Winglers was very responsive, quoted me a very reasonable price, were available over a wide range of times, and even guided me and coached me through the oil change so I could do it myself next time. Juan was very knowledgeable, very thorough, very particular about his methodology, fastidious about the rules, and friendly and approachable. Customer experience was top notch, and I will go back to them next time even if I'm doing it myself.

Beware‼‼ Some kind of scam…read more Bought on their website through Yelp intro lesson as a surprise present for my husband, later I called to confirm the time and date, did not send any confirmation. They said that their pilot will call. A pilot called asking about my U.S citizenship and later offered illegal schemes for exchanging flights for weed. I do not know is it a new way of scammers but I am freaking out because their pilot keeps calling and harassing me. I blocked number but I left my address, full name and phone number on their website so I am terrified. I am this close to calling police.

She made me feel at ease when we met and judging by how meticulously she inspected the plane before we boarded, I knew I was in good hands. We flew a C152 and though it was a little windy, we had a nice ride over the bay. Got some nice views of Sausalito, TI, downtown SF, Alcatraz and GG bridge. Binh let me fly for a while and she was so good at giving instructions. Looking forward to learning from her and flying with her again. Thanks, Binh!

The new owners are very responsive to customers, and their work is high quality. They have two really expert mechanics and supervise a stable crew. I've been using them since they bought the shop for all the repairs on my Commander. As with most aircraft maintenance businesses, at times they get backed up with many planes to work on, but I appreciate that Eric keeps me informed of the status of the work.

From my very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident in the plane. What I love most is how he breaks things down in a way that actually makes sense. Whether we were working on takeoffs, landings, or just practicing maneuvers, Jackson always stayed calm, encouraging, and supportive. He makes learning to fly exciting instead of stressful. East Bay Flight is a great flight school and rental operation…read more Their location at Oakland airport couldn't be better. There's plenty of secure parking, and they are situated right in the center of the North field, so you spend less time taxiing and more time flying. I flew with Pat, one of their CFIIs and the school's owner, to get my high-performance endorsement in their Cirrus. Pat was an excellent instructor: fun to fly with, extremely knowledgeable, and always patient in explaining concepts in a clear and approachable way. The fleet is top-notch with well-equipped Archers and a beautiful SR22T (which I think might be the only one available on this side of the Bay). Every aircraft is meticulously maintained, safe, and comfortable, and the rental rates are more than fair. Whether you're learning to fly, adding new ratings, or just looking for a trustworthy place to rent a solid airplane, I highly recommend East Bay Flight.
