Oh my lord! How is Wingstop still open. Give it a chance I promise you will love it. We were first timers and the owner Darchel explained and even let us sample from the menu before we decided on our sauce. While we were dining two other first timers came in and both received the royal treatment. You can tell this is where their heart is and they give their all in their food and in their service. Visited the Forney Store off HWY 80. Made an order to go at 13:48. They Shared It Would Be 20 mins for my Order. I asked about my order 25 mins later. They shared it would be 5 more mins. However, in the interim, 3 other people came 10 to 15 mins later and received their orders before mine. I checked the time and it was 14:30. I still hadn't received my food. I asked for my refund back. I get home look at the refund on my text and all they gave me was the 1.40 military discount back 7 kept my $15.28 in which I paid for my food. Had a Togo order. Paid $50 for some wings and fries. I went to pick up my order and I was told everything was in the bag. I asked about my drink. "Oh we ran out"... so you're going to charge me and then not tell me? I get home, open the box, and the fries have no seasoning and the wings are so over fried that the meat is petrified.... The sweet chili at wing snob is similar. Though there is one glaring difference. You will order 10 wings here but will not be able to finish them. The boneless are the size of chic fil a tenders. Bone in are of similar size. The dips are next level creamy. And the fries were to go and crispy by the time I got home across the railroad tracks. Did I mention it was super quick? This was my first and last time. Terrible I even called and spoke to a lady and asked if fries came with the wings. Very Disappointed with this experience. I ordered delivery online directly through their website. Website was easy to use so there was no issues ordering. When my order arrived I noticed that there was no drinks like I ordered (I paid for two bottled beverages). I called the store to express that my drinks didn't come with my order, I believe I spoke to someone named Shane. When I explained that I ordered online and didn't receive the drinks Shane asked "who delivered your food, grub hub Or Uber eats?". I told him grub hub( that's the only option directly from their website). Shane then responded with "oh yeah, that happens all the time with grub hub, if you can you're more than welcomed to come up and get the drinks yourself". No Shane, I'm not going to come do something that I paid for already. Too frustrated to continue to deal with snobby customer service from Shane I just said ok and hung up the phone. I can take the L on the drinks. I then go to eat my food and the "Extra wet" option when choosing your wings on the website is clearly irrelevant cause my buffalo lemon pepper wings were not wet at all. Also, for my other meal I selected the "Well done". The wings weren't even well done. After all this the wings weren't good at all. I didn't taste any buffalo or lemon pepper. There was no Parmesan on my spouse's garlic parm wings. Wings just lacked flavor in general and I could almost taste the freezer they must've came out of cause no way these were fresh wings. The fries I ordered were actually pretty decent, thankfully. The cornbread to no surprise had ZERO flavor at all even though the texture was nice it didn't taste like anything.
