I'm not sure what's been going on here at this store over the last year, but any sign of service has gone downhill and no one seems to work there except for one woman (i'm assuming the manager). Here's my experience over the last four times I've ordered from here: - when I go into the store to pick up my online order, no one is at the front and there's no sounds from the kitchen. I have to peek around the corner to see her just texting or playing a game on her phone behind the wall. - The food isn't ready until 45min -1 hour after the pick up time estimated at purchase (Though not busy at all). In fact, when I arrive and let her know I'm there for my online pick up, that's when she says nothing and walks back to the kitchen to start cooking my order. Even still, after waiting in silence for 10 minutes (no other customers) not know what was going on, I had to shout back to the kitchen to ask if I should come back later! That's when I saw her on her phone again around the corner. She didn't tells me to come back in another 10 minutes. ... I did... 35 minutes later it was ready. - There's No acknowledgment of customers in the store. and she quite obviously doesn't care. A separate time I saw a family waiting in the store, then leave abruptly, stating they had been waiting for 25 minutes and she hadn't even come to the front to take their order. - straight up, the chicken is old. It tastes old and dry. The wings always come absolutely smothered, more than likely to cover up the fact that the chicken is old. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. I've seen no other employees besides her there and she doesn't care. If this place is franchised, the CEO of Wing Zone would be thoroughly pissed to see what is going on. I'll be very surprised if this Wing Zone doesn't go out of business soon. Which is a shame because it used to be fantastic. Now it's not even a shell of what it was since this woman took over. They need employees and a stiff lesson on Customer Service., Hell ANY customer service! Forgive me of this whole thing sounds a bit rambly. I've never been compelled to leave a bad restaurant review until now. I hope this gets fixed. read more

It was 1130pm on a rainy night and I wanted some wings. But not any places that is trash. The reviews for this place were good but I had 20 minutes until door dash cousins deliver Scrolling thru the menu and I I see Louisiana lemon pepper. I'm like , hot sauce with lemon pepper is my favorite. So I Order it and fries. Man! They were hot and fresh. The fries were basic fries but the wings were delicious. Just enough hit kick for me to enjoy and stir up my acid reflux but delicious enough for me to to write a review I would eat these again without a doubt read more

Completed an order online. Specified on ordered I would like sauce on the side. Wings were covered in sauce. I presented the order and receipt to worker as this was not the first time. She stated I should've taken extra initiative to call and let them know it should be on the side. I asked why when it is on the order already. She was rude and stated it would be 10 minutes, I requested a refund. She didn't want to process it because it was already made, while I understand they prepared it, the order was still wrong with no apology or accountability. Poor service overall. I placed a pickup order on 9-7-25 at 5:31pm at was told my 10pc wing meal would be ready at 5:46. I arrived shortly after the scheduled pickup time and waited until approximately 6:00 before asking a worker(whom by the way had not said a word to me for the 10+ minutes i was in the lobby) if there was an order by my name for pickup, she said "we're busy' as she walked out the door im assuming to deliver food. I dont know whats gone on in this store for the customer service as well as the urgency to get food out the door to go DOWN but it has. Been ordering from here for 15 years and after the experience tonight I will never order from here again. Very unfortunate. Placed a delivery order at 9PM. Was told it would be delivered by 9:44. By 10 I called to see what was going on and was told it was on it's way. By 10:30 still nothing. Called back and was told that they had to wait on a door dasher to deliver it. I didn't order through door dash mind you. I asked how long that was going to be and was told "not sure maybe 20 minutes" at which point I asked to just cancel the order. She acted confused and then all of a sudden said the order was ready and it would be on it's way now. My order finally arrived cold, soggy, and incorrect by 11PM with not even one apology. I'm not sure how this place has been off my radar. Their chicken tenders are AWESOME. In the last three weeks, I've already been here twice since a co-worker convinced me to try it. Honestly, scoping out new restaurants for chicken wings/tenders isn't a typical category I search for. ...as a result, I've only had Bdubs and local bar wings as comparison. Both times I've ordered the tenders with the honey barbecue and mango fire sauces on the side along with fries. I love the flavor of the fries and the tenders are SO juicy. I've been debating on ordering large orders in the future for Football Sundays... ;) The only drawback to this place is that it's a take-out place only. They have two small tables inside, but those seem to be there for customers to wait on their order. Service is very friendly! If this place was able to accommodate people dining in and if they had a few game TVs up then they'd give all local bars a run for their money. Highly recommended... Order placed 2/13/19 Ticket ID 559335 Till #990 Spent 70.73 and gave $5 tip to driver. Tried to call and was put on hold then hung up on. All sides were kind of cold. The only part was actually mine was the burger with wedges and drink. The burger cooked fine on one side and charred on other, also driver did not include drink. If you pull up order, it would be appreciated if you can contact me to correct the issue. I had to stop ordering the chicken since almost all sauces are to hot with getting rid of the maple and bacon nervona. I was told about this place from my nephew since I love chicken and it was so good. I will be going back soon. The person who answered the phone helped me with the flavors since it was my first time and I was very pleased with his suggestions and the delivery was fast hot and fresh and the food tasted amazing it had my taste buds dancing...would recommend to any one that ask about chicken. read more

Had my diner delivered. Paid the extra delivery charge and a 25% tip to the driver. Didn't get the ranch dressing or any ketchup for the onion rings. This was a large order so the tip was around $15. Service people complain about crappy tips and when they get a customer willing to give a great tip... they still give lousy service. read more

This used to be a good place to get wings from. A little on the expensive side, but still good. I've been visiting them ever since they opened about 3 years ago. Recently, orders have been less accurately filled, and my most recent order made my whole family sick for a couple of days. I actually had to stay home from work for 2 days. I ordered the family pack which included 25 wings, loaded fries, and a dessert. I ended up receiving 15 wings, 2 orders of fries with nothing on them, and some spongy funnel cake fries. I called the store and the associate acted like them messing up my order was nothing . I told them I received 2 fries instead of my wings and that my fries had nothing on them. He then says oh we ran out of stuff! I said okay where are my wings. He said I'll have someone bring them by once they're done in about 15-20 mins. I had do practically beg him to do this and 1 hour later I got some raw wings that were drenched in sauce that were not edible!! I didn't bother calling back because I was done at this point. The food has always been good. Delivery can take awhile sometimes. The staff seem a bit overwhelmed but they still try their best to be attentive and courteous. My only suggestion is when ordering online, it doesn't provide an estimated time that it'll be delivered/ready. Whether I'm picking up or having it delivered, I never know when it's going to be ready. Not a big deal but it would be more convenient to know. read more

Has yet to disappoint. I have spent $724 dollars here in the past 3 years. I think I got slightly cool food once, and they forgot my drink one other time. But that is far from enough reason to remove a star from my review. The food is about as good as you're going to get from a delivery bar-food joint. The price is exactly what I'd expect to pay. Nothing on the men ever surprises me when I see the price. Speaking of the menu, they have a lot of dishes and sauces to choose from. Just got delivery and finished eating. My motz sticks were empty bc they were not cooked right but atleast they were crunchy. I also had 10 boneless Korean q wing that were so soggy the breading was falling off and you gave me enough sauce for 20-30 wings which didn't help. I will not be ordering wingzone be again! Really great wings and tenders with lots of flavor options! The Sweet Samurai is very tasty, as is the Thai Chili and the Mango Fire but with a good bit more of a kick. Sweet Samurai was a great blend of BBQ and teriyaki. Thai Chili was a sweet and sour amped up. The Mango Fire has a mild, fruity start and a flavor-packed kick at the end. Burgers and crinkle cut wedge fries are also a very good choice! Only downside is that the prices are a tad high, but still good food comes at a price. read more

The buffalo wing recipe is good, but the customer service is really bad. I've ordered from Wingzone several times over the past two weeks, with a few deliveries and a few pickups. Each time they have delivered, they have either been late or gotten lost and required directions to get to my house. When I went in to order and carry out, they told me it would take ten minutes. I went outside for a smoke break, then came in and sat for over twenty minutes with four employees looking at me blankly/BSing with each other. It wasn't until I asked when my order would be ready that they told me it had been done for 25 minutes. Nobody had asked me if I required assistance. The worst encounter with this franchise happened today. I called to order 20 boneless wings and the manager told me that it couldn't be delivered because - despite the order total being almost $19 - the cost of the food itself was less than the $15 minimum (it was $13.99). When I pointed out that I had asked for the same order twice before with no problem except the terrible delivery service, he asked me to hold on for a second while he researched it, then I was put on hold for ten minutes and hung up on. I hope that this horrible customer service is in this location only because the product is delicious. It's too bad the service is horrible and the management doesn't understand how to keep customers at this particular franchise. read more

I love the food but at this air way, I never get good service. I try to give them so many chances but they fail every time. I just ordered food few days ago it took 1 hour and 50 mins to get here the food was a little smash. Most times they forget something or mess up the sandwich order... when i called they tell me they will bring it out right away and it takes an hour to get my order fix.. alot of times they try to tell me they give me credit for next time, but who wants to eat another day when you want it for today. I say i ordered from here around 50 times they might got my order right 40 times. I keep giving them 2nd chances since its the only thing that delivers beside pizza to my house. I remember geting raw chicken sometimes and my little son got sick off that.
