It's an ok place, but not as good as BW3. The place was clean and service was decent. read more

Visited this evening because we wanted an Impossible Burger only to find out it's been removed from the menu. It's almost always our choice because we don't eat beef! Most Sports Bars have some kind of alternative, usually the meatless burger or a bean burger. Our waiter claimed to not know the reason. At any rate, we will not-be coming as often as we have been, usually 2-3 times a month. read more

This place . I mistakenly visited this place due to a late night craving. Oily orange wing sauce. No condiments with my order. Just gross .. the wings are disgusting to say the least. Barely cooked and again just gross. Make sure you check your order before you leave if you have carry out. I didn't receive all of my order and had to drive back for a refund. To be grilled as though I made it all up. Never again read more

Terrible service. Ordered food for my workplace well in advance and when I went to pick it up the person giving me my order was rude and said "that's why had to work today". Will take this place off our choices. read more

sadly, boneless were greasy. Also was very salty with Caribbean Jerk rub. That part could have been my fault. Will definitely order regular wings from now on. read more

Though they may have expanded their restaurant their service seems to have diminished. The first time we were there for 2 hours, severed one set of drinks. Our food was completely cold. Our server was also nonexistent. The second time ( within the hour) a MANAGER greeted us. Told us "seat where ever". No one came to our table nothing. Not one sever in sight. Gave this wings etc. two chances and both have been a laughing joke. We went to Bdubs and was great at our table and with drinks within 3mins. read more

Made an order on the website last Friday approx 5:30pm , 34 wings, they said pickup ready at 6:06pm , I show up at that time, hostess said to ask the bar about my order, bartender checked in the back , said they were busy and order hasn't come up yet. Sat there had a beer and added some fries to the order. Asked again 25 mins later about the order, she said it hasn't come up. Eventually they brought the fries up, which had been under the heat lamp so long, that the plastic boxes had melted onto the fries. Apparently, my wings had been sitting up front in the door dash line, as finally someone looked for my order around 6:45 pm. Total for melted plastic fries, cold wings (10 bone in and 24 boneless) with some cheese sauce and a beer was $70. Won't be back read more

Nasty! Had some chicken wings as carryout and when getting home there was not one but a clump of hair around multiple wings. This had to be done purposefully. read more

Used to love going here! But as of lately the price has gone through the roof for food and yes I understand the food prices have gone up but the the quality has gone down. The wings used to be great and big and now they are mediocre small and chewy. Used to love carryout wings for the weekend but anymore it's tough and swimming in sauce and not in a good way. The place used to be great to take a family for dinner and order take out but it's just not worth the prices anymore. To deal with subpar meals. Sad to see such a great place get like this . I mean all of their locations are hit or miss anymore and this is coming from someone who never had issues here until over the last year of too many issues to even complain about for a refund when things go unheard. Better for me to just make my peace here and let people know what they are getting into. Support local please and hopefully things get better for Wings sooner than later. read more

Wow does this service absolutely suck! 20 minutes after we got there we finally got our drinks. Another 15 minutes for our appetizer. When we did finally did get our food it was cold! We were very disappointed with our take-out meal. Wings is usually a place we love because your orders are "fresh." The fish was chewy on the bottom. We were really disappointed with the Asian kick wings and the Lime dry Rub Caribbean jerk wings. The wings were traditional but seemed very old and tough, chewy and hard to eat (not fresh). The seasoning and sauce seemed to be added to cover up an old product. We did not finish them. The cole slaw and curly Cajun fries were good. The wait staff were very nice and attentive. We really want to love Wings, Etc., but unfortunately as they have franchised, they have continued to decline in quality and service. I worked as a server at the Grape Rd location back in the late 90s and loved it. Our most recent visit was to the Ireland Rd location and the service was definitely better than our last experience at the Grape Rd location. My husband was intrigued by their new premium burgers, which were also recommended to us by a friend. They tout their burgers as fresh, never frozen and offer quite a few different varieties. My husband went with the bacon, mushroom and swiss which is one of his favorite combinations. It was a large burger on a nice bakery bun, but the toppings were a disappointing. A premium burger craves premium toppings (especially when priced at $9)! His burger was topped with canned mushrooms (yuck) and a couple skinny slices of pre-cooked bacon. While he liked the taste of the burger itself, it was extremely greasy. The burger was He felt his usual boneless wings would have been a better choice. I went with my standard grilled chicken breast wrap with hot wing sauce. The wrap is average with the standard chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce and sauce (hold the tomatoes for me). Nothing exciting, but good for a quick meal. The sandwiches are served with fries and we always opt for the curly fries, which are great. The wings are good, but the milder flavor sauces are very bland so definitely go for the heat. They tend to use a lot of butter so I would recommend asking for no butter and just sauce. They do offer a good variety of food and drink specials throughout the week. read more

Don't think they are capable of making an order correctly. The food is fine if you want typical bar food, but only come here if you have an extra 20 minutes to wait to get your food remade. Don't try to order it for delivery either cause they don't do special requests and they won't pick up the phone, just send you whatever they think is acceptable. read more

Love Wings Etc.'s food - Wings, burgers, shrimp, appetizers. Everything I've ever tried has been good. We go to Wings Etc. every Monday, often ordering carry out, to take advantage of the .69 wing special. Always tastes great but unfortunately the last few times now I have ended up with spilled sauce inside my bag, and once it even leaked through the bag and onto my car's seat. Not sure if someone is in a hurry and not closing the box all the way or what but it's getting pretty aggravating. read more

Food was fair. Depending on the city, location and time you could be very happy and satisfied, or you'll leave want something else to eat. I've never had good luck with this local chain. read more

Interesting place. Wouldn't expect anything good from a place in a strip mall. Wasn't half bad! The hostess was not very helpful at all. Asked about wait times... got the "I dunno..." response. Said she would check, but passed us right by with nothing to say. Disappointing first impression to say the least. The chili tastes very good. Had the Caribbean Jerk Dry Rub on my traditional wings... too much salt in the seasoning (still tasting it right now). The Philly though... really, REALLY tasty! Would I come here again? Maybe... depending on my mood. read more

Hostess needs to be trained on quoting wait times AND how to speak to customers!!! Examples would be ... Don't stand with your back to entrance; saying "I'm not sure but could be long" for a wait when only 1 group ahead is probably not great. Stop wiping your nose EWWW read more

Great service and carry out. Wings are big and sauces are spot on. Need a Carolina barbecue option though.

I love how I can get actual spicy wings and everytime I go in the food has enough sauce for the wings and sides of ranch or blue cheese that's enough for my order even the beer cheese and regular chees for the fries is more than enough. I didn't like this place when I first moved to northern Indiana now it's one of my favorite restaurants in the country! Please don't fall of like ever other national wing place I've loved in the past! read more

Came in on a Friday night and only had to wait a few minutes. Hostess was very polite and friendly, even asked if a high top table was okay. I had the tacos. For this not being a Mexican restaurant, the meat was really good. The order included three tacos with a large amount of toppings. I'm definitely full. The waitress, Lisa K., was great, too. She was knowledgable about the drink menu and was able to make suggestions. Our drinks were full and our food came out quickly. My son decided to try the Italian beef sandwich & didn't like it. I assured the waitress he was picky and there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. The manager came over and talked with us and took the cost of the sandwich off our bill. What a great staff making an ordinary sports bar extraordinary. read more

This place is one of my all time favorite restaurants there eat at. My friends and I frequent this location not just for the endless options of choices to eat or the many sports games on the many TVs but the staff! The staff honestly make it all the worth while. Always welcoming and friendly. I am mildly upset that the changes the boneless wings a while back but not enough to bother me as there are so many other options such as the amazing shrimp or rib tips. The Green Bean Fries are to die for. The South Side would not be the same if this place were to leave. read more

Great Wings, good selection of beer. Seating can be a bit scarce due to how generous their seating is (there's bunch of 6 top tables). Non-wing food is good too. The Baron is a great sandwich, the home wrecker is a good change of pace from time to time. Every wall is plastered with screen, so you can catch any game you want, any season of the year. Sauces are awesome, though to be honest nothing below hot is worth getting. The TNT sauce is a great combination of heat and flavor. Helpings are piled high (a half order of fries can be split between my wife and I). Basically my favorite place to grab a bite with friends and family in town! read more

Last night I went and had their Hugh Jazz burger took 2 bites and it was over cooked and charred crunchy so it took a couple minutes to track down the waitress so she ordered me another and when that came out it was so well done and charred crunchy after 1 bite I gave up..... waitress came back by and asked what's wrong I said worse then the last one if that's possible, she got the manager to take it off my bill but the manager didn't have the sense to come talk with me..... if I was the gm that manager wouldn't have a job......and the bad thing they weren't very busy for the wing night...... very sad a manager couldn't take the time to talk with someone who helps pay their salary read more

The best thing at Wings Etc are the wings. I really feel spoiled by Chicago-area restaurants. I have such high standards now. I want restaurants to impress me. This one doesn't, but it's not a bad place, per se. The wings are pretty good. Pretty big and meaty and the sauces are nice. Tweener is a good spice level for me. The rest of the food? Well, the portions are enormous. I once made the mistake of ordering the "sliders", expecting small little three-bite burgers. They were the size of a fast-food burger! Three of them! I managed one! This time we ordered nachos (we love us some nachos) and I got a buffalo chicken wrap. The nachos were all right. Chips were round and food-servicey, cheese was a combo of real and bright yellow, chili was decent, lots of tomatoes and lettuce. Salsa was all right, I feel like they assembled this out of cans and bags. My wrap was good -- the accompanying curly fries are pretty tasty -- but really the best part was the crispy, sauce-covered chicken. The cheese didn't meld that well and the whole thing fell apart as I tried to eat it. The burgers are better but make sure you have a big appetite. Service was decent, nothing special but acceptable. All in all, it's not that impressive, but if you want some wings -- sure, why not. Mostly, this is the sort of place to go if you're hungry and not picky. read more

Great wings and tater tots! They also have a great selection of burgers and a nice cod sandwich.

Wings, Etc is one of the best local places in town. If you enjoy the "sports bar" feel, it's the best. I visit this location on a weekly basis, and am rarely disappointed. Though a group of us typically show up late after Wednesday night bowling for beers and a quick bite, we are treated great. In particular, Sherry does a great job. My beer is often at the table before I get my coat off. Highly recommended. read more
