We always love the food! The wings are great and the sauces are delicious. Sadly we can tell when the manager is there vs when they're not there. The food can certainly take longer to get out when they're not there. Tara is an amazing waitress--she has such a fun personality, makes us feel right at home, and practically knows our order by heart. We always enjoy chatting with her! Trina is just as wonderful and is fantastic with our kids as well. It's rare to find servers who are this genuine and attentive. They truly make every visit top notch! Overall, we will continue to go! read more

Pleasantly surprised with the this place, being a wing snob I liked the options to choose from! A quick visit passing through to visit my daughter & family and this was their choice. We started out with the pretzels bites and it was a good choice since everyone got in on the action. I must admit I was impressed, the wings were really good. Sauces I'll need to come back and try again. The hot was definitely not hot. So on my next visit I'll move up the scale and go win the TNT. Habanero is just silly I want to feel my tongue and the rest of my meal. So hot for the sake of being hot is not for me. We had a great waitress (Halle or Holly I'm not sure). She said it was her first time on the floor and she did an exceptional job! I tipped her well! I like the atmosphere! Sports screens every where. I can see why this is a popular. The only drawback I have to say and I did not clarify this with our waitress but kids were supposed to read for .99 on Tuesday. I did not check the bill that closely since we were short on time to go get dessert before the store closed. Solid 4 stars on my first visit! This can easily be a 5 star! read more

We needed a last-minute place for about 150 people, and Wings Etc. seriously came through for us. Everything went so smoothly. Trena, our server, was amazing and took such great care of everyone. Savannah, the manager, went above and beyond--helping us get everything set up late the night before and again early the next morning. There's no way we could've pulled off our gathering without them. So thankful for their whole team--they made it all happen! read more

Lot of flavor options. Nice covered outdoor seating with a few TVs. Inside, wow, so many TVs. Definitely a great place for sports. Service outside was a little slow, but not horrible. Outdoor area very kid friendly, as it's gated and enclosed. Wings were good, but I don't think cooked to order. They just came out way too fast. Also, the sauce was tasty, but just poured over the wings, not shaken in. We will likely be back, especially for sports, and trying other flavors. Bottom line: one other new wing place to try. read more

Wings Etc. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Granbury, Texas

Boneless wings are just frozen chicken nuggets from a store. They heat up and pour sauce all over it. Flyers all over the place. One of the workers walked around with the electric fly zapper trying to kill them. Not worth it. Cool looking building inside and maybe good for a bar but food is not good read more

I would give half a star if I could just for the waitress alone. We went in and I had a $70 bill and didn't put a tip because the waitress was not friendly and we also had to wait about 25 minutes for her to come back to our table to give us the check. Once we paid, we went out to the patio and hang out for a bit. The waitress took it upon herself to come up to us and ask if I forgot to tip or if I did tip and even brought up that she didn't charge me for the drinks, saying they live off tips. She did not deserve a tip to begin with, and to top it all off, after approaching us to complain about not getting a tip, she walked off and called us trash. I normally do tip waitresses if they deserve it. She did not deserve a tip. The waitress' name on the receipt was Trina S. We won't be returning. read more

We love the food here, but that is where it ends. We have been here many times, and never once has our order been correct. We always order to go, and they always forget either half of our wings, forget to put sauce on our wings, forget our fries, forget a meal, it's honestly crazy. I will say, they do try to make to make it right if we call back. On top of that the servers or host that you encounter are incredibly rude and treat you like a major inconvenience. Maybe not all of them, but at least the ones we have come in contact with. for a while we put up with the order being wrong every time, but after dealing with horribly rude servers we will not be going back. read more

Love this place, great food and service. Hubby and I go couple times a month! Be sure to get the app.

Aleah was great. love the patio. We go there all the time. Cold beer good food. Will definitely return.

Loved it! I've been watching and waiting for this new spot in Granbury to open so I was happy to see the announcement this week. We stopped in for dinner and really really loved the wings. Considering that's the main word in their name, they have to be good at them! Also, let's be honest when it comes to wings, 50% of what makes the good or bad is voted based on the ranch. I'm happy to the report the ranch is excellent. Massive menu, hbar with tons of different drink options and really friendly staff makes this one of my new favorite places in Granbury. read more

It was my first time here and within the first 5 minutes I got the best service I have ever had. The manager Gerad was so amazing and welcoming. Our server was Trina she was just as incredible. The deals are insane here. The place is huge and there are big screens everywhere. I have grown up in granbury and have yet to find a place that has it all. Until now. Wings Etc. - Enjoyed the 69¢ boneless wings! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Granbury, Texas

I decided to try this place tonight. Looked good at first - outdoor seating and it was packed. I ordered a pickup order and the young gentleman at the front counter gave me a ticket to sign which I did (this will be important later) and then they finished packing up the food and handed it to me. They were taking names to be seated so while they were packing it up, I stood back so people could get their names in. They handed me the food and I drove home. I ordered a 24 boneless wings, regular fry, curly fry, and tater tots and onion rings. When we opened the order we only had curly fries and mozzarella sticks. So I called back and the phone was going straight to voicemail. I figured it was busy so I'd call later. When I did, the person there said I was suppose to check my order before signing - "Sorry". Being my first time there, the guy at the desk handed me the ticket to sign so I figured that was more for a credit card signature. I should mention he didn't say to check the food and after a minute or two they finished packing it, handed it to me and started to take care of the next person. The food was very average so won't be going back. Wingstop blows this place away and they have never messed up my order. read more

Quick and attentive cold beer, good atmosphere and good selection of beers on tap along with liquor. Good wings aswell!

We can't say enough about how great Martin is at this location. He's a wonderful manager and has great bartenders; Maddie, Dimitri and Jade are all awesome. They provide excellent service and are knowledgeable about the different menu items and beverages. We have great experiences there and stop in quite often. read more

I was disappointed. They were expensive @ $25.53 for a dozen to go. The outsides were tough and hard. I had ordered a dozen flappers and there was drums mixed in. My first and last time I'll go there to get wings. Sad . Harold read more

Talk about going downhill faster than a bobsled on ICE! Last night my husband and friend met up for dinner and a few beers to be greeted with the worst service and rude staff you could imagine. They sat at the bar, and the evening started off okay- but then the bobsled started down the hill. There were 4 customers at the bar, and only a few tables of people in the restaurant yet the bartender/server was more concerned with chatting with his friends and talking trash to them about his other customers at the bar then doing his job. 22 min before a pitcher of beer can be poured, and that only happened because they interrupted his chat session. Then they ordered their food at 6:45, at 7:33 (after trying and trying to get the bartenders attention away from his buddies) the bartender admits he forgot to even put the order in the computer (cause he was soooo busy visiting with friends) he says "I'll put it in and we will comp it".... Well 21min later food finally arrives they eat and wait for to go boxes and ask to pay for their beer. They are given the FULL check - no comped food... when they ask the bartender says "I don't have to give you shit" and turns to laugh and talk with his friends continuously making nasty comments about them. This kind of service is uncalled for and not worth the time to go back. Do yourself a favor- go to wing stop.. or hell get wings from a pizza joint... the service will be better and they are sure to remember your order- even when busy ‍ RUN, don't walk, as far away from this business as you can! Since u can't reply to your message I'll edit here- I never said I was there last night, clearly stated I was reviewing per my hubs and friend. Maybe it's you that doesn't like your establishment being called out. Maybe they were not friends... maybe they were just other patrons... and yep I'm sure they got rude after waiting over 45 min for food. As for my reviews --- i travel... I will give a shout out when things are good and a shout out when things are not. Mediocre gets a pass...the first time. But no worries... I'm sure you will do just fine long term. I may have written this review but it's not the first negative thing posted about yall. You do you. read more

This was our first visit and it will be our last! We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be 10min, even though the place was empty. The food took forever and it arrived with many things wrong or missing, plus no silverware! When we asked for silverware, we were told she didn't know where it was! I ordered loaded fries. It was supposed to come with sour cream. There was none. The fries were way oversalted and not eatable. My husband ordered loaded nachos with no tomatoes. They came with tomatoes and stale chips. Neither of us ate our food. The only positive is the beer was cold! read more

We picked up food today 11/01/2023, the whole order was wrong and not we had throw it away. The chicken wings were co!d and not fully cooked. My nachos only came with chips, no cheese! How are these nachos!!!!! My desert fries did not come with any chocolate, as advertised. My daughter in law called and the female who answered.was too busy communicating with others vs paying attention to our complaint. She said they were too busy and cal! back tomorrow talk to manager. Rude, and unacceptable customer service, I spent $50. What a waste!!!! read more

great service. loved the wings and the drinks are great. this place has good wings. And they have good service

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside on the patio. The service was fast and friendly and the food was really good. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. I like that the burger patties are hand-pressed and not just some frozen disk of mystery meat. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and the veggies were fresh and crisp with more than enough grilled chicken. We also took home some wings with their lime-pepper dry rub. Two thumbs up! read more

Food was great! We are wing lovers!! The service however could be better for a Wednesday at 2:00 and not very busy. Waited 10 minutes for someone to ask if we had been helped. Then went through 3 waiters who were all not sure who's table we were. I never got my drink I ordered from the first person who talked to us so I just drank the water they brought lol. I would give it a half star if I could. Service is terrible, staff is rude food is nasty. I ordered a large order of wings and some apps. My wife got there to pick up well after they said they would be ready and was given the wings and told the other was not ready. She waited and after I finally called the rude girl that answered said they were there. My wife picked up cold stuff and it tasted like crap. I'm sure this building will be up for lease soon. I have been here a few times and each times was miserable. The manager did call and offered some BS half ass apology. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Four of us went to Wings, etc. last Wednesday for dinner. Husband and friend each ordered Shiner on tap. Both said that the beer was not cold and it was flat. Our waitress' comment was "Probably the bottom of the keg so don't drink it." Did not offer to replace the beers. It took about an hour and a half before our dinner arrived. No explanation was given. The table next to ours complained about their food being cold. Not sure how long they waited for their food. Gave 2 stars only because the food was good once we were served. read more

Well I hate to bash a local restaurant, but I think in order for Yelp to be an effective resource, then the truth should be told. First attempt, we went for a sit down and the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. We were told an hour wait to be SEATED! No way! About an hour later, I spoke to others who expressed the same issue of ridiculous wait times to be seated AND another hour waiting for their food! We figured it was first month kinks, so we agreed to give them another try. It was the last in April we ordered take-out (3 ten piece wings of various types). Price was particularly high for what we got. Chicken was blah absolutely no flavor so they rely on the sauce for complete flavoring. Heck I could have went Wing Stop! There is nothing worse than having high expectations for a meal and being completely unsatisfied with cost, taste, and overall presentation. We decided we won't be going back! Since our last experience, we've talked to a number of people all who had similar bad experiences (service, food, price) and the consensus was they would never go back! It's a very unfortunate situation for everyone since the owner is a local guy and well known, so everyone wanted to be supportive of his business venture. It's only been open for a month and two weeks and the negative reviews are piling up! Good luck to them! read more

Evidently, this place is still trying to workout the kinks from newly opening (I hope)??? First visit was three weeks ago. It was ok for the middle of the afternoon. Nice employees & ok food. Latest visit was Friday evening (5/5). It was crowded, but there were plenty of tables open. After being seated, it was a solid 20 minutes before our waiter stopped by to ask for drinks. Come to find out, he had walked passed our table several times during this 20 minute period. Our drinks & appetizer arrived fairly promptly after ordering, so we ordered entrees ( 2 of us in this party). After an hour of waiting for the entrees that still hadn't arrived, I asked for the check. I cannot think of the last time that I did that. During this hour, I will say our server did stop by about 3 times to keep apologizing. The last time he stopped by, he said,"I see we have several burger orders in the window. I just don't know where they all go." Seriously??? During these two visits, management was nonexistent. No one stopping by tables or helping the waitstaff. Too many other better options in Granbury to choose from. read more
