Pretty decent sports bar. Came on a Friday night and it was packed. There was a pool tournament happening. Grabbed some seats at the bar. Bartender Courtney was great! Super friendly, gave good drink suggestions, poured strong drinks but not overwhelming strong. Made up some good combinations, strawberry vodka with lemonade and Sprite, very tasty. Order a sampler app, wings with a yummy chili sauce, cheese sticks and fries. Who doesn't love carbs when they've had a drink or two. Fries were good, cheese sticks were ok, could have been taken out of the fryer a minute or two sooner. Wings were very good. One very big plus was a couple at the bar had entirely too much to drink, Courtney cut them off drinking and told everyone else not to buy them anymore drinks. Where as some bartenders would have let them continue to rack up a bar tab. Will definitely return.

As far as drive bars go, this is a pretty good one. Huge parking lot, which is good because I happened to go on "pool league" night. A lot of people but not overly crowded. I was able to find a spot at the bar without any trouble. I always like to try the food in these kind of spots. I got the Sampler, which consisted of wings (I chose sweet chilli sauce), mozzarella sticks, and fries. Pretty darn good bar food. Both bar tenders are friendly and poured food drinks. Not sure how many people were there for pool compared to those who were the to eat and drink, but everyone seemed friendly. Also they have a liquor store attached to the bar. So if you try a new drink and like it, you can buy a whole bottle. Pretty convenient!

1lb steam shrimp with onions and potatoes. Can't go wrong here.

So I have been coming here for a while. This the kind of place that you either love it or hate it. I have to say that you probably need to visit a few times ... it grows on you. That being said, the food is pretty good for a sports bar. The steam shrimp, the wings, and sandwiches are my favorites. The prices are really good for drinks. The bartenders during the days are excellent (i only visit happy hour day time). A dive worth visiting.

    Pool drinks!

Great place to hang out. Nice crowd, cold drinks, good food, pool tables and most sports games on several TVs. Pool leagues on Wednesday and Friday nights. Ask for Rob if you want to shoot pool.

A great spot to take your friends for after work drinks and eats. They even have a cozy lounge area to relax. Plenty of seating and great service. The staff was ready and willing to help and cleared off our tables for us. The tab system makes it easy to move from room to room so you don't have to worry, it's easy to add drinks and food as you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely recommend for a relaxed atmosphere where you can watch games and also enjoy lively conversation. Better than a sports bar for food AND drinks.

There was like a tangy sauce on the tuna which took away from the flavor of the fish and for $22 I was expecting something a bit more. Otherwise, Jailbreak is always a solid choice for drinks and grub. They usually have reservations and larger parties, but it's a pretty open/communal space, so there aren't typically issues with seating. All in all, a great spot for many occasions.

Like if they are doing it clock-wise, you can't switch giving orders with the person after you. I thought that was funny because when the orders came, they still had to ask "who's who." Anyway, overall would reco for a mall area. Jambalaya was a hit - white, brown or pasta and the meat was generous. I'd say most servings are pretty generous. Fair kids meal pricing too, with usual crayons and activity paper menu. If the server take nice group picture I would have rated 6! J/k. Only reason it's 4 is because I don't feel the servers have the "right" energy for that day. I would have understand if it was one of them but both of them were almost nonchalant. LOL!

And the vegan options? Shockingly good. Thanks to the Gardein chick'n plant‑based options, there are actually numerous vegan dishes to choose from--you're not stuck with the sad "token vegan entrée" or piecing together a meal from sides. It's real variety with real flavor. And bonus: they don't cross‑contaminate. The vibe hits that perfect sweet spot between sports bar and local pub--lively, comfortable, and never chaotic. Staff stays on top of everything, too. Drinks refilled, plates cleared, questions answered... they're attentive without hovering. And the table‑side ordering system is killer. It makes the whole experience smoother, faster, and honestly kind of fun. No waiting around, no flagging anyone down--you're in control. Yard House nails the combo of great food, great service, and great atmosphere. It's the kind of place you walk out of thinking, "Yep, we're coming back."

I decided upon their Escape Pina Colada Sour after Juan gave me a sample when he noticed my hesitancy and I agreed I could down a glass since it didn't taste like an actual beer after sipping lol I asked for a menu after some time had passed and after I tried scanning the QR code on the bar multiple times (don't do that. It's for the actual woodworker/carpenter lol) I saw their Tuesday special online but it wasn't mentioned on the menu so I asked and was informed it was only for the restaurant side (Frisco). I was confused because when I walked in on the Frisco side I asked the bartender about the brewery side since I knew I'd have to sample something before committing and was informed to go through the restroom door to reach it on the other side. I made sure to ask if I could also order food from over there as well and was informed I could. No worries though, Juan took care of me and was able to place the order for me. I was about to be bad and order fries but he recommended their parmesan risotto instead and I thought, of course! Then, I remembered they offered seasonal veggies and asked about it and to my happy surprise was informed they had bok choy or brussels sprouts! Either would be yummy so I quickly agreed. This is definitely a local's spot. Many people came in and were known my first names so I felt comforted by that. They're was also a manager on the phone figuring out a mishap with their POS system as well which made me feel like they were on their stuff. Highly appreciated plus he quickly picked up my keys when I dropped them also so I didn't have to get down from my seat. Speaking to a girlies heart The light was low so my pics show that and when I attempted to correct it, it just wasn't it lol. I enjoyed the bok choy and couldn't make out the flavors but they didn't take away from the slight pepperiness of it and the stalk still had it's crunch. But my crab cake was tasty. I don't know if i can get on board with the inside but being crazy hot. The one I had the day prior wasn't hot inside either and I don't want it deep fried . . . . . Hmmmmm, small I start a crab cake tour I've been awaiting this journey . . . . I shall! So this is officially stop No. 2 Crab cake was seasoned well. Not too much seasoning and not bland. The outside was covered with jumbo lump clusters and the color on the broil was perfect. Fresh parsley throughout and cocktail sauce was given but I wasn't going to take away from their version. Was it MD crab? I'm not sure but I feel like if it was, it would have been advertised as such. Still good and I'd order again. I can see myself coming back after work to take advantage of their HH many times in the future.

There is the caveat that I ordered carry-out instead of dining in this time and it was a much more seamless process. I placed my order on their website (which is powered by Toast) and it was ready perfectly in time with my designated pickup time. My order came out ready and hot and all the pizzas and garlic bread came out great. In retrospect, I don't know that I would've ordered the garlic bread because I was expecting more of a garlic breadstick situation instead of a sauceless cheese pizza, but that's more of my own fault for not looking at any pictures first. All in all, it was a much more positive experience and I appreciate the management for working so hard to fix any road bumps in service.

On a recent, cold December evening, a friend and I decided to take a break to grab a quick bite to…read moreeat and agreed on Pub Dog in Columbia. We seated ourselves and the server came over promptly to take our drink orders while we perused the menu. The offerings are simple - a few appetizers, salads, and a wide variety of personal sized pizzas with numerous topping combinations. Our drinks arrived quickly we placed our order. My friend tried one of their craft beer offerings, Black Dog, listed as an Irish Stout, and mentioned it was good, but probably not memorable, lacking a depth and smoothness when compared to the classic Guiness, but drinkable and for a local product it was better than most craft brewery attempts at stout varieties.   We chose to split a Caesar's salad and chose the Spinach Pizza and Dog Pound Pizza for our main course. As we waited, numerous other staff came by to check on us verging on the edge of being annoying. While friendly in their approach, it seemed like a bit of overkill considering we had our drinks and were waiting for our pizzas. The place was less than half full, so they were probably just trying to be attentive and friendly. The salad and Dog Pound Pizza arrived soon after but there was no sign of my Spinach Pizza. If you'd like the salad before the pizza, I'd suggest you let them know in advance. After a few minutes we mentioned it to one of the servers checking on us, they went to check and returned saying it would be another 5 minutes or so - I think they forgot when they put the order into the kitchen.   The salad portion was quite large and was quite good for a Caesar salad and frankly, better than a lot of fancier establishments, plus there was enough for leftovers. We were a little disappointed with the pizzas themselves. The toppings were plentiful, maybe to a fault, and tasty but there was something lacking. For a specialty pizza place I would have expected a better crust - for both pizzas it was a bit soggy and difficult to lift off the plate for a proper bite. We ended up eating with a fork. Heartier appetites would finish the individually sized pizzas, but we had enough to take home for lunch the next day.   The atmosphere is sports bar like; the service prompt, courteous, and maybe a bit over-attentive; the portions and toppings generous; the price is extremely fair - a decent choice if you're in the neighborhood, but not quite a foodie destination establishment unless perhaps you're a beer enthusiast.
