We had a craving for wings so we stopped by because it was in the neighborhood. We had a really good time at the location in Newton, but this one was definitely not it. We ordered the butter chicken flatbread, which was on special for $12 and because we came on Sunday, all the wings were $12 each per flavour you just had to also order a beverage. Hostess was un enthusiastic and took us to a table that was dirty and said hold on let me clean it even though the whole restaurant was empty. Then we ordered food and waited. Another table sat down after us in order 5 pounds of wings and they got their food before hours. I asked a server where our food was and all she said was "I don't know what the kitchen was doing." Usually people say "I will check on it for you" but it still took a while for her to come back with the food. We felt very neglected and put to the side even though again the restaurant was not busy and we hadn't ordered a whole lot. We tend to go here only on Sundays when the wings are on special and so is the beer. The wings are delicious - they have classic buffalo but also diff flavours like Dill Pickle (my fav). I've never been disappointed in the wings. BUT - the service isn't always the greatest. Our last waitress had no idea of what was on tap, and had no replacement ideas after saying certain beers were out, etc. Pro: the TVs always have diff sports playing. The salad came then the wings and we had to ask where our appetizer was. She brought that out but we ended up having to eat it all at the same time. I was waiting for my husband, so I just ordered a frozen Peach Bellini. I was offered a double, but I just got the regular one. If I could give this restaurant a Zero rating - I would. I attended this restaurant for the first time with my family on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at around 6 pm. When first entering the restaurant, it was very black. I didn't even notice the hostess until she said something - she was tucked away in dark corner. We were seated and told our server would be by any moment. We waited and waited. the server finally showed and took our drink order - 2 pops and a water. It took over 10 minutes just to get drinks in a restaurant that was barely half full on a saturday night. After receiving our drinks, our order was taken. I ordered the Broccoli soup to start with two plates of boneless wings and an order of mac & cheese as our mains. When I finally received my soup, it came in a very shallow serving bowl and it was barely warm. I would have sent it back but our server never came back to the table to see how it was. We were only give two sets of silverware when there was three of us at the table. Again, it was wait, wait, wait just to get another set of silverware. Then we received our mains. The boneless wings were very hard and again, barely warm. We ordered 4 different flavours - the jakarta heat tasted just like Frank's red hot. Again, no one came around to see if we liked the food and the server disappears somewhere. Meanwhile, well all this is happening I noticed a table of two parties that had come in after us (two folks on a casual date night it appeared) - they ordered alcohol - which they received right away. They ordered their food which came right after ours and they were offered second drinks - which they received quickly. Another two folks came in halfway through our meal to a table near us and again, they were served very quickly. I guess if you don't order alcohol at this restaurant, you're put on the back burner. I was glad when my husband said their credit machine was touchy and he wasn't able to leave a tip. I didn't think once was deserved. Last 2 times we were there, service is lacking (the staff would rather stand in a group behind the bar and good off than serve customers). The music is so loud you have a hard time conversing at your table. Why is it so loud when there are hardly any customers? The wings were just "OK" but not a very good price. Overall we won't be back. Bar wing nights are just as good (if not better) and a much better deal. My husband and I came in on Wings night last Wednesday, and ordered 4 types of wings and calamari all to share. Let me start with the calamari... It came looking beautiful, the presentation was great but then came along the disappointment. It seemed like there was literally 10 pieces of calamari underneath all the tortilla chip pieces... we ended up eating the calamari and leaving the bed of tortilla chips on the plate. Definitely disappointed and I am not the type to complain to the server, so I didn't. The Wings. I love them but also am so disappointed in them. The flavour is OUTSTANDING. The wing itself? It's TINY! Like, these are the teeniest little wings I've ever seen! What happened to the chickens?! Were they starved to death then killed?! Not impressed. This was once "the place" when it came to Wings, but not anymore. Had not been there for quite some time and decided to get a couple of pounds! The wings now are very small, I can get bigger ones frozen at the grocery store. The lack of sauces and spices is horrible, these are more like an afterthought. Small amount of sauces and spices. Also finding wings were very over cooked, and this was in the early evening when there were only 4 tables with customers. The place was about 50% full, and tons of empty and clean tables to accommodate us. A couple people from our group left because they didn't want to wait. The hostess was extremely rude, and clueless. We finally sat down after a twenty minute wait. The table beside us sent back a drink 3 times due to dirty ice cubes or stuff floating around in it. The waitress tended to them for 20 minutes before coming to ask for our drink order. Another 20 minutes to receive our drinks and place our food order. Waited 25-30 minutes for cold unsauced chicken wings. A person at our table actually had to ask for some sauce to put on his wings. Me and my boyfriend came to get a couple orders of wings on a Sunday night, with the 50% off special offered sunday and Wednesday. We've consistently patroned this location through the pandemic, including when there was no dine in. We had always gotten this deal, multiple times as dine out. Sunday June 13 we came to do the same thing, and ordered a drink and 2 wing specials. They would not honour our mask exemptions, so they made us wait to get our food out, like second class citizens, and then tried to charge us full prince-double what was expected. Rather than honour the deal we had gotten weekly, the waitress refused to give us the offer and went back in while our order got cold, only to bring out another staff member, who told us it was our fault we came to get dine out like always. He said he couldn't give us the deal and then after said we could get 20% off, and acted like he was doing us a favour. We refused to pay this, as we kept the business alive when there was no dine in, up until only a few days prior. We called back to talk to the GM, who argued with us that we were in the wrong and he wouldn't have given us the standard deal we'd gotten up until then, and that 20% off was more than fair. He never once tried to make it right, or apologize for this inconvenience, nor did he offer the 50% off ever. He argued with us for 15 minutes with no folding or appreciation for our repeat business. So not only is this business discriminatory to those with medical conditions, they do not appreciate business or repeat customers, or offer their wing deal to customers, after months of being shut. We will not return. This business clearly doesn't care about their customers at all. read more

Wings are good, service is not. Was here on a weekday afternoon, party of 2, we waited over 40 minutes to be served, there were more people starting to come in and they were being served before us. Our meals got messed up, and we sent them back, we ordered a veggie dip and we still had to ask for it after the second time, needless to say we talked to the manager, she gave us a 20% discount card, and told us she would fix our meals. Pretty great! Quite a few choices to choose from and decent beers. Pretty friendly staffs and several sits so usually there's no need for reservations. A few parking spot too and walking distance to bus stops. Great for kids, groups, or if you're alone. Good for catching up with friends or an adventure to the wings world. Terrible unapologetic service ! Sunday night, 10 ppl for dinner. It was a busy night. After being seated, we had no service whatsoever. We had to help ourselves to water, it was 1 hr till we had jugs of beer on the table. We were served by who we believe was a daughter or niece of the owners. Any complaints we raised were met with a deer in the headlights look and no apology, she just walked away. Food started arriving at the 1hr 45 min mark and was scattered. There were 4 beef dips ordered, only 2 came and it was 15 min before others came. Couples meals did not arrive at the same time one was finished and the other would come. Glasses were empty most of the time as we tried but gave up on ordering another round of beer. When the bill came she did add the 18% auto gratuity. Ok ... Fine if we got any sort of service. We calmly voiced our displeasure about this and we got the deer in the headlights look again. We all would have not tipped at all an this ruined a birthday celebration. Will NEVER GO BACK ! We come here for dessert - the cookie in the pan with ice cream on top - before movies in Langley. One time we called so they could have two ready for us when we got there as we were running late for the movie, and when we got there the cookies weren't ready. After about 10 minutes only one came... Another time I actually wanted to have some Jakarta wings but the server totally forgot about them and we were the only table there that night!
