My husband and I love this place! Every time we come the service is great, the food is great. Always have the TVs on and good music! I have eaten here several times, love the wings (Wango is my favorite). Today my wife and I came in for lunch. Service was on point, $5.95 schooners, what a deal. My wife ordered the triple cheese burger with bacon and I had the New Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. The burger was great. My wife said the garlic aioli was too garlicky, HUH?, said no one, ever! This was my issue - the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. First off, they are supposed to be dipped in sauce, not sauce smeared on the bun and given on the side. 2nd - Nashville sauce is fairly thin not thick. Lastly, this sauce was VERY grainy and the texture was unpleasant. It was as if the sauce wasn't' blended enough. It also tasted of something burnt or possibly way too much paprika. The sauce literally ruined the sandwich and was not anything "Nashville" I have ever had. Did I eat it, yes, after removing some of the sauce and not touching the side of sauce except to taste it. Will I go back, yes. I will just stay away from the sandwich and suggest you do too, until they figure out how to make it. read more

And all we got was a free appetizer. Which the appetizer isn't even the same price as the meal. If you are reading this wing's etc we would like more then just a free appetizer. Not impressed at all. The guys waited 45 minutes for their drinks from the bar. Ordered the kids' meal with appetizers and we when we got the kids' meals the tator tots were cold, chicken strips hot. My oldest asked for a double bacon cheeseburger and the waitress said i don't think we can do that (who can't do a bacon cheeseburger?!) Got his burger and it was incorrect, was only a single bacon cheeseburger (he accepted anyways and didn't say anything). We also ordered boneless wings (10 each) because they had a special on them and they were terrible. We usually order 10 and have some to take home, but the 10 we ordered didn't even fill the bottom of the basket. They were terrible. We took home almost all wings to re season and cook at home. By the way the second order of wings to replace the first was super greasy. We ate at approx. 3:30 1/16/25. This place was only place open past 9:00pm that served food. We had just come in to town after a long drive through Chicago traffic. I'm so glad we did not skip on this pace. Service was friendly and quick (Not real busy). The food was fresh and delicious. I had lettuce wedge salad with my teriyaki wings. (Shame on me for not looking closer). Drove 20 mins back home. Found we where missing fries for my daughter, bone in wings for my son, and 1/2 of my full rack of ribs. I card and spoke to a waitress and she said I could come back and get what was missing. I was not driving 20 mins back, not worth my time to fight about it. We stopped into the new Wings Etc. in Angola. They opened in December 2018. The family dining area is large and loud, but you really don't go there for the quiet atmosphere. All the best games were on and the place was packed. We had several different items. I had the chili with cheese and onions and it was really good. Mom had a chicken quesadilla that wasn't good the first time, but they fixed it promptly and it was good. Dad and Teresa had the wing and ribs combo... I am guessing they were delicious because we were hoping for leftovers and have none. The wait staff did a great job, but I think there could be more staff. The food is bar food but good, so if you want to watch sports with a group of friends without having to run to Fort Wayne this is the place to go. Enjoy read more

Tonight was my first and last dining experience at the Angola Wings Etc. We ordered bone in wings as an appetizer. We received the boneless wings instead. The server placed an order to have the correct ones made. She left the boneless wings on our table. Our entrees came out...still no wings. The chicken tacos were good, but the chips and salsa that come with them were brought after the tacos instead of before. They are deep fried and had obviously sat quite a while before being served. They had a nice salty flavor, but were so soggy and limp we couldn't eat them. When we were finished eating the wings finally came. The server brought us a to go box and said we could take the incorrect ones home since they would just throw them away any way. They had by this time Sat on our table at least a half hour. As we were getting ready to pay our bill, the manager rushed out and demanded that we give him the wings back. We explained our poor dining experience and told him the server had said we could take the incorrect ones home and he still demanded them back. He said he couldn't discuss employees but this situation would be dealt with the server. This manager turned a simple mistake that was initially not a big deal to us into an embarrassing, attention garnering and quite frankly odd experience. At this point, the manager should have chalked this up to a training opportunity and wished us a pleasant evening. Instead his odd and awkward behavior has ensured that any money that I will spend on dining in the future will not be spent at the Wings Etc. in Angola. I sincerely hope he doesnt mistreat the server over this situation as he inferred. She was the best part of our visit. She was friendly, upbeat, and attentive. I think more training should be given to the manager in customer service and public relations. I would not be surprised if this is his first time in a position of authority. Inexperience might explain this odd, miserable experience...however, it still doesn't excuse it. read more
