It was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a fava bean puree. One of our number exclaimed that she had never had a better piece of lamb. The other two just could not remember, but certainly agreed that it was as good as any lamb we have ever had. And my spouse picked up the bone and chewed meat off of it.
