The worst customer service ever! I tried to call in my ordet but was put on hold and no one ever came back to me. I arrived at the store while still on hold and there was no customers at the counter. This is my closest location since we moved.. the previous location was Havana/Mississippi. This location is by far not the best in terms of promptness, food preparation and portion sizes. This recent visit I ordered the 40 pc Family pack and less than half that I received wings that were of normal eating size. More than half that.. counted about 23 wings were less than 1 inch while he normal sizes were approximately 2 inches and a few centimeters longer. I actually go out of my way to get wings for lunch during work. Sad because this is just down the street from me. Wing Stop! When it's good, it's great! When it's bad...it's eh...which I think is pretty typical when ordering from a wing joint. We never stray away from the Original Hot flavor. I've had the other flavors and they're good, but, if you're a buffalo flavor fan like me, this won't disappoint. I happen to love the bleu cheese dressing there because it has the actual cheese chunks in it. This place is a little pricey just for some wings though. The fries are pretty good, but what makes them excellent is the little bit of sugar they put in them. They have a few small tables if you want to eat there but it is not much as far as ambiance goes. This is by far my favorite place to get wings. You can get a 10 piece combo for 8 bucks + tax that includes a drink and fries. Sometimes the wings can be on the small side but other times they seem to come from birdzilla. The only downfall is unlike other wing places they dont offer a lot of options for sides, I would like the option to order some onion rings. But hey I will take the bad with the good. You can also swing in next door and get a little ceaser pizza for the kids. Which mean you dont have to share the wings unless you have a little wing eatter staring at you saying "I like dat". I just went in to pickup and order for my job, and they refused me service because I didn't have a mask on!!! I said I don't have to wear one and I can't. Only ONE time has this location actually given me decent wings. I've ordered to go and dined in a couple of times. They are sooo inconsistent. Fries are usually cold and disgusting. I watched them throw salt on some old fries to make them seem fresh (don't understand their thought process). My ten piece only had nine and even that's generous because half of them were super hard and didn't have much meat. This place use to be an awesome hangout. Staff is great and courteous. Food is fresh and made promtly. However, new owners, new policies regarding drinks and food have killed the vibe. 4 drinks max per person, and you must order food. Got door dash today and was super impressed. I've gotten door dash from other restaurants and they just don't know how to do to go food. It's always cold, messed up, and just not worth the money especially since door dash is so expensive. This was my first time trying Wingstop but it was great. I called and again they didn't show much interest to help ...after like 5 minutes of getting help I was referred to the store manager with her phone number ... i called but was told to leave my phone number so she can call back in a few minutes .
