I've been going to this location for 10+ years. I've never had a bad experience, and the food is always tasty. Love the fries with their amazing ranch dressing. Last night I had 5 mango habanero and 5 Cajun and they were amazing. My daughters had the BBQ wings with fries, and they loved them also. I ordered through the website, and everything was correct when I picked up. read more

I will never order from this place again. They cannot get an order right. To fix it, you have to drive there. There's a reason I wanted it delivered so driving is not an option. Today was the second time they got it wrong (completely). It took them more than two weeks to give me the refund from the last time. Since they finally did give me the refund I thought I'd give it another chance. Big mistake. I'll find a new place to order wings from. read more

Asked for boneless and they gave me classic through simple pick up orders over the phone.

Overpriced, and slow. Avoid at all costs. Dirty floors. Given incorrect order. Employees with nails that were two inches long. Imagine all the fecal matter under those things! Manager! read more

This restaurant is a JOKE. I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app on 12/2/2025 order # 8144221244. Half of my order was not delivered. When I call the restaurant team member Belinda told me I had to come in to pick up the wings even though I ordered delivery. I was fine with it only to show up to the restaurant to a complete attitude from Belinda who then told me that she told me on the phone I had to bring the order with me ( she absolutely did not ask me to do this)! I then found out they hadn't even started my wings( I waited 20 minutes before even heading to the restaurant)! I refused to wait for them to then cook my wings once I got there and left. Belinda after my call with Laura today (12-30-25) told Laura I got my wings, a blatant lie. Check your cameras. Called the store manager Laura Rodriguez the next day (12/3/25) and she seemed very empathetic but I sensed she was brushing me off so I recorded the call and was told by Laura I would receive a refund within 3 business days. Almost a month later and no refund I call Laura today 12/30/25 and she told me she would re send the email to corporate for a refund and was brushed off once again when I questioned her for not seeing this through. If a district manager sees this contact me, this team member and manager are absolutely atrocious with their customer service skills and unless this is addressed you lost a family of customers. The lies and rude demeanor of this store is beyond belief. There needs to be accountability here for the manager and this team member. I have escalated to corporate with no response, I don't want to get petty and litigious but I work hard for my money, and not getting what I paid for is robbing me of my money. read more

Sooooo expensive. Best ranch ever!! I love the veggie sticks too lol. Wings are always good. I love flats. The problem I have here is the amount of feathers on the flats. It grosses me out.. How do I get flat wings without feathers?? Can I get the feathers on the side? read more

My young adults love Wingstop but not this time. Total waste of money. Ordered 4 combos. One of them was missing its side dish, another had the wrong sauce on the wings. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo with mango habanero sauce and the sauce was very overpowering that after a few bites, it was not eaten. From someone who usually eats anything. My Louisiana rub wings hardly had any rub so it was not very tasty. The lemon pepper boneless chicken was oilier than usual. All in all a big disappointment. No one finished their food. Planning to try another wing place in the future. read more

The staff at this location is so friendly! I called to place my order just cus I don't like doing things online and the gal who answered the phone was super sweet! If any place needed a negative review, it's this place. They can't get orders out on time or correct. Then after you tell them to correct the order they make you wait another 20-30 minutes. Management here is non existent nor do they care. read more

Not sure if it's just short staffing or some technical issue or the managements utter failure - but after 3 doordash orders each take them 1hr+ to make AFTER the doordasher gets there, and every time they quit the job and get a new dasher, we tried to do a PICKUP instead of delivery... same thing happened to us. It took over an hour to get our order while about 10 others waited around also. It didn't seem like short staffing or demand though, it seemed like either gross incompetence, no training, or grossly incompetent management because every customer and delivery driver that showed up they said the same lie to: they have no record of their order - and then - oh here it is. That's just LYING. We overheard it happen over and over. Wtf. read more

Do not expect it to be ready within 15-20 minutes of the estimated time given to you.

The store on Iliff does a fantastic job. The wings I have ordered for both takeout and the dining room have always been cooked to perfection. I like the variety of spicy sauces on rotation, and the Twisty potatoes are just heavenly. The normal fries are good too, so when I am ordering for the family, sometimes we get both. While I am waiting for the wings to cook, I really enjoy the $1 drafts deal. It's a shame I didn't discover this chain until after I was married - I would love to hang out here on game day in the fall. Don't be put off by the dark dining room, the folks here do good work! read more

If you want wing stop go to a different location, I think they're under staffed. But it took 30 minutes to get an order of fried

my last night's visit didn't go too well. hard find good help these days. all the decent people who use to work here moved on and left overs are sub par. #1: ordered my usual but got the order messed up and ended of paying more. #2: wanted well done and somehow that didnt happen. my lemon pepper was overly seasoned. yikes. #3: one of the worker's family brought a dog into the restaurant (chihuahuas dressed in pink) hung around for good 30 min. some of us are allergic to the dogs and there is a good reason for the tri-health forbids that not a good day for wings! read more

Hear me out I love this location & always get my Wingstop from only this location. Lately my orders have been incorrect and not fulfilling at all. 10/19 I called in my order a pretty big meal 30 minutes before I arrive, as I get there my order wasn't done one, two gave me the wrong order thinking it was mine. I mentioned It wasn't my order and I had been waiting almost 30 more minutes to find out they don't have my ticket up, the cashier was informing them that he did take the call and had just seen the ticket up there but had just vanished and had not even started my order? Once they gave me my order a whole hour later, I was still missing items that they didnt even ring me up for so I still had to pay and wait for that, just so I could come home to some NASTY, OLD WINGS & I ASKED FOR RANCH AND GOT BLUEEEEE CHEESE. SO DISAPPOINTED TEAM read more

Nothing complicated here! Order by phone, app or in person to get your wing on! Mondays and Tuesdays are 50 cent boneless wing night, so take advantage! Parking is kind of awkward and tight, and can sometimes be difficult to get back out to the street, but other than that I don't see any problems here! Except maybe... Well they were playing some LAME music... loud... like who plays contemporary easy listening... loud?!? read more

My first choice, Woody's Wings, was closed. On a Tuesday! Ugh. So I consulted the GPS and it brought me a mile or two down the road to Wingstop. It's a single wide storefront in a shopping plaza with very limited seating, but the (well tattooed) staff was friendly and the place looked clean. I ordered 20 wings - ten hot and ten bbq. He was very precise with the time they would be ready: 14 minutes. And then a draft beer, but the counter-dude said that Tuesday is 'bottle for a dollar' day and after looking at their beer fridge, I got two Stella. Stella's my fave and to get them for a buck a piece is practically robbery! I took a table towards the back while my wings were prepared. Two tv's tuned in to a sports channels and watching the passing traffic of customers helped pass the time. When the wings arrived (actually a little early), they were seriously hot (temperature-wise) so I had to wait a little bit for them to cool to eating temperature. The "hot" wings were the right spicy hot for me - not insanely hot and not boring. The "bbq" wings had a good smoky flavor. The texture was good - solid and crunchy but not too much so. They weren't the meatiest wings either. My main complaint: they were literally bathing in sauce. So much that I had to wipe them down before eating. I also got a small fries to go. Would I come here again? Maybe. They were okay, but not great. read more

Great location, staff are friendly and happy. Place is clean and they usually have my order on time. Thanks guys!

Ordered for delivery and received the wrong order. Wasn't even close to my order. I should've known better because my daughters order was wrong from earlier today. Ordered food for deleivery and food never showed up which was an order of 50 wings. Wingstop uses doordash (I am not impressed). I have been trying to get a refund for nearly two weeks. Wingstop has my favorite wings. They have a solid buffalo sauce with their original hot. It is just the right amount of spice with great flavor. The employees always seem upbeat and love working there. The best days to go are Tuesdays. The wings aren't any cheaper, but they have ALL of their beers for only a $1. $1!! That is right. This is the time to try different beers and enjoy some hot wings. The fries are also a bit different. They season them with not only salt, but also some sugar to give them a slightly different flavor than most french fries. My only complaint about Wingstop is that my fingers are always orange afterwards! Ha! read more

Pretty good for a fast food place. The people that work there are nice (they let me try the Mango Habanero sauce to make sure it wasn't too hot... Which it is if you're not a big fan of very spicy things), it's clean, they are fast (within 10 minutes I had my wings) and the wings are pretty good (I didn't like the lemon pepper though, very strong flavour for me). The service was terrible. Made an online order, waited about 30 minutes to go get it, and got there. Waited for about 10 minutes with nobody asking me to take my order, or if it was a pick up. So finally my husband said "I have a pick up order." The worker then goes " what do you want?!?" my husband then said louder "I said I have a pick up order!" He gave him our name, and the employee proceeded to slam the bag of food on the counter at my husband, and just got on his phone and walked away, with his face down in his phone. I ordered on doordash for pick up, when I got there, there was an employee hanging over the counter talking to the cook and messing around, the third person behind the counter answered the phone, and I waited until she hung up to be taken care of, because the other two disappeared after they realized I was waiting, I got my order and the three disappeared again in the back, I could hear them laughing loudly. I got home and my fiancé went to take a few bites and realized both sets of wings were burnt so bad they were inedible.
