Visited this evening because we wanted an Impossible Burger only to find out it's been removed from the menu. It's almost always our choice because we don't eat beef! Though they may have expanded their restaurant their service seems to have diminished. The first time we were there for 2 hours, severed one set of drinks. Our food was completely cold. Made an order on the website last Friday approx 5:30pm , 34 wings, they said pickup ready at 6:06pm , I show up at that time, hostess said to ask the bar about my order, bartender checked in the back , said they were busy and order hasn't come up yet. Sat there had a beer and added some fries to the order. Asked again 25 mins later about the order, she said it hasn't come up. Eventually they brought the fries up, which had been under the heat lamp so long, that the plastic boxes had melted onto the fries. Wow does this service absolutely suck! 20 minutes after we got there we finally got our drinks. Another 15 minutes for our appetizer. When we did finally did get our food it was cold! Used to love going here! But as of lately the price has gone through the roof for food and yes I understand the food prices have gone up but the the quality has gone down. The wings used to be great and big and now they are mediocre small and chewy. Used to love carryout wings for the weekend but anymore it's tough and swimming in sauce and not in a good way. The place used to be great to take a family for dinner and order take out but it's just not worth the prices anymore. To deal with subpar meals. Sad to see such a great place get like this . We were very disappointed with our take-out meal. Wings is usually a place we love because your orders are "fresh." The fish was chewy on the bottom. We were really disappointed with the Asian kick wings and the Lime dry Rub Caribbean jerk wings. The wings were traditional but seemed very old and tough, chewy and hard to eat (not fresh). Don't think they are capable of making an order correctly. The food is fine if you want typical bar food, but only come here if you have an extra 20 minutes to wait to get your food remade. Don't try to order it for delivery either cause they don't do special requests and they won't pick up the phone, just send you whatever they think is acceptable. read more

We really want to love Wings, Etc., but unfortunately as they have franchised, they have continued to decline in quality and service. I worked as a server at the Grape Rd location back in the late 90s and loved it. Our most recent visit was to the Ireland Rd location and the service was definitely better than our last experience at the Grape Rd location. My husband was intrigued by their new premium burgers, which were also recommended to us by a friend. They tout their burgers as fresh, never frozen and offer quite a few different varieties. My husband went with the bacon, mushroom and swiss which is one of his favorite combinations. It was a large burger on a nice bakery bun, but the toppings were a disappointing. A premium burger craves premium toppings (especially when priced at $9)! His burger was topped with canned mushrooms (yuck) and a couple skinny slices of pre-cooked bacon. While he liked the taste of the burger itself, it was extremely greasy. The burger was He felt his usual boneless wings would have been a better choice. I went with my standard grilled chicken breast wrap with hot wing sauce. The wrap is average with the standard chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce and sauce (hold the tomatoes for me). Nothing exciting, but good for a quick meal. The sandwiches are served with fries and we always opt for the curly fries, which are great. The wings are good, but the milder flavor sauces are very bland so definitely go for the heat. They tend to use a lot of butter so I would recommend asking for no butter and just sauce. They do offer a good variety of food and drink specials throughout the week. read more

We go to Wings Etc. every Monday, often ordering carry out, to take advantage of the .69 wing special. Always tastes great but unfortunately the last few times now I have ended up with spilled sauce inside my bag, and once it even leaked through the bag and onto my car's seat. I love how I can get actual spicy wings and everytime I go in the food has enough sauce for the wings and sides of ranch or blue cheese that's enough for my order even the beer cheese and regular chees for the fries is more than enough. Came in on a Friday night and only had to wait a few minutes. Hostess was very polite and friendly, even asked if a high top table was okay. I had the tacos. For this not being a Mexican restaurant, the meat was really good. The order included three tacos with a large amount of toppings. I'm definitely full. The waitress, Lisa K., was great, too. She was knowledgable about the drink menu and was able to make suggestions. Our drinks were full and our food came out quickly. My son decided to try the Italian beef sandwich & didn't like it. I assured the waitress he was picky and there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. The manager came over and talked with us and took the cost of the sandwich off our bill. My friends and I frequent this location not just for the endless options of choices to eat or the many sports games on the many TVs but the staff! The staff honestly make it all the worth while. Last night I went and had their Hugh Jazz burger took 2 bites and it was over cooked and charred crunchy so it took a couple minutes to track down the waitress so she ordered me another and when that came out it was so well done and charred crunchy after 1 bite I gave up..... waitress came back by and asked what's wrong I said worse then the last one if that's possible, she got the manager to take it off my bill but the manager didn't have the sense to come talk with me..... if I was the gm that manager wouldn't have a job......and the bad thing they weren't very busy for the wing night...... very sad a manager couldn't take the time to talk with someone who helps pay their salary read more

Wings, Etc is one of the best local places in town. If you enjoy the "sports bar" feel, it's the best. I visit this location on a weekly basis, and am rarely disappointed. Though a group of us typically show up late after Wednesday night bowling for beers and a quick bite, we are treated great. In particular, Sherry does a great job. Great Wings, good selection of beer. Seating can be a bit scarce due to how generous their seating is (there's bunch of 6 top tables). Non-wing food is good too. The Baron is a great sandwich, the home wrecker is a good change of pace from time to time. Every wall is plastered with screen, so you can catch any game you want, any season of the year. Sauces are awesome, though to be honest nothing below hot is worth getting. The TNT sauce is a great combination of heat and flavor.
