I ordered for pickup over the phone and the girl didn't let me finished and hung up. Took about 20 minutes to get there and also waited in the car because we thought it might not be ready yet. But when we got there and went into the store to pick up the order, the girl said it didn't print... Wouldn't it be better if you double check instead of rushing and hung up the phone before proceeding? My boyfriend came inside to pick up the order under his name and the girl gave him a confused look, said there wasn't an order under his name. He asked her to double check and she looked at the computer and said "it didn't print". She then looked again and printed the receipt and just put it in the back, didn't tell us how long it was going to take on top of us already waiting. Won't be back to any Wing Stop restaurant ... I am tired of having my order wrong or cold ... went last Thursday to the one on Buckley and Iliff in Aurora , I ordered ahead from my phone app like an hour ahead ... got on time to this particular wing stop to pick it up .. that girl on at the register couldn't care less ... not the first one at wing stop ... well I paid and took my food ... on the way home I noticed that a dip was missing and while at home that the wings were barely warm ... I called and again they didn't show much interest to help ...after like 5 minutes of getting help I was referred to the store manager with her phone number ... i called but was told to leave my phone number so she can call back in a few minutes . That was Sunday and haven't heard anything back yet ... I won't be back to any Wing Stop because they don't seem to care ... will rather take my hard earned money to a locally owned wing restaurant. So we went tonight for a take out dinner. Get out of the parking lot, and I taste my wings and it's definitely the wrong sauce. Waaaaaay to spicy for me. I ordered the Hawaiian which is the least spicy sauce they have. This even made my boyfriend say that it was spicy so. He heads back in, and is then given a really hard time by the cashier. If I could give less than a star I would. I even created a Yelp account just to comment on how bad this Wingstop is... After receiving an email that my order would be ready by 8pm I showed up at 8. I had to wait to even talk to someone because the cashiers weren't paying any attention. After I talked to one of them I was told my order was coming up now. 26 minutes later, already running late, I was finally given my order. After getting home we realized we were missing two of our orders of wings. I called back as soon as I saw this only to have the line ring busy for almost 10 solid minutes. When I finally talked to someone I asked for a manager and they said there was no manager there. When I asked to talk to someone who could give me a refund they said no one was in that could do that and to call back the following day. When I called back the "manager" said he couldn't issue any refunds and that I had to fax corporate headquarters and he refused to give me a phone number. The email I received even states that for problems with orders to call the Wingstop number of the place I ordered from. Needless to say, don't order from here. Coming from a restaurant background where wings are one of our specialties I know exactly how long an order of 20 piece boneless and 2 orders of fries. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 6:09pm here I am at 6:21 just getting my order. I walked in 5 min early for an already paid for order was told it would be 7 more min which I found to be acceptable. 10 min later and I still hadn't gotten my food so I proceeded to ask again when my order would be ready and was told they where just packaging it. I was given the entirely wrong order and when I proceeded to tell the staff what I had ordered I was told they could not find my order and deemed it lost. Upon one last look they realized my order had been ready the entire time and had been sitting on the pick up rack the entire time I had been siting in the restaurant. Now I'm stuck with cold food that I decided to keep because I had a starving family in the car waiting for their dinner and a very aggravated mood. I will never be using this location again. This was unacceptable and the manager on the floor saw nothing wrong with the situation and did not attempt to fix my very obviously aggravated mood. And I will state it again I work in a restaurant that serves wings and fries as a speciality I know personally this was not acceptable. Just stay away. I have had so many bad experiences with Wingstop. The service is always horrible, no customer service skills. They rarely get your order correct. I order Atomic wings and my wife orders mild and they put them in the same container. Due to previous bad experiences here I had a gift card to use, so I decided to give them a shot on a large takeout order for my superbowl party. It took 3 different people to get my order placed and I was told the manager would call me to confirm (due to previous horrible experiences I didn't want to take any chances). I called back the next two days and the manager was "not in". Then I call today and the lady that answered the phone said the manager, Laura, was busy, I asked to hold for her and she asked me "is this about your order" in a snotty voice. We have gone to the location off of Iliff and Buckley for 3 years now. We have had burnt wings on several visits, but I haven't complained as I understand mistakes happen... but the customer service could have been better in this situation to rectify the incorrect meal and then actions not matching what I was informed. We will not be a return customer after all this. After a very long day at work I called in to pick up some Wingstop on the way home, the order was verbally confirmed when picked up (should have checked it at the counter!) and when I got home 20 of the 30 wings were incorrect. Meaning the Hawaiian is now flaming hot! We don't do spice like that, so this meant calling the store to rectify the situation. Do they deliver? No. I then gave them two choices. One is that we would drive back, return the wings and receive the correct wings along with a refund for our time/gas (Which is a 40 minute round trip) or a refund period. Then that is when we were told only a refund would be permitted, not the other option of coming in. Well, no refund showed up and I called to find out why. They stated we never brought the wings back and that was what she really meant. Completely opposite of what we were told and she is pretty sure they sent us home with the correct wings. Hmmm. As I mentioned, I don't complain often, but this time caused me to call and to write this review. I'm sure some people may fool the system, but that is not what I did. So not only did I lose out on food for dinner after a long day and having to make a new meal... instead of relaxing, I was then accused of lying and I only received half of what I was told I would receive for a refund. This could have all be corrected with better customer service after the incorrect order given. We will no longer be giving this Wingstop our business and will drive to the Southlands location if we are craving wings due to better quality of the wings and now customer service. read more

I ordered a family pack and an extra side of french fries to pick up. I drove almost 20 minutes in the snow and icy roads to pick it up . Jesus was the cashier tonight , he handed me the order and repeated to me what I had ordered online. I paid and drove back home but when we sat down to eat we realized they forgot to give us the extra large fries we ordered so I called in to tell them . I had to call in twice and kept getting put on hold and then hung up on . So I called a third time this time not letting them put me on hold. They told me his name was Adam , I told him about the fries and he said he would take my name and number but then he gave the phone to someone els without explaing to him what I was calling in for . I then had to tell Jesus what happened and he asked me what I wanted him to do. I'm not driving another 20 minutes to pick up large fries in this weather ! they forgot to put in my bag. it was repeated to me right when I picked it up. This is the only wing place I have gone to, so I am pretty satisfied considering I have nothing to compare them to. Every time I have been in there no matter what time of day, the service has been quick for the most part. Sometimes it's a little bit slower, but hey every business straggles behind on certain days. I understand what it's like to stand behind a counter and make food for hours because I work at Skate City and that's what I do on a daily basis. I think the opinions of people are a lot different depending on other places that have been visited, and also if that type of job has been done by the customer as well. It's not easy to please everyone. Some people just won't have the right taste buds for their type of sauces or customer care. Even if the service isn't the best, I believe that customers should try and make the best of their own visit at a place because at the end of the day, whoever had a bad attitude at the front, is still getting paid; at least for that day if they don't get fired. And even then, if they don't look like they are having a very good day, customers need to be friendly as well and try and make it a better environment for everyone. Not only do they have a great environment, but I love that you can dine in or take out and if you dine in, it is one of the best places to watch a football/sports event. As for the wings, I love their variety of sauce choices and the fact that you can choose bone in or bone out. I normally get the hot or the garlic parmesan wings with the ranch cup on the side. My Ranch cup sometimes doesn't make it to the wings though because I end up using it all on the fries. It would probably be a lot easier if I didn't eat one thing at a time. Wing Stop tries their best to make sure they have "the perfect wing" for everyone. Not only are the wings amazing, but in my opinion the fries are the best part. I don't know what they season them with, but man they are good! In other reviews I see people talking about the size of the wing. Yes they are sometimes small, but its not the employees faults. The wings come from a chicken; the employees can't choose how big the wings really are. I think people should just be more grateful that they have the luxury to go to a place like this and enjoy fantastic food that people take time out of their day to try and make it the best experience for all the customers that decide to walk in and try their wings. I am a fan of Wingstop. The different flavors are delicious. The only concern is take-out orders. They always seem to forget something in my order. Make sure to check your order before leaving. My husband and I pre-ordered a combo pack from you guys yesterday. February 1, 2014 for Super Bowl Sunday, Today February 2, 2014 for pick up at 3:15pm. When I husband arrived at your location, promptly at 3:15, he was told that he had to pre-pay for his order because they had many other customers waiting and it would be a wait of 45 minutes to 1 hour wait. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service from your store. This is the 2nd time we have had issues regarding extended wait times, I understand something such a the Super Bowl will cause a business like yours to experience long wait times, which is exactly we had pre-ordered our selection. When I husband arrived home without the order, I called the store and spoke to Laura- who then told me that she was too busy to give me the district managers phone number, that I could call back after the game, when the customers had died down, when I had insisted on getting a name and phone number when gave me the wrong phone number, couldn't even pronounce your district managers last name, and I was hung up on. You have lost not only me and my family as customers, but everyone that I know I will share this unfortunate news with.
