The person who oversees repairs at the Downtown Auto Shop is very gracious and hard-working. I also like how orderly and clean the work area is. He always has a steady stream of customers. I always pass by this Valero gas station and thank goodness I remember the "Star" sign for smog check. Told the parental unit to take her car there for her smog check and I will take mine after work. Parental Unit called me with nice sayings about how everyone was nice, and smog check is fairly price for her Nissan Rouge. Few hours later it was Hello Kitty's turn (Yes, my car's name is Hello Kitty). The wait was not as bad, I would say 20 mins. I am sure weekends they are busy so always call first for an appointment. Hello Kitty passed with her flying red colors for her smog check. Thank you Devin & DownTown Auto Repair. You now have us as your loyal customers.

I am an extreme hobbyist I assemble between 50-80 engines a year . I usually don't let my knowledge of engines out of the bag early, I listen to what I'm being told then make my decision on weather to use them or not . I have brought Robs all sorts of theory engines like flat head sbc bbf bbc sbf mopar Stuff all the way up to top fuel nitro hemi . And he has returned every bit of it machined the way I asked . At this point I have handed jobs to him personally his son and his employees . . And have received consistent service . I would recommend them . It's impossible to know everything about every engine but There consistent ability to listen to me and what I want has lead me to success with my builds .
