Done with this place!! I have been here numerous times. However, this is the 3rd time they have dropped the ball. Took my son here tonight after a late soccer practice and ordered us chicken sandwiches. Drove 15 minutes home to eat and both were inedible. The chicken was over cooked and ropey ,chewy and disgusting. I called them after not being able to eat it. I let them know I wanted my money back. They stated I would need to drive down there which would cost me an other half hour. I was willing to send a picture or how about compensation for wasting my time? This is not the first time this has happened btw! The last time was on my son's birthday when they forgot to give me all of my order, making it so I had to drive all the way back and get what they forgot to give me. I was worried after reading the reviews when I placed an online order for pickup at 4:00 but to my surprise, our online order was packed and ready to go at our pickup time. The wings and fries were still hot with a nice crisp. Everything was full of flavor and didn't feel dry. We ordered the lemon pepper, bbq, and garlic Parmesan. Our favorite was the garlic Parmesan. It was delicious. Maybe it depends on the time you order and how busy they are. We ordered at 3:30 for 4:00 and that's usually an early dinner time for most so it's not too crazy. read more

Came in and told them I ordered online and told them my name , Manager guy with grey hair behind the counter said it would be ready in a few minutes. About 10-15 mins go by of me waiting and I go ask again if my food will be ready, the other manager lady who actually knew what she was doing asked to see my order and we realized it was for the wrong place because I was driving by the other one. I had an issue where there were 9 wings in my 10 piece combo. I called in to see if they could make it up to me next time, since I already got the meal. If I get charged by the wing, I want to get the amount of wings I pay for. Shawn was on the phone the first time and said he'd take care of me. I called to order about 2 weeks later and spoke with Shawn again, and to my surprise he remembered exactly who I was and the situation. His customer service in remembering me, and what he added to my order was more than generous and made up for the mistake. I ordered on their website, which gave me the option to have my food delivered. I ordered my food at 6:24pm. I gave a $5. Tip and their website said it would be to me by 7:05pm, so I waited, when 7:05pm came and went. I check Wingstops website and now it said 7:35pm. I waited, it came and went, I checked their website again and it said 8:45pm. I called them and a girl answered and first tried to tell me I called the wrong location because they don't deliver. I explained I know where I ordered and she put me on hold and them came back and said my food was there and I could come get it. I went and explained I ordered 2 hours ago and this guy clearly didn't care and said they don't deliver and I must have used Door dash. I showed him their website and he said they use door dash. I explained I ordered at 6:24 and now it's past 8pm. He found my order and handed it to me. He didn't try to order to remake it, refund and wouldn't help me with the fact I gave a $5 dollar tip, travel fee, etc. I would highly recommend VERY to use this location again. If they can't give the very thing they sell, which is service, they shouldn't be in business. I will continue to write on all my other platforms until I get a refund or they close down. read more

I went in there and ordered a really simple meal. Six boneless combo and it comes with two sauces. And it comes with one ranch and a beverage and your choice of fries or veggies. I ordered a simple order in the gentleman behind the counter, chose to charge me for both of my extra sauces. What is the world coming to when people have to manipulate everything. I came here yesterday. The food is OK. Not too bad. I asked him for a refund and it took them over five minutes to process this. The disrespect of some individuals that are young and uncaring in this world is beyond its reproach. Alright, hear me out... I already LOVE Wingstop, y'all. I really have sold my soul for their lemon pepper SAUCE. That's the key to Wingstop for me! An order of bone-in lemon pepper wings with a side of lemon pepper sauce. Yes, I go hard! So, I'm rating it hard! This was my first time at this location and from what it read on the outside... it's a brand new location! When you first walk in, you'll notice how spacious and clean the space is! I was greeted by a young gentleman that was pleasant to accommodate my order! I added a side of celery with ranch, because I'm eating a low carb diet... so Wingstop is always a great stop for me or for anyone looking to live that low carb life on-the-go! I love that the bone-in wings are not breaded! Plus, I love my wings super crispy and that's exactly what they delivered for me today. Everything was delicious and just look at the celery itself! How fresh and beautiful right?! Anywho, I would give my overall rating a 4.5 but it wouldn't let me select that. So, I'm rounding up because my food and service was great! It's just very cold inside of this location and my lemon pepper side sauce was only filled halfway instead of all of the way! It does cost $1.50 for a side of sauce, so I wanted it all! But, my experience was really nice minus the level of A/C being put into the restaurant. I would come back here again and if you're in the neighborhood for some yummy, crispy wings... go here! Pretty disappointed. Did you guys run out of seasoning? I ordered the 30 pack with 15 Louisiana hot and 15 Lemon pepper, both are dry rubs but can you please tell where you hid the seasoning?! The staff here was very rude to me when I attempted to pick upy food, which they eventually figured out they had not made yet. At that point they asked me to wait 5 minutes for my order, but it took another 20 minutes. This was at 8:20 at night on a Sunday, it wasn't busy at all but there were a couple of other people there who were waiting for their food even longer. Please for the love of God don't go to this Wingstop! This is my warning to you. You'll regret it. I went inside and placed a simple order of 10 wings, fries, and corn. Rather than fill my order, I had to stand there and watch these idiots in the kitchen play around and make wings for themselves to eat. There were no other customers in the place when I walked in and it took them over 30 minutes to fill my order. Whoever owns this Wingstop, I know good help is hard to find but if you're serious about staying open, you need to fire all of the kids you got in there that are just there to play around and collect a check. Hire some adults who have responsibilities and actually want to represent your business well. Otherwise, you might as well close this establishment. At this point, it can't even come close to competing with Golden Flame. I can call and order 50 wings from Golden Flame, plus sides and have my order be ready within 10 min EVERYTIME no matter how busy they are. will never eat from any of your franchises again. It's evident the corporation as a whole is cutting corners on meat quality. The wings are inhumanely large for a chicken and laced with high levels of fat. I tried the thigh bites. Literally had a huge box of hard fried chunks of batter. Maybe 3-4 nuggets with actual meat inside. The chicken is way to big for a chicken. And once you pass the thick crispy fried skin, the meat has NO TATSE.. it's like eating artificial meat. I was out on wingstop last year when I bit into a wing and it felt like paper. But I tried it again just for shits and giggles. My my my how far you guys have fallen. You may be profiting more than ever. More locations but you've clearly cut corners with meat quality. Also the new franchise opened in Colorado off Quincy & Buckley in Colorado was DISGUSTING. The floor behind the counter was filthy, one of the young workers was on the floor by the cash register with cleaner and a cloth in the middle of the day. The manager had to tell him to get up.. then the same kid from the floor got up without washing his hands and proceeds to work at the regist passing people food. I thought it was a joke. Non of the people tossing wings in the back had gloves on.. you could see sauce stains on peoples receipts, no hair tied up.. just an overall mess. And this is one of your newer locations.
