away and i had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for my deep dish. The second time i had ordered online to stop this from happening. Sadly their machine had broken and there was a long line of people. This one happened to be right along our route to Mooseheart (to see the Christmas lights display) when we decided to stop in for a "Hot n ready $5 pizza" and shovel it into our toddler's mouth. She was happy. My hubby and I were happy. Our tummies were full. What more can you ask for? The pizzas were all ready to go, no waiting even at peak Friday dinner time. I have been a regular customer of this location for many years and I have never seen the service as bad as it has been the last three visits. Each time the wait has been well over an hour. No urgency in the back - a pizza prepared every other minute while 20 plus of us are crammed in the front (yes I am timing them while I stand here waiting). Utter chaos up front with people bringing back mis-marked pizzas. I see a lot of young new faces in the back and many unhappy customers in front. Place smells of bleach or something funky. Service is unbelievably bad. You wait in a line to order but the line only moves when a pizza is delivered to the guy in front of the line. Store manager, if you are listening, please have all the orders taken for the people in the line so that there's not a long line out the door. The pizza itself? It's actually not bad. Customer service is terrible. Manager/Staff do not acknowledge your presence in the store. Had to call them on the phone standing 10 feet away from them because they were ignoring me every time I tried to get their attention - my online order was not complete. Not too surprisingly I receive a very rude response after getting the lady in charge on the phone and letting her know I was the guy standing in the lobby. She then proceeded to blame me for not grabbing the missing item that was placed in the wrong bin. I love Little Ceasers pizza so I came to this location on my lunch break to grab the $5 lunch combo with a friend. The woman at the register informed us that it would be a 10minute wait which was completely fine IF we had waited 10mins... We were waiting for 30+ minutes and at the time we were very patient because we figured they had to make the little pizzas from scratch but we literally watched the woman give a man that came in the exact same thing we ordered while we continued to wait.. This to me was unacceptable. When we finally got our food, we had 5 minutes left into our lunch break and the woman hadn't even apologized for the long wait. This place is so awesome!!! Me and my friends always come here after finals and since we dont want to waste gas we eat at the taco bell thats pretty much walking distance.... Use to be my favorite in the cheap and fast pizza category. This location's crazy bread WAS da bomb, made perfectly. Now, crazy bread is burnt/over done. I usually call in my order instead of a hot and ready. I'm about 99% sure they take a hot and ready and add my toppings and rerun it through the oven. Pep comes out so crisp it's practically inedible. This wasn't true in the past. I give it 2 stars in hopes they return to their past standards. I do not normally do these things but since my experience was so unique for me I decided I need to say something. So this was on Saturday April 7th. My buddy and I decided to order some little ceasers on our way home so we could pick it up and not have to wait. We completed our order at 8:41 and we're told 10-15 mins. We arrived at 9:00 and waited in line behind a couple other people as they got their order. When it came time for us to pick our order up it was not done yet and we were told 5 more mins. So we figured so what just another 5 mins. But at around 9:22 I decided to talk to the manager and as it turns out they were just sitting in the Hot N Ready cabinet. So I spoke to the manager and the order was not actually done correctly and tried to say it was. Looked at receipt and then looked at what we got and that is when I knew it was wrong so I explained to him and went back and they started to correct it and what really struck me wrong is hearing him call me a Fa**ot and other things for wanting the correct order. read more
