Sonic had really amazing customer service back on Tuesday, March 24! The food I received was made fresh, and the quality was excellent!

Don't go unless you have an hour to waste. Staff are rude and slow. I left without our food after paying after a 30 minute wait.

Night crew is very rude and barely acknowledge your existence. Need to do better on costumer service, they should be embarrassed.

I left 5 stars a month ago, however, the only thing I can come to a conclusion is they switched management because last 2 times were a bad experience. Waited in line drive through for 30 minutes. Then all of a sudden they were able to get 5 cars through in 5 minutes. It's like they were expecting people to leave. This last time, I know their drive through is slow so I ordered for patio. First of all they cannot take orders correctly. I say a giant drink they think a diet drink. I have been through the drive thru 3 times in 2 months and they pass the wrong food through the drive thru or screw up the drinks. Tonite I ordered a giant water, giant coke and a giant cherry lime aid. I pull around and the guy rudely gives me a small diet coke, giant water and giant what I thought was my cherry lime aid. Hubby & I read the bad reviews but just wanted Sonic after not having it for YEARS. We took a chance and went to this location near our house and it was good. We parked in one of the car hop slots vs going through the drive thru because we wanted a minute to look at the menu and were not in a hurry. When ordering, the person inside could not hear us and we had to repeat our order multiple times (fix your machines/headsets) and thus the 4 stars. But, our order took ~5 minutes, was correct, was fresh, wasn't a pile of grease, kept well until we got home ~10 minutes later, and tasted great. We will definitely go back one day and, hopefully, it will be great then, too! read more

There were two people inside and they knew I was there, one looked at me twice, and still didn't acknowledge me. I was the only customer there! Let me 1st start off by expressing at the 1st time that I had Sonic, was in Los Angeles California and I had one of the most exhilarating and life changing hamburger experiences in my life. I've had In-and-Out Burger and the much more recent hamburger joints that feel much more like a mom and pop; Five Guys. Smashburger, etc. Sonic in Beavercreek is not even a shadow of what any fast food restaurant should ever be. There is absolutely no representation of what a fast food restaurant is in this particular location. They have the worst coordination possible. They have no concept of what it is to expo food and have multiple people working at the same time. I don't even care if what you're making is the absolute minimum wage, this place doesn't even say minimum wage on its face. What I'm watching Is 3 or 4 teenagers struggle completely to make one order. The drive thru is always full, and not in the good way. What you're looking at is a restaurant that doesn't know how to cook ahead of time. I've never seen this place have any successful orders, I've ordered here under 10 times and they haven't left me even 50% satisfied once. The only reason I come here is because they do have some franchise items that are completely unique to other fast food restaurants. So it's unfortunate that they have a corner on the market and could absolutely wreck Beavercreek's competition, but they fail. They have failed time and time again. And it has nothing to do with where it's located, or how the drive-through area works there, or what type of restaurant it is. It has absolutely everything to do with management. You could even give people a raise or pay their cooks and car runners more but honestly it's got nothing to do with that. It's about establishing a hard, stiff spined approach to management and understanding the importance and value of customer growth and development. This is the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at my entire life. The only experiences that slightly tower above sonic in Beaver Creek in terms of mediocrity or when I order from Doordash and they completely forget my food. Shocked. I just got the "JAVA CHIP" drink, it's better than Starbucks! It's a triple thick foamy milkshake with a strong aroma of toasted coffee, non-acidic, and perfect cream notes. We haven't been to a sonic in a long while. Ordering was unbelievably slow with people pulling out of the drive through and leaving. Finally pulled around into one of the slots to place my order. The car that was at the window was there 10 to 15 minutes. Next surprise. I placed a mobile order at this sonic and followed the apps instructions to go to a stall and check in. The restaurant was not busy, only about 4 other cars came the whole time I was waiting. 20+ minutes after I arrived my food came out. It was all cold and I noticed the order was wrong as well. I pulled into the drive thru to avoid waiting another 20 minutes in the stall. I informed the employee at the drive thru that instead of onion rings and my dessert I was given tater tots and mozzarella sticks. They responded that they were out of the two items I ordered so they just selected random replacements. I found this to be incredibly odd seeing as mozzarella sticks are not at all similar to the dessert I ordered... when I told the employee I would have preferred if they simply informed me of the items they were out of they apologized but offered no other help and told me to have a nice day. Overall this was not a pleasant experience. I spent $20 for half of my food to be cold and to throw the other half away because it was not what I ordered or even food I liked. We have waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese with nobody in the parking lot but us. We have received the wrong item on THREE separate occasions. - I frequently visit this location because it is the closest Drive-Thru in the Colonel Glenn strip on my side of the neighborhood. The only thing I come here for is the beverages. The fryer oil can be smelled from the parking lot, in a bad way. Ive been cooking for 12 years and I can tell that the fryers need to be filtered more often. Im my most recent visit, I wasn't spoken to or greeted at the window. I was simply told my total. They proceeded with the transaction in the most awkward order; take my card, swipe, give the card back, pass me drink (1), wait 5 minutes, give me receipt, wait 3 minutes, hand over drink (2) with 2 straws; no "thank you, "have a good night".
