If I could give a negative review I would . I ordered a delivery order- $60 - FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY DINNER . I didn't receive any food and when I called the store the horrible people working not only hung up on me several times - but kept telling me it was my fault I didn't get my order . I have yet to get food or a refund . And will be submitting yet another letter to the BBB about the shell of a company . QUIT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Absolutely the worst ! Don't waste your money here . Go get some actual good wings at Wing Hut. Don't waste your time here. Gross. read more

This location is awful. Ordered for delivery, the wrong items were delivered and the only way to get my actual order was to drive to the store and pick it up. They were rude when I got there and still part of my order was missing. Won't order from this location again. read more

The worst customer service ever! I tried to call in my ordet but was put on hold and no one ever came back to me. I arrived at the store while still on hold and there was no customers at the counter. All of the employees was at the back of the store talking and laughing, meanwhile I was still on hold. I was given a half-ass apology and a flimsy excuse for us to why I was on hold so long by the so-called shift leader. The guy said he had been here from Florida for 3 months and I think he should go back to Florida. Colorado has become a toilet for the shittiest people in America. Wingstop should better train these assholes that they're hiring read more

This is my closest location since we moved.. the previous location was Havana/Mississippi. This location is by far not the best in terms of promptness, food preparation and portion sizes. This recent visit I ordered the 40 pc Family pack and less than half that I received wings that were of normal eating size. More than half that.. counted about 23 wings were less than 1 inch while he normal sizes were approximately 2 inches and a few centimeters longer. If I spend over 40 #%*! dollars for 40 wings I expect a meal for adults and not Gerber wings for babies... read more

They were very busy and still delivered great customer service. Fernando did an amazing job! Give him a raise he knows what he is doing!!!!! read more

This place definitely hits the spot after a lousy company party that served crap for dinner. Our fries came out a bit soggy but the flavoring of the wings really hit the spot! Super friendly staff and energetic people give this place a feel good vibe. Looking forward to head back soon! read more

Wing Stop! When it's good, it's great! When it's bad...it's eh...which I think is pretty typical when ordering from a wing joint. We never stray away from the Original Hot flavor. I've had the other flavors and they're good, but, if you're a buffalo flavor fan like me, this won't disappoint. I happen to love the bleu cheese dressing there because it has the actual cheese chunks in it. This place is a little pricey just for some wings though. The fries are pretty good, but what makes them excellent is the little bit of sugar they put in them. I wish I knew exactly what they use...but, whatever it is, it's a good mixture of sweet and salty. I really like the Bourbon Baked Beans too. read more

Wingstop - Original hot - Chicken Wings Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I love wings and really enjoy wing stop. Unfortunately the last few times during lunch the service has been terrible. Unfriendly and quite frankly rude! I actually go out of my way to get wings for lunch during work. Sad because this is just down the street from me. One serious perk for me here is the wings can be extra well done but when you ask for it you do not always get it. Make sure to check your fries as well. In more than one occasion they have forgotten to put seasoning on them. Which is the only reason you even order the fries! read more

If you don't take the coupons mailed out in your AREA, maybe mention it on the coupon mailed out! TONYA waited til I got to the restaurant and waited in line to deny my coupon, stating it wasn't valid at her restaurant and it stated so on the back. News flash: it doesn't. It states a couple of locations but no small print stating where I can use it. Practicing deceptive ways and not explaining to me the coupon wasnt valid when I CALLED ten minutes prior to ask how to apply it online, but waiting until I got there to pay full price. Cmon wing stop. Also, how expensive can a straw dispenser be? If it's broke, FIX OR REPLACE IT. It's a health hazard to have people digging in their to grab UNWRAPPED STRAWS. Also, it's 7:30 on a Friday night and you're completely out of sweet tea? This location has to do better. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

Placed an order online, came to pick it up and it took 1hr and 45mins. They never answer the phone when you call just ridiculous

Worst customer service ever here. And honestly the worst wings ever. If you like your wings and fries crispy do not come here you will for sure regret it read more

I don't know what kind of wings they were making tonight not only where they partially black from the inside but had the drum and wing still connected. Very dissatisfied with my order tonight had to trash the whole meal. read more

They gave us extra wings! Definitely a plus when we were just hungry and wanted something fast. The sauce was good and not too greasy. A lot of times when you go to wingstop there's something wrong with the order. read more

corporate really needs to do something about this location there's been times i've called and been put on hold for 15-20 min i hang up call back and they literally DISCONNECT the phone lines WHO DOES THAT? very unprofessional and lazy read more

Microwaved hot wings ! Had an online order and when I arrived at the pickup time food still wasn't ready.

My second favorite wing place in town. At least of all the wing places I have been to here in town. Call ahead for take out or enjoy a cold $1.00 draft while you wait. They have a few small tables if you want to eat there but it is not much as far as ambiance goes. If you want more sauce variety or other options like seafood (clams, shrimp), buffalo brats, rocky mountain oysters, to name a few, go to Golden Flame Hot Wings farther east on the corner of Tower and Hampden. If you are really adventurous, try their fried Twinkies or fried Cheesecake. read more

This is by far my favorite place to get wings. You can get a 10 piece combo for 8 bucks + tax that includes a drink and fries. Sometimes the wings can be on the small side but other times they seem to come from birdzilla. The only downfall is unlike other wing places they dont offer a lot of options for sides, I would like the option to order some onion rings. But hey I will take the bad with the good. You can also swing in next door and get a little ceaser pizza for the kids. Which mean you dont have to share the wings unless you have a little wing eatter staring at you saying "I like dat". The parking is crazy, but as long as your patient and back out slow you should be able to avoid the crazy drivers. read more

Mmmm ... I love Wing Stop! I love good customer service, but I could care less about it here because of how good the food is. They have something for everyone. I like the boneless, because I don't really like bone wings. Reasonably priced too. I always leave so satisfied whenever I go here, or any Wing Stop as a matter of fact. Oh my goodness I almost forgot! They have the sweet-tasting fries and I think that they are absolutely UNFATHOMABLE fries. read more

This place is ridiculous! First I call to place an order and I get placed on hold for 9 minutes, just for them to hang up on me. So I call back immediately and they take my order after repeating myself several times and having to hear them giggle and pause to talk to somebody else. I get to the store to find out, they don't have my order. Then the moron behind the register says "is it under a different name" really why would I give u a fake name to order food I'm here to pickup?????? Seriously! Then she asks well what's the number I called , so to prove it to her she asks to see my phone cause she wanted to see what I dialed. This place is a joke. #Wingstop get your stuff together read more

There ff's are great but they don't cook their chicken wings long enough they're to tender and soft!! Customer service is okay on a good day?! But I've been treated extremely rude by one of their team members...! Probably won't go back if they're options;) read more

The food was great and at the right temperature, customer service was great and quick.

Great service and good customer attention. Food was crispy and delicious. Definitely will go again.

I just went in to pickup and order for my job, and they refused me service because I didn't have a mask on!!! I said I don't have to wear one and I can't. I told them I don't have to tell them why I don't because it's against the 4th amendment and it's against HIPAA regulations. They were rude and didn't listen so I said ok bye. Note that a few of their employees including the store manager was just barely wearing her mask over her mouth and her nose was clearly exposed along with another male employee who also didnt cover the nose. I said don't tell somebody to do something if your employees aren't going to. Too bad their isn't a negative star rating!!! read more

Food was good but workers were very rude and disrespectful definitely not professional at all especially for a work place

Raw chicken. Enough said. They are a busy location and push the food out super fast. It's chicken. It needs a minute. We will understand. The manager was not concerned about them sending raw food out when it was brought to her attention and neither were the employees. "We are busy tonight". Well....ok....I'll just eat the raw chicken. read more

Only ONE time has this location actually given me decent wings. I've ordered to go and dined in a couple of times. They are sooo inconsistent. Fries are usually cold and disgusting. I watched them throw salt on some old fries to make them seem fresh (don't understand their thought process). My ten piece only had nine and even that's generous because half of them were super hard and didn't have much meat. Not only that but I ordered ten boneless wings and she automatically charged me for a meal and didn't tell me, only noticed on the receipt (she didn't tell me the price...). I don't recommend this location at all. You never know what you're going to get but it will most likely be trash and not not worth your money. I'm a fan on Wingstop and all of their wing flavors but this location sucks... read more

This place use to be an awesome hangout. Staff is great and courteous. Food is fresh and made promtly. However, new owners, new policies regarding drinks and food have killed the vibe. 4 drinks max per person, and you must order food. I'm a vegetarian, and I don't eat fried foods, I'm limited in my choices on what I can eat on their menu. Coleslaw, potatoe salad, and baked beans, and veggie sticks is all I have for a menu. Hey I found a new hang out. Wing stop near the aurora mall in the outside shopping center is awesome. It's spacious, and drinks are unlimited. read more

Called in and placed a to-go order, they said it would be ready for pickup in 20 mins. I arrive 20 mins later and pay and they tell me it's going to be a little bit longer. I waited 15 minutes then I asked how much longer will it be? They said, "I have one more order ahead of you." 10 minutes later i asked again about my order, he said my orders ready, then I realize they were missing a side. I tell them they forgot my side which I paid for and they tell me I have to wait another five minutes for them to make it! I told the, forever it and asked for a refund and the kid spent another 5 mins completing the refund. Don't waste your money here, if they can't get orders right and don't value your time why bother? read more

Every table was dirty, the coke machines were dirty and everything that came out tasted disgusting, the teas were obviously old and the fries were so heavily seasoned I had to scrape it off to even eat it. The wings were sitting in a pool of oil and didn't taste great regardless of that. Workers were rude and everyone in the back wasn't even working. Took 20 minutes to get the meal and there was no one in the store. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in my life. read more

Love this place. Great deals, and some great wings. Love the different flavors they have.you don't find that anywhere else.

Searched online to find a coupon found one that started today nov 4, 2018 but couldn't find a place to enter 5freewings code so called store on buckley and iliff before completing my online order. Gentleman with spanish accent asked a female coworker while I was on the phone and I could hear her in the background said to bring in coupon they would honor it. Told him it was on my I-pad he said all they have to do is see it so I took a picture of it on my phone also the website it was off of and the woman who checked me out said they couldn't take that coupon they wern't taking any coupons right now even when I told her I called and they said they would take it. She refused to take it. I asked if she could honor it since Idid call and they said they would but she refused. I dont understand why she said they would take it off on the phone and tell me in person they wern't taking any coupons right now. Why not tell me that on the phone when I called. I WON'T BE BACK. Very deceptive. read more

My husband placed a carry-out order on the phone. He had to repeat our order several times to make sure the order was correct. When we got to the restaurant to pay/receive our order- it was incorrect! We ordered (2) 10- piece combos and (2) sides of five wings. My husband explained to the Wing Expert that our order was incorrect, and he simply stared at us. He didn't offer a resolution or anything. When we exited the store we overheard another customer state their order was incorrect too! When we got home, we noticed that our fries were very undercooked and soggy. I called and spoke with a Manager, Laura. I expressed our concerns to her, and she stated she couldn't locate our order- even though we left the store only 6 minutes earlier. Laura didn't apologize for the service or food. At first she offered to make sure our order was "correct" next time, and then she offered to give us a free meal next time. Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer, and I do not feel like there was any empathy for our inconveniences. read more

Got door dash today and was super impressed. I've gotten door dash from other restaurants and they just don't know how to do to go food. It's always cold, messed up, and just not worth the money especially since door dash is so expensive. This was my first time trying Wingstop but it was great. The fries a little soggy but I'm not sure how you avoid that on delivery. The wings were meaty and the sauce awesome! Will definitely order again. read more

I love their wings. But how does it take 40 minutes to fry up 6 wings and fries. I know they are fresh. But no other location that I visit takes this long. Then when I go up to see about my wings.
