We walked in with a large group (14) around 9:30 on a Saturday evening. The hostess directed us up to the 2nd floor where there was literally no one (some tables outside) and when we told the bartender how many we had he acted very inconvenienced. If it were packed I could understand but there should have been no issue since the appeared to be very slow. To top it off, my wings were very cold and had to be sent back. Went there for the second time last night. Beer is way too expensive! Also, I had a raging headache after that beer which means their lines are not being cleaned.The food is maybe average at best. Hardly anyone in there and we waited 40 minutes for food and then only 2 entrees were brought out at first. It was another 5 minutes because mine wasn't ready yet. I'm giving it 2 stars because our waitress was nice and it was clean in there. If you want good food and reasonably priced drinks, don't go there! read more

Sorry - awful. Was 1000 degrees downstairs in bar area...staff and patrons all sweating profusely doesn't really work up an appetite. Our waitress was extremely flustered, which is fine given it just opened, but hearing the staff yelling at each other at least 5 times was pretty unprofessional. While waitress was off having a meltdown somewhere...I'm guessing the manager delivered our food. We had to ask for everything at least twice throughout the duration of our visit, so when we asked for silverware he snapped, "I heard you the first time". This is in a great location, so genuinely hope this was just "new-opening" transitions that we experienced. Never an excuse for an attitude, however. Get some fans or ac downstairs, maybe the cool air will make everyone less on edge. Cheers. read more

Great food & great service! Such a beautiful location on the water! A lot of food and drink options! They make a variety of their own beers which are all amazing! They also have this special where you become a mug club member it's super affordable you get your own beautiful mug you get a lot of free stuff, discounts, ect you basically make your money back the first visit!! My son and his best friend went there a few weeks ago. My son suggested it while we were out and I am glad he did. Friendly staff, good food, sitting on patio along the water, was not overpriced compared to "the other wing place in town" Wings Etc. will be our choice for wings in the future. read more

The outdoor deck is very nice. Ran out of bud light had to drink flat bud. The boneless wings are the same as the Walmart brand frozen type. Save yourself a TON of money, get a case of beer & do wings at home. Won't go back. read more

Ate at Wings Etc News Year Eve, really enjoyed it. Good wings and sauces. LaTonya was our waitress and she was great. Very attentive, got our order perfect and kept our drinks topped up. I know past complaints have been on the poor service - we had no issues at all. Wings were excellent, large wings, a little crisp and plenty of sauce. Our party felt these wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Me and about nine of my friends went to wings etc to eat. We go to SC4 and they hand out free coupons. We came in and sat ourselves and then waited for our order to be taken. Right away our waitress "Kari Q" came up to the table with an attitude saying that we could only each use one of the coupons we said ok and she took our drink orders. She brought our drinks and was already being rude to everyone. Literally like 10 minutes later(we were basically the only people in there) she came to take our orders she took like 2 and then yells across the table, super snarky: "is everyone just getting the free wings" a couple of us said no and she gave us dirty looks she went around the table and took our orders, super rude and then took off. She then proceeded to stand at the bar badmouthing our table. And two more of our friends came in and she was just staring rudely. She finally comes up to the table, takes their order then brings us our food. She brought us the bill and she put everyone on one check. 10 teens on one check does that make sense to anyone. So I went up and asked her to split the bill she starts rolling her eyes and aggressively hitting the screen while saying "it's not that fucking hard to do math" and then splits the bill. On the way out I was being rude to her because I was fed up and she just kept being super rude and snotty to everyone. The food itself was great, and I can't comment on any other staff this is just one bad experience with one bad waitress. read more

Food was good, service sucks and hostesses are horribly inefficient, people waiting for tables for over 30 minutes while tables are available, it's as if they want people to hate the place or leave without eating or it could just be that they don't care about customer service, either way whoever owns it already needs to clean house and bring in good help read more

I wanted to like it but they didn't give me anything to work with. Told us 20 minute wait for party of 4 although there were empty tables everywhere. Menus were greasy to the touch. $9 margarita special was horrible - worse than a bottled mix. Got fried green beans - batter all fell off. Mac and cheese cold. Very little chicken on the buffalo wrap - cold and mostly batter. French fries were limp. Burgers were fairly good, our waitress tried hard and was very pleasant. They've got everything they need to be successful but are not executing it. I hope they pull it together, it's obvious someone has put a lot of money into the place. read more

We met for lunch at 2 p.m. and the food did not arrive until 2:45. It was obviously left under the light. Cold hot dog and col cheese from a can. Not the best service either. The young lady. Was unsure how to make it right and failed to ask the manager when we asked what she could do for our wait and the cold food. The manager was finally respinsive and amended our bill. What a disappointing way to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday. We both have worked in device industry so we realize what was wrong here. All in all, one of the worst experiences I have had in a very very long time. There was only one other table there so the excuse of being short staffed in the kitchen did not hold water. Sorry. First and last time we will visit Wing, Etc. I hope they will get better management. read more

where was the manager??? when we arrived we were told it would be about a 20min wait so the kitchen could catch up, but we could not be seated at any of the many empty tables. ok, so we sat at the bar to wait. Still not seated after waiting an hour! found someone and finally got a table. When our waitress came we where told another hour wait for food order! and it was!! 2 hour wait for onion rings & chicken strips--both wayyyyyy over done!?? this placed sucked!!! The first time my wife and i went it was awful. Waited 30 min to be seated and once in dinning area i seen more than half the place was empty whats up with that. The wait staff was rude. The waitress went to get our drinks from the bar and the already flustered bar tender i wont say her name got pissed she had to put down the tv channel changer to get our drinks. So we left . a week later we went back and when i thought it could not possibly be worse than last time, it was. I have no words for how bad our experience was . i told the hostess we could sit at the bar or a table it did not matter to us .again we waited 40 min for a seat at the bar that was not full and more than half the place was empty again. Had to keep asking bartender for drinks and had to wait a long time to get them. Then waited more than an hour for 1 simple cheese ball appetizer and after all that we got the wrong food. I will never ever never ever go back. I work in port huron and live in Marysville. I will tell every person i talk to and thats a lot of people , to stay clear of wings ect. One last thing the management has no clue of how to run a restaurant. The guy who ownes this place must have a lotbof relitaves that need jobs lol and btw wings ect is a franchise they have about 60 wings ect in 3 States. STAY AWAY port huron has far better places to go like fuel bbq that place is great. read more
