Have been coming to Santi's since the old location but it had been a while. Ordered on Door Dash about 40 mins before closing and pizza was ready quickly. Staff were super friendly and let me know that they would be changing their name soon to Munchie's. I got a 14" sausage, giardineira and mushroom and it was perfect-- a crispy thin crust with a good amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Great value for the price too! Had this pizza a few months ago/other reviews are OVER-RATED. It's 2 stars tops. It is undercooked, has cheap ingredients, and a mediocre taste. I have been all over Chicagoland. Naperville/Aurora is pretty weak when it comes to good pizza. read more

TAKE OUT ONLY - we were visiting from out of town and looked for a solid, local place to eat. This place got great reviews, so we decided to check it out. Imagine our surprise when - after driving 20 minutes to get there - we found out there is no seating. It was getting late, so we just ordered takeout. This is definitely a must try! Pizza was delicious very generous on the topping. Ordered the Hawaiian and added jalapeños to it with thin crust. They said 20 minutes for pick up, probably got there 30 minutes later, got back home about 10 minute drive by the time we sat down to eat a good 20 minutes passed total from pick up time, pizza was still nice and hot!!! This place is what's up. Legit such good tavern style pizza. We hit this place up two weeks ago on a whim while on this side of town running errands. We went back today because we couldn't stop thinking about it: we first got single topping pizza, one pepperoni one sausage. This time we ordered Hawaiian to see how it would fare with more toppings on it! STILL FLAME. It didn't get soggy at all. Yo listen. This pizza is SO GOOD cold and I don't even like cold pizza--it also reheats in the toaster oven like a champion. If I lived on this side of town I would eat this pizza 24/7. The price is good! This is one VERY SANTIS-FIED customer! Yum! I should start off by adding that I order from here weekly, sometimes twice a week. That's saying something about the pizza, and customer service. This family owned hole in the wall pizza joint is the best of both worlds, great customer service and amaaaaaazing pizzzzzaaaaas! The topping are EXTREMELY FRESH for a pizza joint! They also charge really affordable prices because their quality of ingredients is beyond fresh and amazing! You can really taste the diff, that's what makes them stand out from the rest. I frequently add bacon to my pizza here, and it's the most crispy, crunchy, salty delicious bacon I've ever had! The pineapple chunks are also really delicious too. I add garlic to my pizza and they have the freshest garlic slices here!!! I have had just the regular thin crust in their deep dish both have never disappoint! I'll start by saying the pizza we got was very good. It makes it such a shame that the customer service we got was so poor. My wife called to place the order and it seemed like they had a hard time understanding her which I don't really criticize because it can be hard over the phone to take an order. All we ordered was a large pizza with jalapenos and pineapple on half with pepperoni and bacon on the other, with onions on the whole. Nothing that a typical pizza place would have issues with. I guess this place isn't typical when it comes to pizza orders. When I arrived, I found that it was apparently an issue to order this pizza and it wasn't just an issue with the phone communication. I go to the counter and say I'm there for the pickup order and she immediately says, "oh? the super complicated order?" I didn't know what to say there so I just said "I guess." As she finished the payment, she continued to say "this was the most complicated order that I've had to make." Which, once again, I didn't know how to respond to so I just smiled and laughed. I took the pizza and just left because what am I supposed to say there? I wish I had gotten her name because it was just a horrible situation to put a customer in. I do not plan on ever going back there despite the quality of the food. I don't think a company should ever make a customer feel like they are a burden. If you are just getting a quick pepperoni pizza, try theirs but if you are getting something that is more complicated than that, I suggest Charlie Fox's in Batavia or anything else than Santis Pizza in Aurora. read more

Everyone who knows me knows I'm extremely particular about where I get food from and how it's prepared. I am very leery in trying new pizza places as I have always been dissappointed. For the last 15 years I've always gone back to Rosatis after trying other places. And I don't eat the crust from pizza. Everyone knows I turn it upside down and peel it off. When I heard about Santi's I figured I'd give them a try. I AM HOOKED AND OBSESSED. I wish they had a frequent buyer program because since I've started getting their pizzas 2 weeks ago I've already had about 5. AND I have eaten the whole thing crust and all. Santis Pizza might be new on the block but their Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza can really compete with the best and leave the common chains pizza joints in the dust. Tonight I tried their Hawaiian Chicago Style Deep Dish and was amazed at the great crust and the quality of ingredients. I was also very surprised at how fast they make a pizza. Their large size pizza is huge and I would recommend it for a family of 5-6 as each slice is the size of a dinner plate! I look forward to sharing their pizza with friends and family time and time again. With such great crust on their Deep Dish I cant wait to try their thin crust pizza it must be crust heaven.
