Bad service, cold food, and a long wait. The manager gave us a $20 gift card and 20% off the bill for our hassle (ie, the waitress forgot about us, and after not seeing her for a while, we had to hunt her down, when we asked where our food was she said the ticket was lost in the kitchen and they threw it away, so they'd have to remake it all). The waitress and manager both deflected and blamed it on the kitchen. What a disappointment. That said... does anyone want to buy a $20 gift card off me for $15 bucks? read more

We love the chicken wings and the fried green beans here!!! My favorite sauces are hot honey garlic, and tweener. Definitely the best chicken wings we have had in the area. read more

We tried this place for the first time as expected it was very busy with a 15 minute wait we sat at the bar and ordered the 100 ounce beer tower which was on special which is a fantastic idea. The bar staff were friendly. We were seated downstairs outside on the patio deck within 15 minutes. Outside patio decks is something that this area is lacking so it was nice to finally get a place where you can enjoy the boats, the food and drink. Our server was Joe very pleasant and courteous man we sampled most of the sauces I had to TNT wings and my wife had a wrap the food was very good. The specials they do on different days is a great idea and I think will be very successful. Moving forward I would like to see more dry rub sauces available, maybe add 2 or 3 TVs on the patios and maybe some kind of reward system as I think that would also be good, will definitely be eating there again. It's good to have acompetition for Bdubs. read more

Wings Etc - Chicken Wings Near Me - Port Huron, Michigan

Terrible upper management. Came in with a bachelorette party reservation for 15, they had two 6 tops reserved. Moved us to another room, we had to rearrange the tables. The 20 year old manager decided to give us a waitress who was brand new... they messed up half of our orders. Won't be back read more

Ok, IMHO this is better than other local favorite BW3's, much more variety, and you can't beat the view. There's a great outdoor deck - they kept some of the stuff/look from Thumb Coast - namely the corrugated steel/grain elevator look - but the food variety is much more in tune with area. Waitress was very attentive, but hey - they've been open like three days, I'd expect that. Bottom line - they've started well, we shall see where they are a couple months from now. read more

Ella was so kind and polite! Our food was hot and fresh! Definitely a new favorite for me!!

wings were decent a little overcooked "wall of flame" is a joke, sauce isn't even hot just a terrible consistency and ladled onto the wings. service was also poor took about 10 mins to be approached while bar and dining room were empty, will not return. read more

We used to be fans of Wings Etc but things have gradually gone downhill. The last few times we have dined in the service was horrible. I don't know if it's because we didn't order alcohol or what but it took forever to get our food and then the servers never come back to check on you. We just decided to stick with carry out because the food was still good. Until recently. We ordered 50 boneless wings with 4 different sauces. They put all 50 in the same container! Other than the wings with dry rub we couldn't tell what sauce was on which wings. We also ordered a full order of French fries and it was barely a handful of fries. I would hate to see what a half order would look like. I doubt we will order from there again. read more

Hubby and I And our child went for a ride ended up here to eat to relax and watch the boats and play some chess the staff was wonderful food was great the waiter was wonderful and it was actually nice to have male waiters the place is very clean I definitely would recommend going in here to eat. Just ordered a hawgzilla pulled pork sandwich with a side of Mac-cheese. The meat was gray in color and definitely spoiled! The Mac-cheese flavorless! I paid 14.36 , what a complete waste! We have ordered from here before but this was the first time we tried the sandwich! Just gross! read more

I wasn't sure how great these wings were going to be, but I was blown away!! Absolutely incredible and definitely worth the stop!!

Great food and excellent service and very good on site brewed beer. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience tonight. We sat on the balcony with a beautiful view of the water. Our waitress, Taylor, was kind, prompt to refill drinks and made quality conversation with us. We ordered wings, to our surprise many sauces are homemade. The blue cheese, is homemade and is hands down the best blue cheese we have ever had! We are looking forward to returning and trying the rest of their homemade sauces. read more

This venue has exceptional food and customer service. It was a great place to eat while on my vacation. Thank you!!!

The Staff here is the best! Aside from that, the Restaurant is always very clean and neat looking. A great place for a good meal and fun time with friends, we love coming to beer pong night. read more

There's one woman playing bartender and waitress for the bar and roughly 6 tables (one person to take orders, make drinks, get checks that are usually wrong, etc)... took 10 minutes to order a drink with only 3 others at the bar. Want a glass of water or ranch? ForgetAboutIt..... Food is good. Prices are decent. Beer is good. I like their beer towers, even those they probably don't wash them real well... great location even though the downstairs was closed when I was here (NCAA men's basketball Championship)... could be cool but just isn't. read more

For the amount of good things we here about this place we had horrible service the flavoring in the sauce of my wings was not good and it took 45 minutes for a drink order. Very unhappy with the service and food will not be returning. read more

We just ate here at Wings ect. I love it but I am from Indiana where the place started so you want them to make it big! The fried green beans were yummy and the shrimp were big. Joe loved the sauce on the wings. Nice staff. The place looks great with a great location. If your looking for a good place for wings and lots of other good food stop by WIngs etc read more

I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and they were really good. The only problem I had was that there was too much sauce on them but they were good. I got the tator tots which were good but nothing special. My husband got a burger and fries and he really liked it. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. read more

SERVICE WAS GREAT! Can't say that enough. Nicole was on spot. The food was not. No, those wings aren't bigger. Don't get any fish there. Five entrees ordered. Two were good. The salad was good and so is their buffalo chicken. The rest of the dishes were, well, not ordering them again. read more

Our first time here and we had to start with the wings for an appetizer! THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Wings were so good that after dinner we had to order extra to go! 10/10 would recommend! Also, our server Haley was super nice also! read more

Wings Etc - Dinner with a VIEW! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Port Huron, Michigan

Fast service. Good food. Great beer on tap selection. No waiting to get outside seating. Great view of river.

Sadly disappointed. I have been here twice in the last week or so and had terrible experiences both times. The first time I thought it may have been a fluke and decided to give them another chance and was equally if not more disappointed. Warning for the long review but truly hope the restaurant fixes these large issues once they are open for longer. Having worked years in the service industry myself, I normally understand where the workers are coming from and try to be extra patient and understanding. However, this was beyond that scope and should be addressed so that the place can survive. At this point, it has been open about 2 weeks so I do understand the growing pains associated with new openings but there are certain things that would have been expected to be addressed immediately. The first time we waited over 30 minutes to even place our drink order. It was a table of 4, so nothing too crazy. When we arrived we requested to sit outside and were told there was a 25 minute wait on tables, even though we later found out there were 12 servers on staff at the time and only one table was full on the patio and the rest were cleaned and open for seating. Then when we ordered food, the server listed chili as a side option without stating it would cost $2 extra. Then when the sandwich came out, they forgot to even bring the chili that was ordered. When they came back with the chili, they did not bring a spoon to eat it with. I mentioned this right away and again to another FOUR PEOPLE including a manager. All of them apologized and never returned to the table with a spoon. Ultimately, one of the people I was with was finished eating and personally went inside to grab a spoon herself. By this time, the chili was cold and inedible. It was not until after 4 requests that the waitress even noticed the lack of spoon had been resolved by us personally. When I mentioned this whole scenario they refused to remove the up-charge from the bill, even though I was not told this charge would occur nor did I even eat the chili due to their negligence. (I should also note, the other two tables that were sat while we were there also had issues: one requested an item to be removed from their bill because they didn't receive what they ordered and the other didn't get silverware in the entire time they were there. We ended up giving them ours that we did not use). I then returned today to give them another chance, thinking maybe the poor service last time wasn't a regular thing. For one, I wish I had taken a picture of the fish sandwich I received. The (very dry) fish was about the size of a Twix bar, on a bun that was 4 times as big. I think the whole thing took me about 3 bites without eating the abundance of bread. The "veggie side" was 2 thin slices of green peppers, 2 slivers of carrot, and 2 slices of cucumber. Not much. And the Worst part of it all was that they were closing up the restaurant while myself and 4 other tables (just that I could see) were still eating or ordering. And once again we were not allowed to sit outside as they had already cleaned it up. Now I would understand this if we had visited right before close, but we had finished our meals almost an hour before closing time. During our meal, which was, again, over an hour before the restaurant was set to close, the workers were picking up chairs directly next to us, mopping the floor, turning off lights and tv's, and yelling all the way across the restaurant to each other about their personal leftovers. It felt incredibly rude and rushed, and took 15 minutes to get a simple side of ranch because all of the waitresses wanted to finish cleaning before grabbing it. In general, a blatant lack of concern for customers. I love the location and have for years and was incredibly disappointed this was not managed better. I'm genuinely hoping it improves as they are open longer or I fear another closing in the near future. You have one chance to make a first impression, and sadly they did not make a good first or second. read more

That's a good thing cuz I always look for a good Steakhouse in town thanks for the information

Long wait time for food, cold upon arrival, poor quality/taste with equally poor service. Had a poor experience with this place earlier this summer, this was a second chance, still a fail. read more

Got a chicken wrap, they should have called it a lettuce wrap, where's the chicken. Won't go back, it's too bad because there aren't that many restaurants to choose from in that area. read more

The food is pretty much your typical bar food, but in my opinion it is better than average and much better than you get at a BWW. The service was very good and they have only been open two weeks. It is also a great atmosphere! read more

Chicken Bacon wrap is a joke. 90% lettuce, one piece of bacon slapped in there. Would've been a one star if not for tater tots.

Went here for lunch two days after their grand opening, we'll definitely be back! Great service, friendly attentive servers, very clean & a really nice patio area (seating outside upstairs & downstairs outside). Prices weren't terribly high, about comparable to B-Dubs. HUGE menu selection, which is nice. Got a dozen of their boneless wings, very crispy & not dry at all. We opted for sauce on the side so we could try different flavors & I recommend doing it this way because they have 19 sauce flavors. Our fave was Say It Ain't Tso, a teriyaki type of sauce. Gar-Licky Parm is a little too salty for my taste & Sweet Chili Cha-Cha is decent w/ a teeny bit of a zip. And what we liked is you can get several different sauces to try. Also tried their Deep Fried Baby Portabella Bites, not too bad & we recommend dipping in either Ranch or Say It Ain't So. We split a "The Baron" sandwich, very yummy, moist marinated grilled chicken breast w/ bacon & cheddar-jack cheese along w/ their Straight Fries, which were lightly seasoned & really good. They do have a full bar (hard liquor too). Looking forward to trying their ribs & their pretzel bite appetizers next time! read more

Amazing view of the water. Awesome wings and food. 24 beers on tap and full bar. The amazing special through out the week.

I am willing to give this place a second chance as it is new. However, there is a lot to improve on. Nachos are not impressive, chips were greasy and the "4 person size" was definitely much smaller than anticipated. Wings were average at best. Sauce appears to be drizzled on the top. I ordered 16 boneless and 4 sauces. They were served all in one plastic serving bowl with wax paper separating each flavor. Poor presentation for sure. The bar downstairs hasn't changed much from when this was Thumb Coast Brewery. However, the patio seems to be a bright spot with numerous picnic tables and a great view of the water. Hopefully the next visit improves on the initial experience. read more

We stopped here for lunch yesterday and sat outside in the water. We tried The Baron sandwich, a burger and a salad and the fried mushrooms. All were good. We didn't try the wings, but did try a couple of the sauces with our meals and we we enjoyed them Our service was excellent and we will be back. read more

Had the Nachos for 4. Seriously... more like for 1. 15 corn chips soaked in a canned Queso dip. 12.99... seriously. 3 cubes pieces of chicken added. Felt ripped off. Location is cool. The server was pleasant but overwhelmed by another table and never came back to check on us. Manager... seemed to care less about his three servers that were getting their butts handed to them. Oh well... skip this place. read more

our order was so bad, i made a yelp account to review it. we ordered a pick up off doordash and we never received a pick up confirmation, so we waited over an hour to find out our food was sitting on the counter to be picked up. then we noticed we were missing our kids drink and when we showed the workers our doordash receipt they told us it didn't matter and if we wanted a drink we would half to purchase another one. then we took our $65 order home to enjoy, only to find out the food is completely bland and disgusting. the only things that were tolerable were the kids meal corn dogs and curly fries. the wings were bland, the pretzels were not salty and were hard, the cheese dip was cheap and didn't even taste like cheese, the oreo churros tasted like literal cardboard with oreo dust, and the fries with cajun seasoning had no cajun taste. all in all, customer service was terrible and so was the food. we definitely regret not just going to bdubs! read more

Family came here for dinner while visiting Lake Huron. Service was extremely slow. I was super hesitant when I saw the menu, but everything else was closed. My chicken quesadilla looked like it was prepared at an elementary school down the street. It had like 5 pieces of chicken and the cheese was only in the middle. My girlfriend got the fish and chips and some chicken wings to share. Equally disappointing. The chicken wings were so dry and stale. We both got stomach aches later on that night, her throwing up. My nephew even complained about the steak and cheese because it was like 80% onions. He's 14 and I've seen him literally eat a napkin and be satisfied. Go somewhere else. If nowhere is open, go home. read more

The Wings are awesome. Top notch sauces that do not hurt my sphincter the morning after. Beer is really fresh too!

Terrible place. Think Buffalo Wild Wings, but worse service and more disgusting food. Been here four times, and every time the food and the service was terrible, and so consistently so, you'd swear that was their end goal. It's a place to grab mediocre beer by the water. That's it. Avoid this place if you can. Before this it was thumb coast brewery and quay st brewery. This is a poor follow up to those. read more

Nestled along the Black River, this place has quickly become one of my favorites. Wings are fantastic with many different sauces to choose from. Don't know about the other menu items because they are all I've ever ordered. The staff is friendly, especially the wonderful Stephanie, who flashes a smile and actually acts like she's glad you're there. The only complaint is the music, which sounds like I'm camping with my Grandparents in the 70's. read more

We met for lunch at 2 p.m. and the food did not arrive until 2:45. It was obviously left under the light. Cold hot dog and col cheese from a can. Not the best service either. The young lady. Was unsure how to make it right and failed to ask the manager when we asked what she could do for our wait and the cold food. The manager was finally respinsive and amended our bill. What a disappointing way to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday. We both have worked in device industry so we realize what was wrong here. All in all, one of the worst experiences I have had in a very very long time. There was only one other table there so the excuse of being short staffed in the kitchen did not hold water. Sorry. First and last time we will visit Wing, Etc. I hope they will get better management. read more
