However it started getting dirtier on the inside we felt and we aren't big people on taking food to go. On this visit after not coming for a few years, the feeling didn't change. The website said my food would be ready in 15-17 minutes, so I arrived 25 minutes later, expecting to pick it up. As soon as I walked in, I saw a huge crowd -- at least 40-50 people -- packed inside and out the door. Only two people were working in the kitchen, and no one was at the front counter. I've been to this location several times, and it's always a mess, but this time was the worst. After waiting seven minutes with no acknowledgment, I had to call out toward the back for someone to come to the front. Finally, one of the cooks stopped what he was doing and came up, looking visibly frustrated. When I gave him my name, he told me my online order "didn't register" -- even though I had already been charged -- and that I'd need to wait another 46 minutes for it to be remade. When I came back 46 minutes later, the food still wasn't ready. In total, it took one hour and fifty-five minutes to get my wings. Every time I've gone to this location, it's been at least an hour wait (the "best" time was about 1 hour and 20 minutes). There was no music, no sense of organization, and everyone in the restaurant looked miserable waiting. People stood around the counter looking frustrated, and it took about 10-12 minutes per person just to pick up their order. This is, without question, the worst Wingstop I've ever been to and possibly the worst restaurant in Arnold, Missouri. The management is clearly terrible, and whoever owns or runs this place needs to be replaced. If you value your time, do not go here. Buckle in ya'll. I had the single worst food service experience in my 29 years of life at this location. I had a game night with some friends out in Hillsboro on Monday, December 2nd. We're all fans of WingStop so I figured I'd pick a bunch of wings up for the gang since it's on the way. I placed a mobile order at 4:35 PM for pickup at 5:45 PM. Keep this in mind. They received the order at 4:35 PM. I ended up running a bit late, was hoping the food wouldn't get cold on the 30 minute drive to our meeting place. That's okay, it's an order for three people so maybe it's just taking a bit. I sat down. Fifteen more minutes pass, people are coming, picking up their food, and going. A dad and daughter come in, order from the counter, and end up getting their food before mine is ready. I go up to the counter. "Hey, sorry, can I get a check on my order?" She asks for my name again, and tells me they're working on it. Oh, forgot a detail. They ran out of chicken tenders before I got there. We placed our order for the Arnold, MO location as it was on the way as we were returning home from St Louis. My daughter ran inside to pick up the order when we arrived 20 minutes after placing it. About 5 minutes later, she returns to the car to tell me the restaurant doesn't have our order. I called into the restaurant and am told our order hadn't hit the system yet and they have no idea when it will. I then went into the restaurant with my phone to show the order # and the [pending]charge on my checking account in case it would help find my order. The person at the register seemed new (I waited 5 minutes for them to complete a gift card for the person in front of me). When I was finally helped, the person had to call their manager to see what to. I gave them my order number which they wrote down and then visually scanned a tablet to look for it. When they still did not see it, I asked if they could use my confirmation in the app and my proof I had been charged and make the order to which I was told no. I then asked how I would be credited for my order since I was not going to stand there indefinitely on the hope that my order might show up at some point. The person called their manager back and then I was told the manager had to call someone else about my credit.... What?!?! The hot wings seemed fresh and hot, but they were almost blonde they were so light colored: barely cooked. I guess that was my fault for not requesting fried crispy, but this was borderline raw. You never know which places overcook or undercook, or just know how to do it right, until you go. I had to finish them for 7 minutes in my air fryer. The sauce was so light they had almost no flavor. It sure wasnt enough to taste the spiciness of "hot" wings. Worse yet, they barely sauced the boneless wings and there was one side on all 6 where it was just dry breading showing! NO sauce on that side huh, Musta missed that. But yet they were somehow still soggy. Fries: stiff, tasteless, no salt. Oh yes, Wingstop also only gives you ONE small included dipping sauce for 15 wings. And then charges 1.25 for an extra sauce? No celery, no carrots, no thank yous.
