Worst service and atmosphere ever. I've never liked how noisy BWW is but this location decided to layer loud music on top of it all. We arrived and were seated at 6 pm, waitress didn't take our order until after 6:30, and we didn't get our food until 8:15. About 8 pm I asked the manager what was going on and she was rude. Said our order had only been in for 1 hour 9 minutes and with to go orders this was to be expected. No sorry. She acted like we were being rude. We got our food and immediately needed to leave (we had already told our waitress this) and asked for to go containers and getting them and the check took another 1/2 hour. The waitress felt like she needed to open the to go bags for us and literally stood there and waited for our child to finish her wings before she went to get the check. The waitress was so proud she got us a 10% comp. The 2 hours we lost was worth much more than $4. I mean not even free beverages.....will never return to this chain anywhere. Kids and grandkids were up for the weekend, we spent the day on the lake and then decided to go for a late dinner. Upon arrival we noticed there was not a big crowd, so we figured we would not have a long wait and decided to sit in the bar area. Took forever to be waited on. Received 2 unsweetened teas with minimal ice that has since melted. Hubby has ordered their All American Burger & onion rings (upcharge). I have ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap w/ranch on the side & fries. Let's say that they are NOT THAT BUSY! 9 tables in the main dining area. It's 3:30pm. 11 of the remaining tables NEED BUSSED. Now to the food. My Buffalo Ranch wrap had ZERO buffalo sauce on it. FAIL. Roughly stuffed with a single chopped breaded chicken tender, 1/2 slice tomato & shredded lettuce. Toddler meal. The fries were well over salted and had been sitting under the window a good amount of time. (I work in an establishment that has food service kitchen). I picked a few & left them. Same for the wrap with two bites in. I opened it up & ate the rest with a fork. NOT worth the $9.99. Hubby noticed we didn't have silverware & requested some. 10 minutes later...2 forks & napkins, not rolled. No knife to cut the big burger. Burger was ice cold. Again, it sat way too long in the window. Hubby had it at that point. We grabbed our coats & went to get our bill to pay for this abomination called a BW3 lunch. I'm done with spending good hard earned money for shitty service and bad overpriced food. We are DONE with Bdubs Angola. We know you're short staffed, we get that, EVERYONE is short staffed. But tell me why places like Mama's Place, Village Kitchen, Jebs, & Acapulco continue to have: great consistent food for the price, great service and clean tables? Beer... Wings.... Sports. I counted more TVs there than a Best Buy -- 36 TVs throughout the restaurant, an ADD dream! Why flip the channels when you can flip your neck watching whatever you want? The food here came out fast.... but then it didn't. Granted, we came on a Saturday night and the place was pretty busy. We ordered some cheese curds and was super surprised to get them in literally a minute. We were actually wondering if it was someone else's order, as we were gleefully eating them. The cheese curds at B-dubs are always tasty and the portion was pretty good IMHO. And then, we waited. And waited. We ordered a couple of kids meals and entrees. Nothing to crazy, nothing customized. Just chicken sandwiches and burgers, right off the menu. The wait was over 20-minutes, I know, first-world problems, but for fast-casual, this was relatively long. I think maybe the cooks drove to Chicago's B-dubs and snagged the orders there. The waitstaff apologized for the wait, which was nice, and no sense it getting mad at them or anyone really. You got 36-TVs to watch and pass the time with anyways. I ordered a classic crispy chicken wrap, sans mayo, and it was pretty good. Great breading and spices, as expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered it with some asian zing and it was scrum-diddly-umtious. Overall, a decent dish, just a star taken away due to the long wait of food. This Buffalo Wild Wings is located in a rather restaurant-busy stretch. You got Ruby Tuesdays nearby, Mcdonalds, etc, so there are other choices to consider. Be cautious with carry-out. Been going to this BW for a number of years both dine in and carry out. Ordered a large boneless half Parmesan garlic and half lemon pepper-20 pieces. Park garlic was great, lemon pepper was 20 or more overdone popcorn size. Terrible since I know if I was seated in the store they wouldn't allow it to be served. The fried pickles had to be put in our air fryer because they were soggy. The traditional wings had little to no sauce on them and were dry as well. if i could give zero stars, i would. i've been coming to this bdubs for almost two years and all they've done is remind me of the definition of insanity. i went back time and time again hoping for good service, even when i knew i wouldn't get it lol. this past time, i was finally pushed far enough to leave a review. i ordered through the app and arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready (i even gave them a grace period, knowing how late they usually are). when i arrived, they told me to wait. i waited an hour. i watched at least 8 people come in, get their online carry out orders, and leave. me? i just kept sitting. and when i asked when it would be ready and explained how long i had been waiting...they told me the order was "almost ready." i waited ten minutes longer before i actually got my order. terrible service. i've even come and sat down several times before, and always wait at least half an hour to even be asked what i want. with the amount of employees i say walking around, this pattern is ridiculous. please think twice about going here for even a pick-up appetizer. read more

Went into Buffalo Wild Wings last night and was optimistic about getting a good experience from a small town USA location and was I ever disappointed. Poor food quality, questionable service and no value. 3 beers, 10 wings, and 2 chips were 36.56. Really? Despite being not that busy and what looked to be a store that was over staffed on the floor, the order took almost 25 minutes. With all of the waitresses they had at max two tables per person the majority of our visit. They tended to group at the waitress station or near the bar and stand around talking multiple times throughout our visit. As to the food. The wings I got weren't right, I would say overdone but not quite burnt because they were very, very dry and extremely crispy. Not what was expected or should be a standard anywhere. I would say left in too long, cooked with something else, they spent to much time on a pass under a warmer, or the oil was not hot enough. We requested a side of a different sauce with the second order that was on the receipt but was not brought out with the order. We asked for two orders of chips and got an order of wedges and an order of chips. When asked to get the correct order of chips, they were remade but the order that came out was pulled from the fryer too soon or the grease was not hard enough because they were closer to soft hash browns made on a flat top instead of deep fried crispy chips. Our second order of chips that came out correct had cheese on them that was hard and basically solidified. This was also remade and these chips were much better then the remake of the cheeseless chips. I will say that are waitress was friendly, apologetic, and attentive with our drinks. With that said the waitress should have checked to make sure the order was correct before bringing it out the first time. She should have refused to bring out poor quality food the kitchen to start and she should have made sure a remake was up to BW quality standards out if the kitchen was maintaining no standards. BW's use to be much better but they have lost a lot of what once made them special as they have grown up. I recognize that wings wholesale have gotten more expensive than breasts, but you still have to have value and the way they changed their pricing in recent years does not reflect that. Management has done a really poor job with their standards in the kitchen and training their staff. The beer was cold but priced over what you get in a bar and I could have gotten a 12 pack and a few more for what we paid for three. I was surprised that with at least two coolers for bottles at their lack of selection or diversity. Both coolers flanking the bar had the same thing in each. Maybe that is what their customers order here, but in larger cities or higher traffic locations they have more. I asked for three things i have got at other locations they didn't have here and I had to order what I did not want really off tap. The positives, the dining room and restrooms were clean and modern. The location was good and there was plenty of parking. While I will probably return at some point when I visit the lake, I promise it will be awhile before I do. When people ask if I want to go, I will say no. When groups of friends want to go, I will strongly suggest that we find another alternative. The only reason you will see me here is because of the people I would be with and not the food, service, or value you offer. read more

Disappointed to say the least. I called a day prior to place my pickup order to make sure that it would be ready at 11:00am. I was assured by the manager that it would be ready at 11:00am. I stressed that I needed it on time and was even willing to prepay to make sure it was ready. I arrived the next day at 11:00am to pick up my order and it wasn't even started. So thanks to their lack of follow through I was late to my lunch meeting. What a joke!!! I have a have a small two pound service dog that doesn't bark she's also hypoallergenic. We were told she can be tied up on the outside of the fence? outside but not to my chair. BWs. Wednesday night dinner. Sat in the bar area to enjoy the Mets vs. Cubs game. At 9:00 pm, it was not crowded at all. The waitress, Emily, provided great service. Ordered the snack size boneless, medium sauce, carrots and blue cheese. They chicken was a bit over done. Round two: snack size traditional, Caribbean Jerk, carrots and blue cheese. I'm just so irritated with people who are ignorant in the food industry. I ordered their bacon cheeseburger which had a multiple choice of cheeses well blue cheese was one. Unfortunately little did I know or would ever expect that it would mean dressing... No cheese but a dressing I'm just so confused who on earth would do that I was told that's the way it comes. That they don't have blue cheese slices. I laughed the was told they have crumbles almost in a questionable way... Ding that would be what was expected I said. Seriously why is it so hard to find a decent restaurant in this area. I've been craving Buffalo Wild Wings for awhile now and I was so excited to go on my birthday which I did just that. It was a party of three - including my three year old son. The restaurant was clean, the servers were attentive when we walked in. Our server was amazing - she did everything right... However, my bad experience was in the bathroom when I took my three year old son to go. I had to lift him up to wash his hands because he's too short and when I put him down, I went to grab paper towel that was placed in between the two sinks. There was a couple of women waiting to or left by the left sink so I put him down in the middle and tried to scoot over so we weren't in anyone's way but of course I couldn't move over as much as I wanted without crowding the others. I noticed a server had just finished using the restroom and she went to wash her hands with the right sink that is right by the exit - ok, fine. But when I go to turn around and grab my son who walks slow and is intrigued by people... I was trying to walk behind the server who is still washing her hands, she immediately turns around to exit the same time as us and almost hits us and almost walks over my son who is holding my left hand. I could almost feel her breath on me, that's how close she was. Any normal person would have waited to turn around in the bathroom because there's mirrors and said "Excuse me" and turned slowly. I understand she was in a hurry and was working, but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. I gave it four stars because our server was pleasant as well as the shift leader when they found a sticker in my salad while I was in the bathroom and immediately replaced it. read more

Or any of them for that matter if this how their Customer Service is these days. "We came in at 9:15 with a group of 9 adults. We were told by the hostess that the bar was open seating and could pull the tables together anywhere we needed. While doing so, we were rudely confronted by Cocktail Server Jessica (with red hair). She pulled the tables from us and said we were not allowed to do that and the hostess "didn't mean that we could move them anywhere". VERY RUDE. After waiting an hour for our wings in the now empty restaurant, I found the GM Jessica Brames and asked if she could check on our food. The wait time was ridiculous! She told me, "I am printing off your ticket right now, so there is no reason to be rude!" COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I was very offended! The GM came to our table and instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, she continued to make excuses why the food wasn't out. She gave us 50% off on only SOME of the entrees. At this point we were just ready to leave this horrible place. While walking out our Server-Jessica was sitting with guests at another table talking about us as we left. I know this because the woman she was sitting with called me over and told me how I need to have better manners and to just get out of Angola." To make it worse all of the BWW staff was standing along the wall watching the scene and doing nothing. This is an absolutely terrible establishment. The GM should be fired.
